Severely let down, I live about 5 minutes away from here so I thought I'd stop by, after all I'm new in the area. I made an order that was almost $20; however my food was cold and absolutely disgusting. I had ordered a sandwich and requested for bacon to be removed off of my sandwich, yet my request was denied clearly and they seemed to have given me extra bacon. I had to throw that out. I had asked for a medium drink and I was given a small. Like what the heck guys. My nuggets were cold and just straight trash. I threw them out as well. Finally the guy taking me was absolutely devoid of life. Never come back here unless you want to be absolutely ripped right off. Genuinely a rip off. This place should be shut right down. read more

This was the first time I went to Wendy's and I loved the experience. The staff was soo friendly and they answered all my questions. I'm from Spain and I don't understand English very well. The staff talked slowly and repeated the words when I didn't understand it. I like this. After paying, I didn't wait more than 10 minutes for my food. They made the food really fast and I like this too. And the food was delicious, for example there was a chicken sandwich that was crunchy and hot and the Frosty was awesome, i love the flavour and the texture of the food.I enjoyed the experience and i will come back more times and test other types of burgers, i recommend you go to this local Wendy's, this restaurant is better than other options of fast food read more

Not surprised to come here after my experience and see the reviews. These guys just don't give a F***. I went through the drive thru, asked how they are doing, got no response. That's normal honestly, so no harm there. Everything about my order was wrong. They didn't bother to ask what kind of drink I wanted or didn't bother to ask if I wanted a dipping sauce. Truthfully it doesn't matter what you order, you'll get what they decide to give you. I did say eventually that I wanted a grape powerade at the speaker and sweet and sour dipping sauce at the window. In return, I received pickles, Ketchup and mustard on my burger. None of those items belong on a Jr bacon and that's why I order the damn thing. Cold fries and nuggets, with a strawberry powerade. And honey mustard dipping sauce. It's beyond careless or incompetence, it's intentional. They just don't give a F*** about you, your experience, or what you want. Employees with face masks under their noses. Multiple wrong orders in a row while the manager hides in a corner, refusing to acknowledge those of us in the lobby trying to get someone's attention. Rock hard, stale buns. The woman behind me went all the way through the drive thru line to pick up her online order (where the app specifically said to use the drive thru), only to be told at the window that she had to go inside. I have been here on multiple occasions at dinner hour when they are out of baked potatoes. I just asked for a manager and talk to a girl named Laura who tried to tell me there's no way to predict consumption. With ovens that big things so quickly I can't imagine why there would've been a 30 minute wait for potatoes unless you just put them in. after she left the window. I heard her talking about me to the other employees. I told her this is happened on multiple occasions and this is not the first time, in addition to that they only had small french fry bags available. She indicated someone had ran to another store to get medium, large and extra large containers for fries. They couldn't figure out earlier in the day that they were running low on paper supplies? Very disappointed in this location and I hope that corporate would get involved and get it straightened out. read more

25 min wait, 2 completely burned cheeseburgers. They forgot the chili so I had to go back around and wait another 5 minutes before someone came over the intercom. The owner of this location needs to sell. This location has been going downhill for years. You can drive straight down the street to the Wendy's in Elyria, and it is like night and day. One is poorly run, hours are cut short, work is short cut, the other well managed, rarely a problem. I hate to have to drive into Elyria to get food where they ring the order properly, and actually give me what I ordered...... but the aggravation is not worth it. read more

Drive through service was good but the wait time is always at least 10 minutes.

This was the first time we visited this Wendy's. There was only 1 car in line and we thought it was strange that no salads were posted on the drive thru menu. Now we know why. After asking if salads were available we ordered a taco salad and 2 other items but when we got home, a 15 minute drive, we found the taco salad had no chili or tortilla chips. Definitely not fast food by the time we drove back to Wendy's and home once again. read more

It was fairly late when we arrived. The place was empty but again it was after 8:00pm. We salads a baked potato and a chili. Plus two drinks. The food came hot and fresh. The dining area was clean but somewhat chilly. Experience was overall pleasant. read more

