Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience I came to this restaurant because of the good reviews, expecting to have a nice meal. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. After sitting down, I had to use the restroom. BIG mistake. There was feces all over the bathroom floor, on the sink area, and even on the door handle. This wasn't just a small mess--it was a significant amount of solid feces throughout the bathroom. When I returned to my table, I noticed that feces had also gotten onto the rug near the front/register area, where I was sitting. I immediately informed my waitress, who then notified the front desk. Eventually, someone came to clean it up. At that point, I had completely lost my appetite. After an experience like that, you would think management would come over, apologize, and offer to refund the meal since I was no longer able to eat. Instead, I was simply given a senior discount. That was extremely disappointing. I will say that my waitress was very kind and showed genuine empathy. She brought me a warm, soapy towel so I could clean my hands and even clean the bottom of my shoe. I truly appreciated her compassion because she was the only person who seemed to understand how upsetting the situation was. What disappointed me most was that the manager never came over to apologize or even acknowledge what had happened. I understand that accidents happen, but the way a restaurant handles an extremely unsanitary situation says a lot about its customer service. Unfortunately, this experience completely ruined my appetite and my visit. I came because of the good reviews, but after this experience, I would think twice about returning. read more

The place is really cute. The decorations and branding is on point, but the food is mediocre. Not worth returning. The sausage patties were dry and not a good quality breakfast sausage, the hashbrowns were also overcooked. The food wasn't terrible but it wasn't wasn't good. I will not be returning. This place is by far the best breakfast in the reigon. The service was fantastic, and the place is nicely decorated.

Love this place the food is good, the price is right and service is on point. I've been here twice, we ordered the pumpkin pancakes veggie skillet, euro skillet, banana Carmel pancakes and whatever else is in the pic, lol. My only issue is they need to fix the HVAC, this place is freezing inside. Especially in the back, it's sort of better if you sit in the front part. Otherwise your food and drink is cool off quickly and who really wants to eat with their coat on. read more

The food was amazing. Best waffles I've ever had in my life. The only slight complaint I had was the service was sub par like she didn't check back after food was dropped we got one refill at the time of delivery with the food she did not come back until we were finished eating. Food: everything is subjective when it comes to a persons preferred way they like their food. I had the Tennessee Omelette filled with bacon, sausage, ham, green pepper, and mushroom. Ty hen they smother the sausage gravy over the top. It was very flavorful and filling. I could only eat half. Taking the other half home for tomorrow's breakfast. It came with hash browns which were done well. My wife had the biscuits and gravy. She liked it but this is where we get to personal preferences. She thought the biscuits should be fluffier. The gravy was good. I would order this omelette again but my wife would want to try their French toast or burrito. Service: We were seated immediately which was nice. It was a Friday morning at 10am. The server was friendly and took our order without issues. She came back to check on us as well. Ambiance: This is a cute hometown breakfast and lunch cafe. Good looking dark wood floors. One of the employees can be seen sweeping often as guests leave. The chairs and tables are clean and in good condition. The silverware is nice. Overall: It's what you want for a homey cafe in a small town. We will be coming again. When it's full it can be noisy so that's the main knock on this place. read more

the food is mediocre but edible. The service is spectacular! The larger problem is a very inflexible menu and ridiculous pricing. They offer many types of food, but only a couple of each. I had a skillet with broccoli and cheese, but the closest item on the menu was a chicken skillet with 7 or 8 other things. The wonderful staff managed to bring me exactly what I wanted, but there was no way to bill it correctly. As a result, I was charged $18.95 for a broccoli cheese skillet. They would not, or more likely, could not lower the price. maybe the next business in this prime spot will be more reasonable. read more

My brother and I came in for a late breakfast around 1 o'clock in the afternoon and our server was JENI she was the best waitress I've had in a long time. This is our first time coming to your establishment and I was looking forward to the awesome food. I've heard that you guys have. We had the breakfast ham and cheese, omelette, and pancakes, and then the melted pot skillet Was very delicious fresh and hot and our waitress was superior. She got busy with a couple of tables and she was still able to be very professional and very quick. Very good restaurant.
