1130pm hours are til 1am . I ordered 2-four for fours. I haven't eaten all day and need to coat my stomach. All want it three small Frosty's. Nope!! Hour and half early Frosty machine was closed down already. All the lights were down. Except for the menu when u pulled up in back. There was no ice in the cokes cuz that was bn closed down too for the night?? This fella hands me 3 cokes couldn't even offer me a carrier for three drinks, I was alone. The customer service at this location,especially at night is so pitiful!! U can tell That they don't want the customers and they definitely don't care. When fast food is the quick choice Wendy's Is my go to. They have the freshest salads. My favorite is the Apple pecan chicken with pomegranate vinaigrette. Chicken is optional. Yesterday I chose the drive thru unfortunately they had ran out of my fav vinaigrette so I opted for the spicy ranch. I know not as healthy but it was only 90 calories!! while the vinaigrette is 60 calories and was creamy delicious. The pecans have a sweet glaze so if sugar is not on your diet they come in a separate package. Very fresh greens and apple fruit and creamy chunks of blue cheese. Happy Wendy's mails coupons to the house so the $2 per discount was nice. There are four salads to choose from. Highly recommend Wendy's salads and I'm looking forward to trying their new avocado salad. read more

Decided to eat in because their drive thru line was kinda long. They didn't let anyone in line know they couldn't take cash, so the couple in front of me left since they couldn't pay and the manager got frustrated with his cashier because he had to cancel their order. Got my meal, grilled chicken was cold, potato was dry, the soda machine had no ice so all the soft drinks were flat, no music playing, tv was off, messy dining room. This Wendy's drive thru is a lot faster then it use to be. Some of the employees are very rude and the food is sometimes not fit to eat. It's either under or over cooked. Sometimes their burgers are cold. read more

We don't eat fast food often but when we do we head to this Wendy's location. Cynthia is a counter employee who has been there for years. She is sweet courteous professional and efficient. I typically have chili. Which is always hot and tasty. It is full of meat. No spaghetti. I always always have fries. They typically are hot and crisp but if not they will graciously replace them with hot fries. My husband usually has the chicken salad that always has fresh ingredients that he enjoys. They will give him endless crackers and dressing for the salad. Their .99 cent cheeseburger with lettuce pickle and mayo is also a safe bet. read more

Wendy's outer loop this woman named Valerie yelled at my 13-year-old son through the speaker, because my son does not have a strong voice and did not understand the order, supposedly they must be kind people with the customer but she was not kind enough to treat a child and when I complained to him he told me that because my son was Mexican I did not understand him, when my son is an American citizen. Wendy's is my favorite fast food, but definitely not this location. I was only here, because I was in the area working. Thank goodness they are not all like this one. Service was terrible NOBODY at the counter, but someone with a headset leaned against the counter back in behind the ordering counter asked what did I need. I thought she was talking to someone on headset, because she wasn't at the counter. Then I asked & she was so rude like she was talking passed me. The burgers were not brown like hardly cooked. The fries I asked for no salt & they still seemed almost old. This place is PATHETIC. Several workers just standing around talking but no one at the counter. read more

I just had the worst fasr food experience of my life. I work in fast food so I understand it's not always easy, but they were so rude. They got our order wrong 3 times, and they didnt have any baked potatoes, which they did not tell me until after j paid for one. They did not offer a refund. We did not order fries or a drink and we told the lady multiple times but she still gave it to us. Guess it makes up for the extra money I paid for the potato. Only gave one star because I could not give them zero stars. 945 am three employees in the store including a manager and none of them, even after looking me in the eye more than once each, could free themselves from their tasks (1 was moving bags of buns across an aisle) to greet me for a full three minutes as I stood waiting to order. The manager without looking up then said "be with you in a minute" and continued on for another two full minutes. I finally said"don't bother yourselves" and walked out still hungry, only to see another employee showing up for work. 1 car in drive thru me the only customer in the restaurant.
