This place used to run really smooth and quick but now has lost its right to be in the "fast food" category.

I just recently reviewed my local Chick-Fil-A for the first time, but I had to update my rating today. Surprisingly, the increase in their score stemmed from an error that they made. I placed my order through the app to claim a free breakfast sandwich that was added to my account as a reward. I also redeemed points for free hash browns. I added a limited time drink, some new Chick-Fil-A Sauce flavored waffle potato chips and a breakfast meal for my daughter. The sandwich was free, but I added a slice of colby jack cheese for an additional $.30 (tremendous value, by the way, most other restaurants charge around $1). I was given the wrong cheese. Pepper Jack was added instead. But, do you know what? I went into the app to report the issue; I had my pictures ready and everything, but I didn't need them. I simply chose Order Issues, then selected the item, and voila! They added another free sandwich to my rewards! Now, that's what you call good customer service. They replaced my free sandwich with another free sandwich, no questions asked! read more

What happened here? Arrived at 3pm, which apparently is shift change. Had to wait behind three employees, and when my food was delivered the server said "you're welcome" before i could say thank you. Never had a snotty comment from a Chick-Fil A employee before--ever. So snotty servers aside, traffic was not well managed. Have never seen this kind of chaos at Chick-fil-A before. There were dozens of employees, most not engaged in any customer service. Lot of managers not managing, from the look of things. A new experience that I will not make the mistake of repeating. read more

This is a really nice Chick-fil-A location. I usually order for curbside pickup, and it is very efficient. Order on the app, pull into a curbside parking spot, check in on the app and your order is delivered very quickly to your car. Service is always above-and-beyond friendly. We're a pretty healthy fam, but Chick-fil-a is definitely a preferred fast food choice when on road trips. We stopped in this one on our way out of town and the staff were kind, the chicken was hot, and the line was long, but they handled it quickly. The Chick-fil-A following is curious to me. I've been anxious to try the chicken breakfast biscuit, but not a big fan of waiting in line, so I usually pass. Today, I was out early early (7:15) and saw no line. So today was the day. This Chick-fil-A takes some maneuvering to get to as it is deep in a shopping center that requires going around a block to get to. Then you drive all the way around the store to order. You must circle the store 2 times to order, pickup and leave. That said, the service was ultra quick and friendly. My chicken biscuit was piping hot. The chicken biscuit as juicy and fresh. The biscuit was fresh and crumbly - but a little on the greasy side. It was good (especially for fast food) and filling. The chicken biscuit has 450 calories and 50 grams of carbs. But the good news is that the chicken is fried in peanut oil, which is one of the healthier oils - low in saturated fats. Overall, the sandwich is good but I'll need to get on the treadmill an extra hour. read more

I need these prices to match what I get and how employees are treated here. It makes no sense that a higher minimum wage was reined due to risking higher prices. But just these past four years we have seen no increase in minimum wage but insane food price hikes being told it's inflation. This nonsense price gouging on top of Raising Cane's increasing their employee pay proves the detrimental mess for me. I did have a gift card so whatever! This is the typical filet of the chicken shop, extremely friendly and pleasant staff that almost has me looking for adoption papers, large appetizing menu that does all the kid friendly parent approved essentials, chicken nuggets, fantastic shakes and consistency to rival five star establishments soured by rotten corporate politics, trashy ethics, and abusive employee treatment. I cannot understand a company that prides itself on quality, morals, and positive ideals while paying average employees not even near a living wage. The one star rating reflects their corporate policy of bragging alongside the twisted use of artificial flavors and colors in many menu items. There is absolutely no excuse for this backwards treatment of what is promoted as the best in fast food if not even better restaurants. I personally avoid Chick-fil-A unless I end up with a gift card because of this difficult surprise. Despite their ideal breakfast foods, great rewards program, and near perfect app, I need more gluten and dairy free options that don't require adding more cash on the already expensive unhealthy selection. read more

I am a frequent Chick-fil-A customer. It is the only "fast food" restaurant I frequent. I like the menu options most often purchasing a chicken sandwich and eating the chicken only (saving calories by not eating the bun). The sides of the salad or fruit cup are my favorite as well as the diet lemonade and diet/sugar free tea. The app is definitely worth using. You can earn points for your purchases and I frequently get time limited offers of completely free items. Today I redeemed an 8 count nuggets and brownie (completely free) and purchased the Chicken Tortilla Soup. It's the first time I have tried the soup and it was delicious. It was before 1:00, a weekday, and as per usual - it was busy. However, they are always adequately staffed and move customers along fairly quickly. read more

Never will I ever go back to this location. Came in with my one year old got charged for sides a drink her I ordered a kids meal. But no this girl put side Mac side of fruit and an apple juice. Did the math 2 dollars more than ordered grilled chicken nuggets got the wrong ones. I'm gluten free. No one would help me a nice man went and grabbed my daughter's drink that they didn't give me. The girl was rude didn't read back my order she also put her hands all over the lid the part that goes in my drink like rubbing her hand on it weird!!!. I wrote a comment they sent me a bs email. Pregnancy cravings hit me and I had to have Chick-fil-A. Definitely don't come here during lunch time if you're in a rush! I sat at curbside for at least 30 minutes (starting at 12:52 and I received notification that my food was being sent to me at 1:24). I have been to this location multiple times. It's in a small shopping mall area, lots of congestion because of everyone waiting, and a bit inconvenient to get to. My food was still hot when I got home but they forgot all of my dipping sauces so that was a major disappointment (being pregnant and all). I'd go again but hoping to find a better time. read more

