We frequently stop here on our way up camping. The past 6 or so visits have had issues each time. One stop they had no mayonnaise, didn't tell us just didn't put it on the sandwich, when we asked for it specifically. Multiple times we've been missing food or the fries are hard as rocks. Today we did our normal stop and asked for bbq sauce and her response was "only ranch and ghost pepper", my husband trying to clarify asked you don't have bbq sauce? Her response was "I just said we only have ranch and ghost pepper" we backed up and left we won't go back. Managment probably needs a change or get rid of the employees who don't care. read more

We got trapped in their drive thru and it took over 40 minutes for them to take care of the 4 cars ahead of us, take our order and give us our order. Once we got our order it was missing some of our food, and it took another almost 5 minutes to get the rest of our order. read more

This place seriously needs improvement. Every time I order from there it's wrong or something is missing, or it's undercooked or overcooked. I swear to God they have literally children working there. Who am I kidding children can read and do orders better than the people who work there. And they want $15 an hour for this crap. I'll never go here again. I've had orders messed up consistently which is no biggie. But today, good god, what an absolute clusterf@!$k. Employees running in and out trying to hand off orders in the parking lot. Young girl only working the register when its clear they are struggling to get food out. Took 20 minutes to get food out when there aren't even many customers, and still messing up the orders! Absolutely no sense of urgency. Giggling and directing there attention to music selection when there are clearly disgruntled customers waiting for their orders. Oh and I forgot to mention, this burger joint didn't have burgers lmao!! Sign posted saying they were only able to serve chicken. Oh well, I'm here so I just order some regular nuggets. Of course after the long wait, I get spicy nuggets. Hahahaha I sit down and look at the young family sitting across from and lo and behold what do I witness? But of course, it is the father who is in fact eating ..... a CHEESEBURGER! At this point I'm just laughing to myself at the pure absurdity of it all. I go up to the girl at the counter, " so you don't have any burgers?" She proceeds to look back at the grill that clearly has a burger on it. Then she looks at me and says, "no." Can't make this up ya'll. In all this chaos I'm wondering if there is a manager somewhere that's going to take charge of this Lord of the Flies like situation. We ordered three small chilis and they were filled 2/3 full. We also ordered two frosties which should have been free because we have the key chains but they charged us for them. The food was good but probably wouldn't go back because of the issue with our chilis. read more

We are big Wendy's fans & frequently visit. Today was pretty disappointing when we did a mobile order and four of the five meals were incorrect AND they tried to have us double pay. I hope it is only a training issue, but we will think twice before stopping at this Wendy's in the future. read more

This Wendy's is below average compared to other Wendy's that I have been to. The lady in front of us was treated very rudely. She didn't want to come in so she ordered online and had to come in because she was holding up the drive the when there was cars behind her. For a Wendy's this place was clean, the food was good, and the service was excellent with the staff checking on us and making sure we were okay and even making sure that we knew we could get free refills of our soda. It is in a really convenient location for travelers, right next to the highway. I rate it 5 stars for a fast food place and I generally like Wendy's food. read more

We waited in line for 15 minutes in the drive through tonight and then decided to come in because they were busy. After standing in line for another 15 minutes, we heard the manager (assistant manager) tell the cashier to stop taking orders. He didn't say anything to the line of customers waiting to have their order taken. After another 5 minutes I asked what was going on. His barely polite response was that it was graduation tonight so they were very busy. Why not tell customers that as they come in, such as "Welcome to Wendy's! We are really backed up right now because it's graduation tonight but thanks for your patience." Terrible customer service and a lack of manners.
