Ordered lunch at 11am in drive thru. Burger and chili were both cold. Iced tea watered down. Very disappointed for almost $20.

Says open until 3 AM however when I got there at 2:20AM I was told they are closed tonight. I get that it's slow but at the same time if a delivery truck is also being brought in and your time day closed at 3AM why even bother if your going to have you employees close at 220 AM. I'm trying to understand how you place an online order for delivery and they have the order on a screen to look at and still get the order completely wrong! I ordered 2 baconator combos and 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with onions NO tomatoes and Powerade orange zero. I received 2 hamburgers 2 chicken sandwiches with tomatoes and a cherry drink. I had to go down to the store and get the right items even though I paid for delivery a service fee and tipping of the driver! They just don't pay attention to details!!! They need to be trained better especially for how they are paid now!!! I won't buy food from this location again! They should have minus stars on here for ratings! - 2 stars! Let's start with the food. First my husband's sandwich was made wrong and when he informed the staff they stated "another wrong order". I ordered two chicken wraps and one had very dry, cold, OLD chicken, while the other had no chicken at all. At least the fries seemed to be fresh. But I unfortunately lost my appetite after seeing who was handling my food. The worker at the drive through window who was handling our food seemed to not have the basic personal hygiene it is required to work in a fast food place. The gentleman had very long nails with black gunk under it. Picture doing yard work without gloves, then proceeding to handle food. Ordered 2 sandwiches, combos. And 1 5$ biggie bag. Two sandwiches asked no tomato, but came with. They forgot fries for all orders and nggests for the 5$ biggie bag. Had to go up and ask. Not a large order but waited 20 minutes for the food. One worker I attempted to ask for assistance, didn't hear me because he had drive thru headset on one ear and an earbud in the other. Zero stars . Worst customer service ever. This location (Chelmsford st, Lowell) only hires crackheads and miserable people who can't get a job anywhere else. Ok I have no choice but I have to turn a negative into a negative. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it was beyound awful. The chicken breast itself was over cooked and the lettuce was vicariously taken over by spinich and other greens. I love spinich and other vegetables, but the taste did not flow together with the sandwich. I was passive aggresive about it and ate it all because I never waste food. I usually give them the benefit of the doubt when they're short and the lines are long. I do not like going inside because its never a good experience, but I am glad they're open late in the middle of the night when I haven't eaten all day and they're the best option in the area over the burger King and McDonald's nearby. I usually always use their drive thru and save money by getting their 4 for $4 deal with fresh lemonade as my drink. I rarely ever went when they did away with the deal for a few month. So i had to bump it up a star because a few nights after I got the worst service/product ever.. the manager (or maybe owner?) called me up and apologized and said he'd "Take care of me" if I wanted to go back and give me two salads free of charge. I ended up not taking him up on his offer since I wouldn't really trust them not to spit on my salads (that's just me being paranoid).. but still the gesture was all the mattered. I got Wendy's breakfast for the first time this morning. I'm not a huge fan of meat in the morning so I went with the seasoned potatoes and honey butter biscuit. The biscuit was absolute perfection. Better than I could make at home! The honey butter spread on it has just the right amount of honey to butter taste ratio. The seasoned potatoes were super flavorful, but definitely could've been a little more crispy. Although for fast food breakfast I would give them a 7/10. Great drive through Wendy's, clunky dine in. Coke freestyle machines. Unlike most fast food places, the burgers (value menu that is, as I eat here every day) look EXACTLY like the pictures. They consistently use both windows for payment and pickup which helps keep the drive thru moving. I'm hoping the negative reviews are from before a remodel or staff change. read more

Honestly, Wendy's has a great slogan and great prices, but this location is a bad representation of them. The service is so poor it's baffling. I've came here when in college at Umass Lowell and after when in the area. But the fries are 85% of the time cold.. and the big reason I'm writing a review is just the poor attitude and hospitality given by their workers for years. Really unfriendly and a turn away at this point. Will definitely go to McDonald's or Burger King when possible and in the area again. Fast friendly service. All the workers are polite and work attentively in getting what is needed done effectively.

Great staff on tonight. Order was modified and still came out quickly and nice and hot and ready. Was helped by two different employees because they wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Haven't experienced the drive through but I'm sure the staff is just as accommodating on that side. Jose was very friendly and even though they were out of the spicy chicken nuggets he still presented it very professionally and I was happy with the regular nuggets.
