One star is being generous.... This is what Wendy's in Nicholasville considers to be a medium order of french fries w/o salt. Is it really too much to ask for the fries to be fresh, without salt, and actually fill the container???? Considering their prices.... It shouldn't be. Their "ghost pepper" chicken sandwich is just a burnt piece of chicken with a slice of cheese .... I think I will just spend my money elsewhere until this location can get it together!! read more

As a former manager of fast food, the customer service in the drive thru at 10:05pm on 4/1/24 was definitely lacking. Instead of stating they were out of items or a 10-15 wait was required, the lady rudely cut us off 2 times and simply said "we're out" and "that'll be a wait" I would've waited, but not after the lack of service. I used to praise Wendy's, they used to be superior to most fast food places. Recently though, they've fallen right in line with Mickey D's, etc. Increase costs, lower quality and quantity. I asked 3 times: ordering, paying & checking the bag, to make sure the fries are hot and the container filled. It wasn't. They tried, again, two more times. This is what I left with. A barely half-filled container that I paid $2.59 (or in that range) for. They weren't hot, but at least not lukewarm. I gave up. Almost $3 for what amounted to maybe ONE entire potato. I can't with the fast food any more. These places are a ripoff. I'd rather go to Kroger, spend $3 on a WHOLE BAG OF IDAHO 'taters and make my own. read more

Every single time I order delivery from here, something is missing or wrong. When I reach out to ask if they will let me come get my wrong or missing item, I get told the same thing by the man that runs the place. "I made that order myself, and put it in the bag" or "we gave it to the Uber Driver" without fail, it happens every time I order here. I stopped eating there for months becuase I got fed up with it. tonight, I decided to try again. This Wendy's has recently renovated the dining area. Unfortunately the staff are doung very little to keep it clean. The floor is nasty with trash bag leakage. The mens room is discusting! There is no paper towel dispenser only a blower so no way to protect from the filth on tbe door knob. The service is the slowest I've ever had. There seems to managers in street clothes running the drive through area but they never pay attention to the main counter or notice over 6 customers in line in perpetual wait! Dave Thomas would burn this place down. What a waste of time and money to do a renovation when the staff can't run the store! The owners should really pay attention to this place. Drive thru can take up to 20 minutes. Going inside to avoid that is a mistake because the restaurant is filthy and smells. Please do something. read more

Ordered two spicy nuggets, fries, and a jr bacon cheeseburger and when I got the food the burger was wet and cold, the burger was as hard as a rock and the cheese wasn't even melted. The fries were stale and cold as if they had sat out for over two hours and nuggets were just as bad. When we went back the girl at the window was rude and wouldn't even speak to us or take the food back. The manager was the only person there that was not rude and tried to make it right. But we had to practically beg for our money back. It's safe to say we will never be going back to that Wendy's. Do yourself a favor and never go there unless you like rude employees and like your food cold and stale. If I could give this a negative star I would. read more

The last 3 times I have been here I have had to go back for things missing or the wrong items. Ordered online tonight $68 order.Told the guy some changes to the drinks because it doesn't give the option online. he said ok. I get home the drinks were wrong. How can you mess that up from the time I leave the speaker to the window? My child ask for chicken nuggets she gets them and half of them where spicy. I'm waiting for the drinks and the women is wearing a baggy hoodie dangling over the ice bin and resting her arms on it. Not cool when we are fighting a pandemic. Let alone any other time. They have always been nice to me in the drive-thru. I never have problems with my food. They make good baconator fries and don't skimp on toppings. I think they do very well always room for improvement though. read more

Stop in to get my wife a coke and a order of the bacon pub fries. The pop machine was nasty and moldy the fries had fungus gnats in them the entire store was horrible i would not eat here ever again... Such a bad place. Takes forever to get your food. Always rude service and the managers are the worst. I would advise your to not waste your time going there. It's unsanitary and will put you in a bad mood. Definitely worth the trip to Lexington if you want Wendy's. read more
