We ordered a Cuban sandwich - pricey and just okay. Slightly inconsistent distribution of meats across the entirety of the sandwich. Basically, one half was great, the other half was so-so... basic math gives that a solid "C" - so again, just okay. We also went for the cheesesteak egg rolls. Again - just okay. Really scant amount of meat, and the "SMC" (super melty cheese) tasted a lot more like a cheap processed American than the claimed provolone. So again, just okay. They even completely omitted the sriracha ketchup, but I was able to concoct my own. The queso dip was actually quite nice. Very flavorful and nicely seasoned with lots of corn, poblanos, and bacon to go around. The chips that came with the queso were grossly under-fried - they might have been good if they were crisp enough, but as they came, they were completely inedible - right in the trash. Finally, and I saved the best for last, the fries. I will admit that the fries were actually something special. Super crispy and loaded with flavor. If you're looking for fries, this is the place! Otherwise, you may look elsewhere. I don't plan on risking the burgers, sadly. I'm really not sure that Guy has even been served the same food we ate the other night, or he'd not allow his name to be associated in this manner. But I left with no food that I ordered and no idea who to call to help me. I was helpless and the entire experience was very frustrating. I may never go to McDonalds again after this horrible experience. I just wanted a soda and fries but even though I had a receipt, the customer service people didn't care at all. I left with NO FOOD at all!!!! I tried to cancel my order at least 7 times. The McDonald's food people claimed that they never received my order. Non-existent customer service.
