I don't usually waste my time writing reviews about fast food because everyone knows the food and service is going to horrible. We came here tonight and I asked what was the freshest thing right now and they said immediately we will make anything you want fresh, so we got spicy chicken sandwiches and nuggets, fries and a burger all cooked fresh and they were delicious. The young woman who assisted us was very kind and hospitable, but she was unaware that they were out of crispy chicken until the rest of our order was ready. My daughter had to order something else, which was an inconvenience after having already paid. It wasn't her fault though. Their truck didn't come. The dining area was covered with puddles of water from the leaky drink station. Due to this, seating was limited. Although wet floor cones were out, that could be dangerous. I chose to do a mobile order from this location because I thought it would have better service than the location near my home. When I got my pickup order, I was glad I checked my food. They gave me a cheeseburger, but I asked for a customized hamburger. When I addressed the issue, the server came back saying, it was made per my order. How can a cheeseburger be the same as a hamburger? What if I am lactose intolerant? When they finally heard my order, they made it and I tried to show the server my online receipt. If they had only said to me sorry, we made the wrong burger, I would have been OK with that, but now I must give them 2 lonely stars. read more

Happened a few months ago, but kind of got weird vibes at the drive thru after giving my card to pay. A few days later my card number was used for multiple charges in central Indiana fast food places. Not entirely sure if the cashier was the culprit but a big coincidence to not consider it. Don't eat here. The other reviews here really do say it all. Tonight i ordered a double and was served something that should never be given out by any restaurant. The bun was rock hard with grease pooling on top. I actually broke it in two! The one bite I ate was gross. Dirty grill, meat been on it forever. Something white on the meat that did not look like mayo. I literally got home, felt nauseated and vomited. Interestingly, if you go to the Wendy's corporate site, there is no page to report experiences like this. Looks like the horrible and reckless attitude runs from the cook to the CEO. Sad. If this is the quality of food this place feels comfortable serving, it simply needs to be shut down. I cannot believe anyone would feel comfortable serving this - reckless and dangerous. The manager at this location, Crystal, berated me for asking for my lettuce on the side of the burger. She must've forgot to mute her herself in the drive through because she said "big back should ADD lettuce!" as she laughed with her coworker. Not sure she could see me, so don't know why she said anything about my weight??? I don't know what else to say besides I wish they had turned their microphone off if they were going to be so hurtful. The food was sloppily thrown together. I wanted was a meal. Terrible service. Love me some Wendy's but this restaurant apparently now closes at 7 pm and this visit was on a Saturday night. Who closes a hamburger joint at 7 pm on a Saturday night. I guess this is yet another catastrophe caused by this Covid crap. You earned a one stars because the manager finally came out the back door after I sat at the drive thru speaker for 15 minutes and was very rude. You get one because this app won't let me do zero! All of the outside lights were still on, if you aren't going to be open core hours at least put a message on your speaker saying your CLOSED. This Wendy's location gets a thumbs up from me for the fast drive-thru service. My order was also correct! That's always a plus. I don't like how quickly the food gets cold (my chicken nuggets especially), but that's true with every type of fast food, I suppose. Wendy's unsweetened iced tea is aces, as well. read more

Used the drivethrough to buy the family supper since we were in a hurry and didn't have time to cook. I bought Taco salad for myself because it's one of my favorite Wendy's items. They forgot to include the most important part of the meal -- the chili. Unfortunately I only discovered this whn I got home, so had to drive all the way back. Went in and found 3 overworked guys struggling to keep up with the line of drive-through cars. I overheard something about a disgruntled worker not showing up to work. Honestly, if a franchise owner can't properly staff their franchise location, they shouldn't be allowed to have one. It gives Wendy's a really bad reputation, and it shows your customers that you treat your employees horribly. It's a Wendy's! There's really not a whole lot to say food wise - my experiences have been standard. Bonus though - the two salads I've had from this location have not had depressing white lettuce so bonus points for that. The interior has been standardly clean and the employees standardly pleasant. While this Wendy's is no hidden gem of Noblesville it's consistent with company standards and moves pretty quickly when you need a pre-concert snack. read more

