Zero stars. I ordered a baked potato & was told 10 mins. So, ok. On Checkout, there was no potato. I was not billed. They chose to ignore it. No receipt. So no identifying customer order codes to complain. The "manager" was 12 & acted it. I stopped going there in the past because they were out of major ingredients. Always a sad story. Stopped by today for a mobile order. Waited at the speaker for about 2-4 minutes. There was a truck that whipped around and cut in front of me, so I was like, " well maybe the speaker is broken". When she got to the window, they chatted and the guy took her trash and they had a conversation after he handed her something. When i got to the window, I asked if the speaker was broken and he got defensive and said he was taking a front order and that he was the store manager. I said that truck in front was rude and cut in line. He said she was the GM. I get being busy and not having workers. This dude was just plain rude. It'd never fly at my job. If he had greeted me when I pulled up, I wouldn't have cared. The fact that he talked to a customer the way he did makes me wonder if he treats his employees like that. Haven't had this place in a while! Everything was amazing, and service was great. The food was prepared fresh.

For my third recent visit around 7:30 pm, French fries were soggy and cold, no unsweetened tea, burger order was wrong. No patrons there but me, but workers on phones and visiting w/others not paying attention to visitors. Although very convenient to my home, I won't be going back. It's sort of hit or miss in delivery orders from this Wendy's. Sometimes they get things the way I ask, but most of the time there's at least one thing that's incorrect or missing. They should remove the sugar cookies from their menu because they never have any when I order. I don't want chocolate chip. If I did I would've ordered them instead. Asking for extra sauce on burgers is a gamble of whether or not you'll actually get any extra sauce. And it depends on whomever is making the burger idea of what "extra" means. Awful!!! Advertisement on highway says Wendy's BUT it's over 2 miles away and WE WERE THE only car in drive-through and told US that they are waiting on meat... Whatever that means... and to pull up past the window and we watch other cars drive past us in the drive-through. And we are waiting and WAITING for 1 kids meal, one hamburger, and one combo meal. Worst customer service I've ever gotten coming to a fast food restaurant. This location got my order wrong and didn't even try to correct the situation. Just said "i'm sorry" and hung up the phone in my face. Honestly, this is why I only eat at Chic fil A. I don't have to worry about this and i continue to get 5 star customer service there but from time to time I really enjoy you guys honey chicken biscuit that I didn't get to enjoy this morning. Four stars for a fast food restaurant?? Well, my kids are on a special gluten free diet, and Wendys hamburgers are one of their favorites. We probably go to this Wendys about once per week, and I order burgers without buns for them and chili. It's probably been at least 2 years since they made a mistake on my kids' burgers. They always seem to get our special orders right, and pretty quick, too. Usually get friendly service, and the longer-time workers recognize me now and are friendly. read more

This is one of the worst Wendy's in Central AR! It always feels dirty/ dingy when I walk inside. The drive through line takes forever, and they often have me pull forward to wait for my order, only to get it wrong when they deliver it to me. I have waited so long that my fries were cold and my chicken nuggets were burned. There is nothing fast about this fast food! read more
