Honestly, for a day (or rather, night) at the casino, this was a pleasant stop. The ambiance is wonderful. To the classic music playing, to the diverse menus that are interchangeable depending on when you visit, to the wonderful people that serve you; this place gives you what you need when you're at the casino but want a fresh made meal. Whether it is breakfast, lunch, or dinner, they have options for any meal, any time. Depending on when you come the menu will be different. My visit was during the ripe hours of 1am but they still had breakfast and dinner options. Some options went well as lunch too. I opted for breakfast but I was very close to getting wings as I heard those were very good. The cocktail menu is endless. They have wonderful cocktail options but dont let that deter you from ordering any cocktail you are feeling the need for. The service was amazing. Period. Meadow was amazing. Very attentive, constantly communicating with us, checking in, and after we had our food we still had her undivided attention. Her manager Marianna was also extremely amazing. She checked in to see how we were doing as they were decently busy for the time it was, and it was appreciated and so kind. Our server was so kind as well. We couldn't have asked for better service. The service was okay and the food was a bit disappointing. My breakfast sandwich was almost all bun. I expected more, since the food in the NY restaurant was good. Everyone else's food seemed normal sized. I also wish that I'd seen the breakfast potatoes were included I'd have asked for mugs well done. I like crispy. I had to really work to get a drink refill. The tables are nice and there's plenty of space. But I wouldn't rush back there unless it was a time (breakfast) when it was the only option. We LOVE this restaurant...we went for breakfast, lunch and dinner...the staff was wonderful...great customer service, delicious food, and lots of it....big servings, great menu choices... and very clean. We ordered the popular Philly Cheesesteak Loaded Burger, Prime Rib cheesesteak & cheesecakes for dessert. The burger was top notch! Juicy, seasoned and full of flavor and to top it off with two slices of crispy bacon was heaven!! the prime rib, cheese, steak sandwiches received great reviews and feedback from my friends as well. Make sure to get extra of the donkey sauce on your sandwich sandwiches lol.... No joke, it is delicious and makes the sandwich even better in my opinion. Before trying my hand at Lady Luck wifey and I decided to try one of Guy Fieri's signature cocktails Kahlúa mocha milkshakes. Wasn't bad I needed 3 sips before I could actually taste some alcohol, wifey said as she took her first sip that the drink was strong. As I said wasn't bad. We've eaten here many times so we didn't try anything this time. As I have said in previous posts the food is excellent and I highly recommend this place. I really did not want to leave a review for a Guy Fieri chain, and more importantly I didn't want to really like it. We stopped in here for lunch, were greeted by really friendly staff, and it was awesome. You have to try the pastrami egg rolls. I had them two days in a row. We stayed at Mount Airy for 3 nights. Had Guy Fieri's twice (breakfast and dinner) Breakfast was great! The lady who helped us with awesome, friendly and food was quickly severed. I wish I could say the same for dinner, appetizers were great! Wife and I got burgers and they were honestly not flavorful... food took forever to come out. I'd go back for breakfast but not dinner. Shortly after Guy sold his restaurants to a private equity in Jan 2025, the one in the Mt Airy casino has gone downhill to a bad fast food restaurant with miserable staff. Our favorite restaurant while at the casino has become a "never again" one. At least Guy got his $2 billion. read more

We were there Thursday evening 14 May the hostess was friendly. She sat down, gave us the menus. We waited almost 20 minutes, and the place was not full. The host kept noticing that we weren't being served .she came back and spoke to someone about five minutes later a waiter showed up informed us right away that it wasn't his section ,but he'll take us anyway, there were only three tables with customers us being being the fourth. He takes our order. We waited another 45 minutes. I asked him for a cup of ice waited another 15 minutes. The fish and chips were overcooked and dry burger was burned never came to the table to ask if everything was all right waited for the he never showed up all , He was behind the bar on his phone and talking to two other waitresses . I walk towards the bar and the two waitresses walked away , he looks at me and asked me if he can help me and how was the food ? I told him it wasn't acceptable and I would like my bill now , he gave it to me. I paid because the food come out and we did eat some of the fries. That was edible and they weren't even Hot nor crispy they were warm/ . I don't understand it. It's sad because we have been there before when we stay at Mount Airy that's where we eat and we've never had this experience before. We hope it will be much better next visit because we will give it another try. read more
