I went through the drive-through and placed a simple order: a junior bacon cheeseburger, four-piece nuggets, a plain hamburger, and fries. After paying, I was asked to pull over and wait in the parking lot while they cooked my food. I ended up sitting there for almost 15 minutes, and during that time, three cars that ordered after me got their food before I did. When my order was finally brought out, the fries were already cold, and the plain hamburger was missing. I had to go inside to ask about it, and only then did they realize they hadn't made it. They started cooking it while the rest of my food continued sitting in my car getting colder. After such a long wait, I was left with cold fries, cold food, and a frustrating experience overall. Had a conversation this morning about fast food and admitted my all time favorite is a Wendy's single with cheese. But today, in the drive thru, after waiting to order, being solicited prior to ordering, and ordering 3 medium frosties, I was told to hold on. After 5 minutes I was told that they were overwhelmed, only had 2 people working, and would have to shut down the drive thru for at least 5 more minutes. So, I left and I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. Really, 3 frosties broke you, after making me wait for 5 minutes to order. So, Wendy's now Sucks. I'm back Burger King, bring on the Whoppers! Sorry I ever switched. read more

One of the worst Wendy's I've been to. Very long waits in drive through. They always mess something up, like usually missing a topping. Often asked to pull over , park and wait. Food just not very good. Gets worse with every visit. The app works for ordering, but never for deals. read more

I have grown to appreciate this location of Wendy's. I have a tip. Order on the screen. Ordering at the main desk takes a long time or the staff are inefficient. Usually ordering on the screen works every time but this time they forgot my drink. I received the rest of my order fortunately. The prices overall of Wendy's I have to say is expensive. The staff are nice but take a long time to make my order and for me to receive it. The store is always near deserted which I like. The store is always clean and bright. read more

If think about eating here DONT , I used to work here and we did not wash our hands. We grab french fries with our bare hands majority of the food sits out for an hour long so you're basically eating Old food supposedly have a timer, but we never use timers The management sucks. They don't properly train us how to properly do our job then we have customer complaints cause we weren't trained right if I was you, I would go down the street to McDonald's better price. Food was great, drive through service was polite but left an item out our order. Instead of asking us to pull to the side (like all other fast food places do) and having the employees bring out the missing items, they made us get back in line and wait 12 minutes. Blond girl at the drive through window was blatantly wearing a bracelet with an offensive word on it. Very much a disappointment. I usually go to McDonalds on the way to work but after having read some good reviews of Wendy's new breakfast menu I decided to give it a chance. It was Saturday morning and I was the only car there so service was quick. I ordered a maple bacon chicken croissant and decided to eat it in their parking lot. After a couple of bites I realized there was no bacon, so back I went. They were apologetic and replaced it quickly and with a smile. Nice! Unfortunately, even with the bacon the breakfast was pretty disappointing. The croissant was terrific, but the bacon was overcooked and dry. The chicken was OK but it was a bit overwhelmed by the maple butter. Frankly, I hadn't expected that bit. The drive-thru menu called this item a Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant so perhaps naively I expected to receive Maple Glazed bacon, not a gooey, overly sweet syrup. (Just a suggestion, but it might be better to call it a Maple Butter, Bacon, Chicken Croissant.) So in view of all this, and the fact that it cost over $4.50, I think I'll stick with my $1.50 Sausage McMuffin with cheese. Sorry guys ... I tried :) read more

Had a good experience at the drive through. 9 pm on a weeknight. Quick service. Food was hot. All the necessary silverware, napkins, ketchup, straws etc were all put in the bag. Fries were propped upright in the bag! Food was whatever. Can't go wrong with a frosty or fries. The nuggets were even good. read more

This place is AWFUL. Ever since Covid this place gets worse and worse. They never open on time. They consistently don't have main items. For months they had no ice. Constantly "under staffed" but when u pull up to the window there's like 4 cashiers just hanging out chatting. The employees care little to not at all that the service is horrid. I honestly wish they would just close so a reliable food source would open. There used to be an amazing manager here that had this place running perfectly. After a long day and zero motivation to cook dinner today. I made a stop at Wendy's, the line was long and I hesitant to make the effort to wait or just go home and have a sorry piece of toast and tea. I am glad I made the decision to just be patient and get in line. The guy that took my order tonight was very friendly and has customer service. Not the over exaggerating fake kind, but Use to be normal kind that is long gone these days- so thanks dude (thumbs up). Now to the food. I get home and it was the most beautifully prepped burger I have seen in a very long time. I could be exaggerating, but if you are like me that runs to fast food on days you don't feel like making dinner or had long ass days at work- you know what I mean by a beautiful burger. Im an Uber driver and just Come to do a pick up and of course they have their doors closed. There is a huge line of cars in the drive through that would make a 30 min delivery into an hour. So I parked curbside and called the store to see if anyone can bring it outside. The manager said no. You got to do the line like everyone else. And just like the that I canceled the pick up. An hour is not worth $10 to me. They should work with their partners instead of not giving a crap. I drove 10 mins for this pick up just to cancel it. That's my two cents. read more

Ok to be honest I've had my order wrong several times at this location. The service is sometimes slow and the employees argue with each other but I like it. Tip: use the drive thru. Check your food before you leave. If you have a problem call the manager. They will always fix the problem or try to make it up to you. That's why I gave then 4 stars. read more

Who likes to admit they go to these places... weIl I don't go here often because I don't eat red meat, but wanted to try the new fries... that's all I got. That's all I usually get.. and as usual, they were cold and wrinkly. I wanted to give the new fries a fair test so I kindly asked if they had hotter ones. The kid was super nice and told me it would be a minute.. I pulled around and he waved me over again. Hot they were.... salty the were too.... tried 'em, liked 'em.... but waaay tooooo much salt! Glacial service, long lines, barely clean, screaming kids, but other than that, it's great. Up to eight people are visible behind the counter, and they're all doing something, but that doesn't seem to help the fact that it takes them an average of 4 minutes to process a customer. There is no overhang at the drive thru. If it's raining, you get soaked. They don't serve breakfast. Get with the program. This is a very heavily trafficked area in the morning you could make a killing off of breakfast please start serving breakfast read more

Honestly the best Wendy's in Massachusetts. Service is great, food seems to be a notch above your typical Wendys (probably all of the love that goes into your meal) I would eat here for my last meal if I could. I like Wendy's food and it is prepared well at this location. But do not eat in. Do take out and bring the food back to work or home. The service inside is very slow. All of the effort is centered on the drive thru where as the inside goes to hell. Everyone is very nice but having one cash register open during peak times does not work. One other thing about eating in. The inside is gross. The whole place needs a re-do. The seats are falling apart, the plastic covered booths are so old they cannot even be kept clean.
