The menu is the same as the restaurant at Founders Square, with salads, bowls, a good variety of handhelds, kids options and lots of sides. They even have rotisserie chicken, prime rib and miso salmon, for when you want a little extra. The octopus was exceptional--easily one of the best I've had and on par with dishes I've enjoyed at Michelin-starred and James Beard-recognized restaurants. We also shared the beet and goat cheese salad, followed by the local snapper and the ribeye cap topped with lobster claw and tail in chimichurri. Every dish was beautifully prepared and showcased the quality of the ingredients. The cocktails were well balanced (not overloaded with ice), and the Thyme on Thyme is an easy recommendation if you're looking for something light and refreshing. The wine list paired nicely with the meal as well. Watching the sunset over the water while listening to music drifting across the park made the evening even more memorable. Our server Mike, did an excellent job taking care of us. We started off with a couple cocktails. I had an Old Fashioned and my wife had the Not Bogged Down. For dinner I had the Chorizo Encrusted Red Snapper and my wife had one of the specials which was the Tripletail. She said it was the best seafood dish she has ever had. For dessert, we split the special Crème Brûlée topped with diced fruit. We enjoyed the dessert so much, we purchased one for a sweet family of four sitting next to us.
