Really nice Wendy's, staff are very friendly, and the drive thru is VERY fast! Always get my food really quick, they never get it wrong, and its actually faster food than Mcdonalds! I really don't get why people are saying its slow, it's always fast when I show up. Or maybe it just feels fast to me compared to Mount Pocono's Mcdonalds. I'd like to see these other reviewers attempt ordering from Mcdonalds LOL, Wendy's is lightening fast compared to them! My only complaint and why I've giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the entrance of the place. Its on a really busy and dangerous road, there's no light, and its EXTREMELY time consuming to get out of the place. They really should change location. read more

the food is great but one of the female managers (the tall one) she is very rude and nasty. gave me attitude because i didnt know the difference between a biggie bites or biggie bag. and she yells at everyone behind the counter and she talks about you while you're standing there. very rude and unprofessional someone needs to do something about that. read more

Went here w Grandkids Thursday to eat. It waS so cold inside we couldn't stay to eat. As a matter of fact no one waS seated in their very clean dinner room. Guess no heat is a good waY to keep room clean. On the flipside I used the ladies room w 2 stalls. We drove by around 11am for a lunch and got Dave's double. No one was here so we didn't have to wait for ordering. We did however waited a while before our food was ready. About 10 mins for 3 burgers and 2 fries. Not sure what's so special about our burgers but 2-3cars pass behind us grabbed and left before we got our food. So service can be quick. Burgers are done right, fries portions are kind of small. We tried to go into the place to use bathroom but the whole store is closed? Couldn't get in, both doors are locked. read more

The manager needs to go or their franchise needs to be revoked if the owner isn't willing to fire them. They gave my dasher the wrong order, so the dasher returned to the restaraunt and the manager flat out lied to them and kept on insisting that the order was correct, even though the contents didn't even match the order the dasher was supposed to pickup. Instead of fixing the order the manager yelled at the dasher and kicked them out of the restaraunt. read more

If I could give this a zero star, I would! I went to the drive thru and gave the cashier my order. She horridly took the order and of course when we got our meal it was wrong. We asked for it to be corrected and asked for an extra sauce. The manager came to the window and said we had to pay extra with a very nasty attitude. I asked her if I really had to pay extra for one sauce. She was angry because we asked her to correct the order. When I gave her the 25 cents for the sauce she slammed the window and I beeped to get her attention. I told her that this is not a good way to lead and she is a poor representation of the Wendy's brand. She stated that this is a for profit business, not a free for all. I am not sure what she was trying to say, but clearly this lady should not be in charge and should not be working in customer service. We stumbled upon this Wendy's on a road trip, and I was expecting the worst as it was 9pm and sometimes fast food restaurants serve their worst food before they close. To our surprise, the sandwiches were steaming hot and juicy. The fries were fairly fresh and also came out hot! The only complaint that we had is that we were given one napkin at the drive through for a family of 5. Points for getting our order right the first time, though!! read more

I've been coming here for quite some time and not only do the vents above the cashiers start leaking condensation on your food, the floors are slippery and they upcharge you for drinks when their machine is down. Horrible customer service. I'll be talking to the BBB. read more

This is newly renovated due to fire and better than before. Slow service, drink machine was out of most drinks, no soap in the ladies room, no drink lids, and the ladies bathroom was dirty

About a year ago, it was very inviting, and very clean. As soon as the line would die down at the register, the employee will go to the tables and wipe them down and also sweep. Today I sat in there to have a late lunch and the tables were dirty, the place smelled bad and it was very cold inside. It was standard Wendy's food, and I'm okay with that. However, slow service and disorganization abounds. I was in there just BEFORE the weekday lunch rush, and it took an eternity to get in and out. The kitchen is visible from the cash register/order area. You could see confused employees, bumping in to each other in the kitchen, and a clear lack of communication.
