The kefir lime leaves give it a beautiful aroma and flavor. The sourness of the broth and the umami (probably from the fish/shrimp paste) is a gift that just won't stop giving. The chunks of catfish take this dish up several notches. The greens are also a great addition and they aren't your typical greens you will find in an American supermarket. These are Cambodian greens. I also liked their pickled mustard green soup with pork ribs and chicken lort noodle. The lort noodles had a great snap to them. Quite unique! Cambodian cuisine is a hidden gem and this place is a great place to try this beautiful cuisine. I recommend giving this place a visit.
