Located near the Pennbrook railroad station this is less a BBQ joint, despite the name, but a sports bar. Inside it has high ceilings and big windows and many, many screens and while it is comfortably modern it's done in dark wood that gives the feeling of an older, more charming place. Unfortunately this is the best part of the place. The menus for food and drink are both outdated including drinks -Sam Adams Winter Lager stood out, and certain sandwiches that are no longer offered. These are not fancy menus and could be redone in a few minutes on the office word processor. The fact they haven't points to older issues. Appetizers run in the $9-10 range with Sandwiches and burgers $12-$14 and things like ribs and brisket at $20+. The price for drinks is on the low side of marker price, which is a plus. I had the buffalo shrimp and the sauce was good and the texture was excellent, you really didn't taste the shrimp. Still it was pretty good. for a main course I had the black and blue burger that really had only a hint of any special flavor and my wife had a chicken wrap that she said the honey mustard tasted a little strange and the tortilla itself was stale. On asking for the bill it was a long time coming, which weas a surprise because the staff up to that point had been very attentive, then when I got it we waited and waited and waited and in the end I just left cash instead of using plastic and we walked out. Before we even got to the car my wife and I agreed we would have gotten a better meal at, wait for it, Applebee's. Looking back on it what I would say is it's a place to go for drinks and appetizers with friends and watch the game. but that's it. for a more solid meal, yeah, I know. applebees?

Have been here many times. New owner now. Food tasted good. But was dried out like they reheated it. Wife got Brisket, 2 small straps very tuff and dry . I got Smoked 1/2 Chicken. Very Dry. Great place to Drink or watch a Game. But will not EAT there Again. Looks like we need to find a new place for Brisket and Chicken. How SAD ! It Gets worse. My wife's Brisket must of been Old.!! She has been Sick for hours !!! Don't Go!!!

We frequent the Smokehouse when in town to visit my in laws. Always a fun time. The service is great and the food delicious! Love that we can watch our Eagles play!! And Cat was an awesome server!!!! She was so very friendly and went above and beyond to find me when I left my purse behind!! We will return. Such a fun place to watch your favorite sport!!

A great neighborhood spot. The food is terrible - stick to the prepared foods like salads and fried items. The brisket I ordered tasted like grandma's overcooked pot roast with store-bought sauce poured over to mask the blandness. The meat was too tough too cut through with my fork and knife, so I left it on the plate. I'm giving this place 3 stars because of its awesome staff. Pat, my bartender, was attentive and friendly. He offered to switch out my entree but I wasn't craving anything else on the menu. Not his fault though, he did a fantastic job! I'd come to this place again for drinks and appetizers.

I have been here more than a few times. Mainly for the convenience of the location being close to my residence. Secondly, for the happy hour special on wings M-F from 4p-6p. Wings are $0.60 each and you haVe to order a min of 6 per order. My go to flavors: mango habanero, mild garlic and honey bbq. Rest of the food... meh.

Good food, lots of food choices, and worth the $ . Only downside was it took the hostess a bit to realize we were there waiting to be seated

This is an ideal setup. I've spoken to the pitmaster while I was eating outside. Super nice guy. They've always been a humble place who never thought of themselves as "above the people" which is why when we had that flood in 2021, the community rallied around them so fiercely. Back to food. Several sauces for the pork, available to get as much or little as you need. The Mac and cheese is good, like, "bring me back a plate at the cookout" good. And lastly the greens are superb. Some people shouldn't make greens. These are not those people. The acid, the smoke, the consistency. I've never gotten them and they were different from last time. Look at my reviews. I probably am overly critical with some places and am not overly generous with others. They deserve all 5 stars

Slightly outside the Lehigh Valley, but after stopping in, I can confidently say it's absolutely worth the drive. I had to start with the wings, smoked to perfection and then fried for a crisp finish. Each bite hit with smoky flavor, crunch, and a sweet-savory kick from the Asian sauce. Simply incredible! After the wings, I moved on to the BBQ sampler, which includes three fall-off-the-bone ribs, two slices of tender brisket, a tasty, well-seasoned drumstick, and juicy pulled pork. For sides, I went with mac & cheese and BBQ baked beans. They weren't nearly as impressive as the meats, but were still enjoyable. My friend ordered the chopped brisket sandwich with mac & cheese and natural cut fries. She likes it so much she orders the same thing every time she goes. The counter service is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and I still haven't tried the brisket burnt ends, so I'll definitely be back.

Overall Ratings Atmosphere - 3/5 Service - 5/5 Food - 4/5 Parking - Private Parking Lot Atmosphere - The restaurant is nothing special and decorated very minimally. That said, everything was clean, which is always appreciated. Service - The service is excellent. The staff cooks the food for you at the table. While I personally prefer to cook the food myself, having the staff handle everything made the experience feel a bit rushed. What We Ordered - Steamed Egg - which was good Tofu Stew - which was good Beef Tartar - which was very good Pork Belly - which was okay Galbi and Marinated Galbi - which were very good Final Thoughts - The food is solid, but the prices are quite high compared to other Korean restaurants I have been to that offer similar quality. The salad was a bit underwhelming and we wished there was more salmon sashimi in it, but the dressing was good and it was a nice and light dish to start with. The Pork Regular Combo was plenty for us, and had a good variety of pork belly, jowl, and spicy bull-dwaeji to try. We ended with a really tasty marinated galbi. Our meal also included steamed egg, corn cheese, and doenjang and kimchi jjigaes, which did not fall short, either. Our waiters were extremely attentive and accommodating! Our original reservation was scheduled for 8:30 PM and our plans changed, so we wanted to come in earlier. The staff did their very best on a packed night and were able to get us in at 7:30 PM and made sure to call us to let us know. We had a waiter grilling at all times, so our food was ready quickly. SALT is tucked in a plaza with plenty of parking on a busy night. The restaurant itself was cozy, but one thing we did notice was how quickly we ran out of space at our table. We felt a bit rushed to clear things out, but otherwise, a really great experience!

The concept is good but the execution could definitely use some optimization…read more Some of the challenges we ran into: 1. We had to ask for water repeatedly and our server forgot to help us turn on our hot pot stoves (and she was also impssible to find). 2. Many utensils were missing, including the spoons for the hot pot, seafood crackers (for the crab legs), and bowls for the hot pot. 3. We ordered the udon 3 times - and finally gave up. 4. Usually, grills are switched out pretty frequently - we had to ask when our grill was literally non-usable. 5. Expect that you will be missing items from your order so patience is a virtue. The meats are ok with some much better than others. 1. I would recommend loading up on the fatty brisket for the hot pot as that was actually very solid. Be sure to order a few portions as they are quite small. 2. For the BBQ, the ribeye, marinated short ribs, and bugolgi are solid. The angus steak and chuck flap were both a bit tough. If you are in the mood for fish, the salmon is a good option - the cuts are thick enough that you can get a nice medium rare if you watch the grill closely. 3. The buffet has snow crab legs and crawfish for dinner - do NOT skip out on the crawfish as that was a highlight. They were fresh and very flavorful with Cajun seasoning. Peronally, I prefer the order-from-tablet approach at KPot as it cuts down on the wait time, especially if your server is MIA but this will satisy a craving in a pinch. It may have been an off-night but the venue was not packed tonight so that should not have been a reason for some of the misses.

The pork belly we got was flaky, which was weird. They have a nice little hot foods bar though, so that's a plus. Service could've been better.
