So I took my receipt to the counter and showed it to Erik. Erik said my number had been called. Turns out the group that came in after us decided to help themselves to our order. This is certainly not Erik's fault. I said hey no big deal. Erik, Que and Ari all apologized and they immediately made us a new order. Way to go guys. The food is great but I will be going back because of you understanding and professionalism in handling a mistake that was out of your control. Kudos!
