When we arrived for breakfast there were no other customers in line. We went to the front cashier area to place an order. We saw approximately 5 employees standing near the to-go window talking to each other. A couple of employees looked back at us but did not attempt to take our order. We waited a while and the employees continued to talk and glance on occasion at us. Eventually I leaned over the counter and asked if we could place an order for food. A female employee came over and said "of course". I've never been to a restaurant where the employees did not care to take our order. This is the slowest Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. I used to work at the one on McCain so I know what a busy CFA is. I can easily spend 20 mins in the drive thru on lunch, and about 10 mins in curbside during breakfast. Y'all need to step it up. Only good thing is the employees are nice and the food is good. read more

Chick-Fil-A is my go to for fast food. This location is always clean and the employees are polite, which keeps me coming back. If you dine inside, you will be checked on many times while enjoying your meal. This location is usually busy, however, their traffic flow helps with the wait time in line. Usually it isn't too long of a wait, but the lunch rush gets a little crazy! They could use someone to help direct cars in line, as some people drive aggressively and cut in line. I went here not too long ago with an order of four meals. When I got home, one of the meals was missing. I called this location and shared what happened, and the employees were so kind and helpful. They told me to come back within the next few days and I could get the meal replaced. I came back to get the replacement and the second time they forgot the sauce (lol)! Better sauce than actual food, but I am a big sauce fan. Overall, I have had great experiences at this location- you forget you are even eating fast food! read more

Where other chick fil a stores are good at offering speedy service, this is stores quality more than compensates for their longer wait time. I was in the drive thru for a total of 5 minutes. My fries were warm, perfectly salted and delicious. 10/10 read more

I stopped by today on my lunch break to retrieve a sandwich that was owed to me They had messed up my order so they told me I could come by ; just give them my name and they will write it down and look it up when I got to the drive-through the young man was very nice he kept apologizing and stated that he would do what he could to pull up My order he wasn't able to so he put in his his keypad when i go to the drive through window and told them what had happened I let them know that I had a complimentary sandwich coming They apologized for my inconvenience and and asked the manager (who was standing behind them getting orders together ) could they go ahead and get my order together he said very rudely what are we comping a sandwich for ? what is the problem ? The 2 young ladies LOOKED very frightened and didn't really want to express themselves I spoke up on their behalf and let them know loud enough for him to HEAR .....that my sandwich was messed up and and this was something they were doing to fix it for my inconvenience he hastily came over punched a few numbers into the computer cap kind of tossed the bag to the side and said" here!!! The staff is always friendly. The food is always good and I always get it fast. I could say this about any of their locations but this is the one I frequent most. Like many of their locations, this one is prone to waves of customers all at once and I'm amazed at how well they handle them. They always forget the correct sauces because the servers in the drive thru are too busy being rude cutting you off mid sentence to ask "would that be all?" after each few words you speak. Constantly get all the way home to see an incomplete order. By far the worst location in Little Rock due to that fact. read more

I have been to this location multiple times. The service has always been fast and my food was good previously but I go in today and the machine would not take my Apple Pay and the reaction I got was kind of like "well that sucks thanks anyway." lately it seems the details get lost in drive thru and pickup orders. Consistently, straws are missing, napkins and utensils on orders we have placed for soup, Mac and cheese and kale salads. As I tracked my way from New Orleans to my hometown. Many small adventures occur (not a "There and Back Again" journey), you've hit the last leg, where the world becomes so familiar that you can smell your grandad's biscuit's in the oven, gravy on the stove, and the stories you tell have such a vivid backdrop, that embellishment need not be questioned, still, all you really want is the day to come to an end. I had to buy paint at Home Depot. I had to guess whether my (wonderful, beautiful, breast cancer survivor!) aunt had dinner waiting. How bad...I wanted to just get home. There, next to the Hone Depot on Channel Parkway is Chic-fil-A. Well, I guess, I could stuff two meals down if need be (lucky my aunt had only made a smell meal). You gotta figure, it's fast food (not my thing), but South on Main didn't open till later, the Capital Grill was out of the question (driving all day!) and even Olive Garden was a stretch. I've been in this business a very long time. I...am not easily impressed (I know, I know, I write a lot of five star reviews!), but the kids (and believe me, they are kids!) here really, really, know what's up. The service, and manners of the young people that work here! The speed of operation! The cleanliness! The character! I was just blown away! I, to be honest, couldn't tell you what I ate, I was just watching the system, the smooth mechanism, and the oldest one working couldn't have been (but slightly) over drinking age. The people here take pride in what they are doing with grace under pressure (this is a very busy location). I don't know one Chick-fil-A from another, I guess the food is pretty much all the same (I really liked the Buffalo Sauce!!), but when it comes to customer service? Long line the first time I came through today. Should have took as a sign especially since there were no cars at the pickup window but everyone was backed up to place an order.
