whats the point of ordering your food on there app when you still have to stand in line when you get there. worst service ever.

I typically like Wendy's but this location is the worst I have been to. They are always slow, are often out of basic things, and when you finally get your food it is often wrong. This location is managed very poorly compared to many other Wendy's locations I have been to. read more

Never gets anything right. I always get a baked potato. I always get the same topping on this baked potato. Bacon, shredded cheese, chives, sour cream. There is ALWAYS something missing, or they use the nasty cheese sauce instead of the shredded cheese (and yes, I do specify). I went so far as to send a strongly-worded email to the manager, and he apologized and gave me a free baked potato. That's all well and good, but they have since continued to mess up my order. If you do order from the drive thru here, make sure to check your bag and items before you drive off. And then sit there until they notice you and open the window again, because more often than not they slam it in your face as soon as they hand you your food. Also, it seems they have a high turnover rate and the employees are...less than stellar. Aside from the window slamming, I have gotten countless blank looks when asking for something they forgot, and even after repeating and confirming my order it is still wrong. This place is a black hole. Sadly, I do like Wendy's food and I enjoy the fact that they are the only fast food place around here that serves baked potatoes. But it seems like this employee suckiness is spreading to the other Wendy's in the area as well. read more

Love eating at this Wendy's I feel like it's always nice and clean and lots of nice people!

This place used to be horrible with some of the worst staff ever. It feels like the whole place and staff (including horrible manager) have received new training and a revamp; maybe corporate stepped in and paid a visit. This location and the Wendy's on Clearwater used to be great... like 5 years ago. I love Wendy's food but avoid these locations from here on out. Employees who obviously don't care and don't want to be there, if corporate reads these reviews please do something! In my mind this is the best Wendy's in Kennewick as it's (in my mind) centrally located.

Sorry but never again will i come here. every visit to wendy's has never been worth the money but every few years i decide to give it another chance. Me and my boyfriend went to this wendy's as a quick lunch for his lunch break. we waited 20 minutes in line (there was one person in front of us) the cashier seemed to have messed up his order. then we get to order and my order ends up being 15 dollars when it should have been closer to 10 (stupid me i don't pay attention and just pay) the cashier begins throwing a fit. one of her coworkers comes over to help her and says to me "you only wanted the one sandwich right?" i say yes and she takes off. i was never credited that extra 5 dollars or so and decided it wasn't worth it to question them further, i just wanted out. I was pretty disappointed in my visit. I read on Twitter about their $5 deal. Thought sounds cheap. Changed my mind to a chicken burger meal when I got there. Was almost $10 for a small. I can get a glass of wine for that price! Person taking my order was confusing so I forgot to order a frosty. Regretted that all day. The sandwich was ok. Pretty small, the bun seemed cheap. Fries were on fleek though. Best I've had in a fortnight or two. Next time I think I will get my sandwich from jack in the box and just get a frosty from Wendy's. read more

Found a small 1/2 - 1 inch piece of metal wire in my burger. Sooooo gross. These guys better be happy I barely bit into it before some real damage was done. At least I got a refund for the burger. NEVER again will I go here. Ick! read more

I was very excited to eat here because we do not have a Wendy's in Yakima, WA. To my disappointment this was a bad lunch choice. My fries were cold & tasteless, I said I wanted spicy nuggets I got plain. The guy who took my order was a robot or high or something I said I wanted it to go that's the first thing I said & it was put on a tray and he was helping the next customer. He was extremely annoyed when I asked for a to-go bag. Then a girl came up to the counter and I had to ask her for a to-go bag because I had a big order. She was annoyed. Ordered jr bacon cheeseburgers from this establishment about 3 years ago. I got a hair.. small and curly.. stuck on the side of one of my hamburgers. Needless to say I wrote a complaint and got no response. Havent eaten there since.. and I tell all friends and family to do the same. read more

The food taste great! It looks beautiful in the dining room. People/ workers were nice. I did feel like one of them were trying to be rudee. But I was hungry so ignored. Great place. Needs a little more faster paste. read more

As a frequent flyer of the Wendy's franchise I have to say I was very disappointed with the food and service at this location.

I can't even get this place a star! I went there with family one time and we had ordered all of her meals and my uncle had ordered a hamburger but it was customized and there were certain things that he wanted on it and certain things that he didn't want! Well when we got our food everyone's meal was correct except for my uncles the customize burger so we send it back to get it redone and when he got it again it was still not correct so once again he sent it back and when we got it back it wasn't cracked again the last time we sent it back we got it and he lifted the top of the bun off and there was a puddle of spit on top of the lettuce he walked up to the counter through the tray on the table and demanded to speak to the manager. When the manager came to the front he my uncle had explained what happened and demanded that he get a refund. He got his refund and then we all walked out we all just left her food on the counter letting them clean up after us. I will never go back to this Wendy's ever again. read more

If the staff is better then it was it must have been pretty bad. I went to this wendy's 11/6/14. The older lady seemed nice and the guy at the cash register, however the young man at the window was not at the window and was gossipping with a friend. As the friend went to walk toward the door he says, "Bitch". Then their was a cute little blond girl walking around doing not sure what she was doing and glared. So much for a friendly Wendy's welcome. I think it is something that should be worked out. I'll go back a few more times to see if things have improved but if it is the same way when I go back I am going to suggest people not eat at that wendy's. It seemed that the older lady was the manager and she seemed as if she was walking on eggshells. It looks to me that it was some of the employees not doing their jobs not the managers that were horrible. As far as food taste well I had the salad and did not eat but a bite of the shredded pork fries. Sorry but that is just not a good combo. Should stick to cheese and bacon. read more