Reading some of the reviews on here surprised me, so I wanted to add my thoughts as someone who solely uses this location since it is on my work commute. So, yes, this location is crazy busy like others have mentioned. It isn't the easiest to get into, as it is sandwiched between lots of other businesses, but they have done all they can to make the most out of the little space they have. The recent closure and remodel helped the exterior by leaps and bounds in my opinion. There is more drive-through space and feels like space to drive around the business in general, and the addition of the covered ordering area seems SO much nicer for the employees working the lines. Kudos to the business for taking care of the staff. I have great experiences using the curbside pickup and really appreciate they offer this option. They increased the number of spaces since its inception, and I almost always find a spot open. (Admittedly, I do usually try to avoid craving Chick-fil-A at peak meal times because of how busy it is.) I've always received my order VERY quickly curbside, so I was surprised to see people not recommending it. I like it so much more than the drive-through line because I can just park and relax while waiting, not have to keep watching when to move up in line. I think it works great paired with ordering on the app. As far as the food, I always receive the Chick-fil-A taste and quality I expect from this restaurant. I tend to frequent chic-fil-a quite often, as I know many people do because the lines are ALWAYS super long. That's not the topic of discussion right now since I order through the mobile app so I can skip the line inside or if I'm feeling pretty lazy I'll use curbside so they can bring my food to my car window (damnit I just gave away my secret!!!). I love this location because everyone is super nice and my food comes out pretty quickly (love that mobile app). Also the manager sends out freebies through email for a treat of the week for no reason, and I won't complain about that :) If something is wrong with your order they will fix it no questions asked. Those chicken minis will be the death of me, but they are sooooo good. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. So happy eating! read more

Don't really love this location compared to others in the area. The food is usually accurate, but the service is consistently slow in the mornings. I've given this feedback to CFA staff onsite; drive through moves significantly faster than curbside, which doesn't make any sense to me (and the manager said it shouldn't be this way and that they were working on it about 1-2 months ago when I first inquired about it). I placed my order at 7:40 this morning for curbside pickup and had to physically go inside at 8:00 to get it. Super not a fan. TLDR: don't curbside order here. Well let me first explain this is not about the service or quality of food it's strictly based on the price discrepancy between stores and how you get your food. A regular Chick-Fil-A chicken sandwich here will run you $5.19. The Southport location for the same thing will run you $4.99 If I were to order this as delivery on their app from the Westfield location the Sando then costs you $6.75? Which your already paying a delivery fee of $3.99 for and whatever you decide to tip your driver. What I really can't stomach is already getting charged for a delivery fee and then tipping the driver and then an additional cost for your food from the same location. This is some DoorDash type shenanigans from their own app with no clear reason as to the price hike of food. read more

I have been skeptical of the chick-fil-a hype but needed to decide for myself. We went for lunch one day and the drive thru line seemed insanely long, as it usually is. I told my husband there is no way people would wait in long line for for fast food so I decided to set a timer when we pulled in the parking lot to test the system. It seemed to be moving rather quickly and when it was our time to order there were multiple staff outside taking orders. Since you won't be in front of the menu make sure you know what you want when they approach your car. From there we moved up slightly and paid with another staff member outside. We continued to pull around to the window where someone was standing outside the drive up window with our food. We pulled out of the parking lot in 10 minutes from start to finish. I was mind blown at how smooth it went!! As for the quality of food it was hot and fresh and they got the order right. I still think fast food chicken is overrated but everyone has their fascination, right? read more

Love being able to sit and eat and relax while kids have a safe fun place to play and interact with other kids especially on icky days outside. They come out for bites and always finish dinner. They make new friends learn new games and especially on days where I have a lot on my nice but just want them to get to run off some energy this is the place to go. Food is always good. Service is always amazing. They even come around asking if you want refills. The employees are all really amazing and kind. They do a great job of picking the best of the best. The only thing that stinks here is parking. No way to park and safely walk inside with multiple kids. Always gives me anxiety trying to navigate the parking lot. They are very efficient whether I do drive thru, pick up or order ahead. That's my favorite. Order as I leave the house.. Look. If you haven't had Chick-fil-A yet, just do yourself the favor and go. But know this: no matter when you go, you're going to be in line. Whether you're eating in or going thru the drive thru, you're going to wait. People LOVE this place. I wish I didn't love it as much as I do but those damn fries get me every.single.time. I almost always get the strip meal (ok, it is officially always--can't remember ever getting an actual sandwich here). The Chick-fil-A sauce is my favorite but my hubs really like the BBQ. This is fast food so don't go in expecting to get a gourmet meal. But for fast food, it's the best. Don't go on Sunday as they are closed. It's hard not to love this place. It's a standard Chick-fil-A with the signature breaded chicken. Placed an order on the app while we were driving towards the location. Pulled up in the curbside pick up and food was out within 5 minutes. this is impressive considering the line was at least 30 cars deep and they had the line moving. Great work by the employees. Food was in paper bags within the large plastic bag within a plastic container. No touch hand off. Grilled nuggets are awesome btw and low in calories. read more

This is THE BEST Chick-Fil-A in the area... I go out of my way to come to this one because they've never gotten my order wrong, employees are GENUINELY nice, and -despite horrible traffic patterns at all CFAs, this one atleast tries to control the chaos. They also put plenty of special offers on the app. The biggest con for me is that they just did away with their buy-one-get-one-free gallons of tea. :( read more
