The chunks of catfish take this dish up several notches. The greens are also a great addition and they aren't your typical greens you will find in an American supermarket. These are Cambodian greens. I also liked their pickled mustard green soup with pork ribs and chicken lort noodle. The lort noodles had a great snap to them. Quite unique!
