I've always had problems with this McDonald's. Whenever I order online something is always missing or wrong. For example, I am always missing my straws, I've ordered breakfast burritos with barely anything in it, I've gotten so many flat drinks including orange juice somehow. By far the worse McDonald's ever!! I have had so many things go wrong at this McDonald's I would be here forever writing about them all, just stay away from this McDonald's until they can get it together! How do you miss the meat patty's on the entire order?? 4 burgers in total, all didn't have hamburger meat on them. My McDouble looked like it had been sat on (see picture) Final straw for me was today, since I live just down the road from this McDonald's it just close and convenient, but the entire 7 years I have lived nearby their ice cream machine has been up a total of 3 times maybe, so today I was really in the mood for a McDonald's ice cream cone, so I called them and the lady said yes, the ice machine is up but the shake machine is down, I was sorta in shock and asked again just to confirm what I had just heard, ma'am did you say your ice cream machine was up and running? "Yes it is" she replied, so I was there in literally 5 minutes, pulled up to the window and placed my order for a vanilla ice cone, only to be told "sorry sir our machine is down" in which I replied "I just called just a couple minutes ago and ask the lady twice if the machine was up and she said yes!" She said well it is up but I don't have a way to ring it up since it's unavailable in the system, so instead of me just leaving like most people probably would I ask if she could have someone override it and she said, yes let me get my manager to do that, I was thinking why didn't you just do that to begin with??? Why? Because she didn't want to do her job and it was just quicker for her to say the machine was down and hope that I just drive off into the sunset! At the first window, a female leaned out of the window and was using her vape, blowing smoke into my open car window. At the second window, the female worker had ear buds in and attempted to hand me the wrong order, then cussed when I told her it wasn't what I ordered. They have no sense of urgency or any sense of pace. The drive-thru is always long, and VERY SLOW! If you would think that is it takes this long to get the order correct and freshly made, you would be very wrong!!! The last time here, it took 45 min to get through the drive-thru. This location is never open even though they've been "24hrs" for decades. I typically come through between 2am and 6am 1/10 times they're actually open. The other 9/10 times they'll say at the drive through that they're closed for maintenance or whatever. It wasn't ever this bad years ago and I would stop by at the same hours I do now. If they can't commit to actually being open 24hrs, they they should just close like other restaurants. Maybe I should sue for false advertisement. read more

Well, the reviews hold true. This is one of the worst McD's in town. And it falls on management. Went through the drive-thru to pick up a couple McChicken sandwiches for my youngest. Ended up waiting 15 minutes although it wasn't crazy busy. They forgot straws for the drinks. That was the first offense. The second offense was they forgot the chicken. It's a McCHICKEN sandwich!!!!!! And it was both sandwiches. And it took far longer than it should've. But the kicker is when I came back to lodge a complaint, the manager basically avoided me for the first few minutes knowing I was angry. I came in that way for a reason, I wanted to see how she handled it. Not well, really. Get a grip or get a different job. We won't be back. I recommend going to the Rally's instead. read more

They choose their own hours. Even when the sign says 24hrs. It's a 50/50 chance that your order will be correct. If you want a McFlurry you better forget it. Their ice cream machine has been "broke" since 1998. I would only recommend this location if your vehicle is broke down in their parking lot. read more

As I approach the window they give me an extremely small bag with my 4 sandwiches crammed inside extremely messy and even cold to the touch! I was disgusted! I asked her to remake the San which was, but as I kept looking through the window, the 3rd shift employee, a heavy set white woman was rubbing her stomach and other body parts before touching appliances and then my food! Do NOT go there anytime soon. I went today and the inside is closed for construction which is fine. And so someone is standing handing out orders and drinks kinda like Some Chic Fil A's do which is fine too. BUT whoever this guy was that was there today around 11:40am, his Hygiene was disgusting. His hands were dirty as hell and he had an a obvious nail infection in most of his fingernails to where some were yellow and puss filled that I could see. He should NOT have been handling food. Idc if it WAS in a bag. There were other parts of his appearance that were NOT good but don't have anything to do with food safety so no point going into detail. Needless to say I lost my appetite. I ordered a Coca Cola with no ice and found a fingernail inside my drink I already consumed half of it before noticing something floating inside my styrofoam cup. I thought it was a piece of the cup but I was horribly mistaken. They are always messing up on my drinks. I have not eaten McDonald's since 2001 because of their horrible food and genetically altered and modified food products as well as the chickens that cause several abnormalities within friends and Families. And before my fingernail incident I had dirt embedded and Frozen inside the ice that they gave me and another smaller cup that I had. Please avoid McDonald's at all costs they do not care about anyone that they serve it is only the money that fills their pockets or the digital increments over time from the monetary power up of the populist consumption at a rapid Pace because no one Cooks at their house anymore. I remember farmer's market and the local grocery store has the cheapest produce now the Homegrown natural foods that we used to consume are highly expensive when they were considered Poor People's food in the 90's. This is honestly the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Sadly it's the closes to my house so I have encountered many awful experiences, this past one has settled that I will not be returning at all to this location. Going through the drive thru, I ordered three items, I pulled to the first window where a man asked me if I wanted my receipt and I replied no. Going to the second window, a woman told me that my transaction had not gone through and that they needed my card again, I told them that I had been charged already and showed them my bank notification, of them charging me, but they took my card again to the first window to close the transaction that "wasn't paid for". This manager told me that it was my banks fault and I should call them because she has no control over it and can not do anything about it. So it's some how my banks fault, charging me twice yet a store is the one who ran my card twice? I'm beyond mad about this situation and I even called the McDonald's "head". This women understood what was happening but she wasn't sure she could do anything either. I work at a fast food restaurant and none of this has ever happened. It's not too much to ask to give me my $6 back when you make millions. This McDonald's is so awful. The people are rude and the food either takes forever or something is wrong with it. read more
