Used the drive thru with my husband last night, right before 10 pm. And we ordered a Dave's single (no onion, no tomato) and the chicken Asiago club, (also no onion no tomato) Now the first time we got the food HORRIBLE!!! The chicken Asiago had no cheese at all, no other toppings it was suppose to come with just a mess of ranch slapped on it , chicken was so rubbery and undercooked damn near raw. My daves was disgusting, so so so much ketchup to the point the bread was falling apart before I even bit it lettuce was wilted and it was a double when I said SINGLE. It was so bad my husband took one bite and drove straight back to the restaurant. But when we requested the manager (I forgot her name:( but she was SO SO SO PLEASENT! Very sweet very understanding! Her and I believe her name was Brenda or Brandi. My daughter made a mobile app order for the family the day before Thanksgiving get to the drive-through. They couldn't find her order in the system. The cashier go get the manager, which was a guy. He said well if you could show me the receipt I'll either refund your money or give you your order She said OK he walked away never came back. She parked, went and asked for the manager. The young lady goes to the back and come back short time later saying that he's busy right now so my daughter frustrated just leave she come home and tell me what happened. I called Talk to a young lady on the phone. The manager guy in the background jumps in the conversation very rudely telling me that my daughter was not telling the truth and ruling over talking me. I told him I just come up there we could talk. He says really Back come on. I'll be here. I get there. He takes his time coming out. I said well I don't appreciate the way you talk to me on the phone. He cuts me off again mid conversation trying to explain why he couldn't give my daughter her money back that he told her.. that was clearly a lie...I tell him we are paying customers. Why are you being rude to a paying customer you you lack customer service skills. so I told him to calm down and explain to me why he couldn't refund her money back. He proceeded to tell me that they are a franchise and have nothing to do with the app that says Wendy's go figure!!.. that we have to take it up with our bank. Make a long story short they did not make it right my daughter re-order the food so we payed twice and the food was horrible. Asked for extra pecans for my salad was given one packed asked for another pack was told it's $.30 cents, I said ok then he told me it would $.60 cents for the extra. Then a woman comes up and said it was $.50 cents per pack. I told her that he just quoted $.30 cents. She said that he didn't know and that it was $.50 cents. She started arguing with me and I asked for manager. She said she was the general manager. She didn't look older then 20. I asked for corporate # she said it was on the receipt.