This location is so inconsistent in many ways. First of all, the hours of operation are different every day it seems. Closing at 6pm and not opening in the morning like they should. Second, they always get my order wrong. I get the jalapeño popper chicken sandwich. I order it with grilled chicken instead of the fried patty it comes with. They NEVER get it right!!! It's always a fried patty that they give me. I just gave up and stopped saying anything because it didn't make any difference at all to say anything. Then they get rid of my favorite sandwich, the jalapeño popper chicken sandwich. Why get rid of a good thing?? Next issue, they constantly seem to be out of ice, serving their drinks warm and not giving us the option to cancel the drink order. Also, my son gets the chicken nugget kids meal with fries. The nuggets are always cold, hard, and chewy. The fries aren't any better. The toys they give away are a joke. They come in a million pieces and you have to put it together. What 5 year old can piece together many small pieces of plastic??? Ridiculous!! The mango pineapple lemonade is always good. Not too tart and great flavor. This particular Wendy's drives me crazy. I love a baked potato but they frequently don't have them. The drive through is usually very slow as is the inside ordering. They frequently get orders wrong. Super unimpressed. I went through the drive-thru for a couple of Frosties and ordered 1 small chocolate and 1 small vanilla. Easy enough? Guess not. I was given 2 chocolates, but I had already pulled away from the window by the time I noticed. So I parked the car and went in(and brought the 2 chocolate ones with me). The unfriendly cashier went to get me a new Frosty, and she brought back a tiny one (I'm guessing the "junior" size). By now, I just decided to gave up and took the Frosties and left. Y'all!! Ok m happy to announce that per what I saw at Wendy's today...COVID is over! The guy making burgers had no gloves or mask and apparently has a need to touch his face when he thinks. yummm. The other lady in sandwiches had a mask lovingly protecting her neck from....‍. The young lady on drive thru had no mask in sight and touched her face with her gloved hands. Fries? That guy is doing well too!!! Mask worn as a chin accessory...not sure, maybe he had a pimple to cover, who am I to judge? The manager and the new guy wore their mask appropriately so maybe no one told them that Covid is over at Clover Road Wendy's. The guy who took my order needed his smeller out but his mouth was covered. My fest stuck to the ground as I socially distanced from other diners who obviously, like me, were still wearing masks. The forgot the combo, so I went back, they still haven't had any customers, so they weren't busy. They brought me my combo, and forgot the sauce. For fast food, it was fine. We popped through the drive thru for some chicken nuggets on a whim/hanger emergency. Whoever took our order did an adequate job. Nothing special but a-ok. When we got to the window a guy summarily handed us our bag of nuggets. The hubs commented, "Service with a scowl." After that, the younger girl who took our money and gave us our sodas was a delight. She saw my Penn State sweatshirt and struck up a very enthusiastic discussion about Penn State and her family alumni relations to the school. It was a rainy Sunday afternoon at an off time -- I don't blame her for wanting to have a chat with an outsider, especially since she works with Sir Scowls-a-Lot. Food came out hot and the order was accurate. My husband asked for buffalo sauce and since they didn't have it they offered a creamy Siracha sauce. I thought it might be notable but it was just ok. This is the dirtiest fast food restaurant that I have been in. Every table was dirty and the floor was gross. My shoes were sticking to the floor! The restaurant was not busy and most of the staff was playing around instead of working. We usually love the drink machine but most of the flavors were unavailable. The closing staffs needs some revamping. The service was terrible and the sweet tea tasted like they added 1/10 the amount of sugar they were supposed to. We waited for our chicken, and once they came outside with our food 10 minutes later our fries were cold and were saltless. Only if!  Only if I could give zero stars!  We seldom eat out for we tend to cook a lot at home.  Tonight was one of those nights we wanted Wendy's.  I decided to go to this Wendy's, against my better judgement.  I vowed to never go to this one again but it had been a really long time so I decided to give them a shot.  Order was simple, no special instructions whatsoever.  I decided to try something different and went with the taco salad.  When I got home I was actually looking forward to the salad.  Yes, I phrased it as salad and not taco salad because that is what I got.  I received a bag of chips, a bowl of salad and a packet of sour cream.  No chili meat and no salsa anywhere in the bags.  I realize it's difficult to find people that actually want to work nowadays but when they can't do a simple task then they shouldn't be responsible for people's food.  I'm not defending this particular location at all because they are always horrible but I do realize we've become a lazy society and a lot of people don't have any sort of work ethic!  Wendy's can be satisfying but if you would like to receive what you actually ordered then I'd highly recommend staying away from this location read more