They made us wait for over five minutes just to order. They said that they were busy changing the pop machine. They gave us the incorrect change. We called and the manager was the rude person who gave us the wrong change. She said that she told us we needed to wait and that we gave her the incorrect change. Nothing was resolved. Doesn't even matter what they got wrong because the last time I didn't even get any meat on my sandwich only to be accused of eating it to get a second piece of meat. In was one of only two cars in the drive-thru around 5:50PM on Friday March 19th. It took over five minutes before they got to me and took my order. Overall I waited over 15 minutes before receiving my order. They wanted only cash and would not take credit cards. At McDonalds they take credit cards and your in and out in, less than five minutes. I will never visit this Wendy's location again. I would never recommend them for drive-thru orders at any of their locations. They are very poorly run. It is quicker to go inside and get an order. read more

I love Wendy's. It is a homegrown fast food chain from Ohio. Their burgers are better than any other fast food joint out there. If you happen to want a burger on the go, hit up Wendy's, just not this location. This location has a habit of messing up your order and not fixing it. Horrible service! They got multiple orders wrong including ours. The drink machine was out of everything but unsweetened tea and the floors and bathrooms were dirty. My husband and I are swearing off fast food for the new year and our experience at this location made that decision so easy. We ordered single with cheese burger meals while running holiday errands. Both burgers were literally COLD to the touch -- the buns felt like they had been refrigerated and the meat was cool. I turned around and went back and told them. They gave me a new burger at room temperature, or cooler. Huh??? We opened the burger within about 60 seconds of pulling away. Since we were rushing and hungry -- we stupidly ate our cold burgers. Later we both felt sick and made multiple trips to the bathroom. I'd stay away -- they clearly would be in violation of health codes six ways from Sunday had they been inspected today. That's just awful -- I always worry about folks who are ill or recovering from Chemo or something, or kids who are sick and their parents are trying to get them to eat anything they'll accept and then these lazy, careless owners and workers endanger them with poor food handling. My husband stopped at this location on his way home tonight to bring me dinner. He tried to go through the drive through but the lights were turned off and it was closed-it was 9:55 p.m. on a Thursday evening. He then decided to go into the restaurant. Upon entering - the two workers behind the counter just looked at him like they'd been caught doing something wrong and then what appeared to be the manager of the restaurant went over right behind my husband and locked the door behind him-it was 10:00 p.m. at that point. The website clearly has the restaurant hours open until 11:00 p.m. Mind you the person who locked the door behind my husband was already in the process of mopping the floor before he walked in which means they were closing down the place 1 full hour before they were supposed to. They acted like my husband was a complete inconvenience to them. So of course once I got my food it was practically inedible. This is unacceptable and I think those workers should be fired. When an establishment posts their hours to a website and the workers decide to close early on their own?! That is clearly a violation against the owner of that location and the company. They cheated both out of one full hour of business due to their laziness. If there was an extenuating circumstance leading to them needing to close early there should have been a sign posted to the door clearly stating that. There was no sign - which proves these employees were just taking matters into their own hands. I could see if it was 10 minutes before closing but 1 full hour?! They need to find better employees as the current ones are costing the company money and causing inconvenience to their customers. Disgraceful! That takes a lot of nerve and is extremely insubordinate. They can't be too smart because if they were they would have had to realize someone might complain and that they could get caught for pulling that little stunt. I had the worst experience ever at this location. First time we came the destroyed and missed up our order. My wife called and they replaced our order for us. Simple right. Wrong! I go in to get our order replaced because my pregnant wife is having craves and I get treated like I was trying to steal something from them and was embarrassed in front of a lot of people in line. By the way I am the only Black family in the store at the time. The manager on duty was Sarah at the time. She refused to give me our complete order because it was not written in the book correctly(sandwiches only) and should have been meals. She has the option to trust me or judge me. IN the book did not have who we spoke with, date or time. She said refused to help us and said nothing she could do and that's it. Told me to go purchase. My kids had to put there drinks back we cancel order. I called there customers number while headed home and lucky my wife kept the information and we went back. Sad that the information was put in the system wrong from the same manager who just refused me. Yes Sarah replaced and refused our meal. She snatched my receipt and replaced my order with an attitude. I had customer service on the phone. No sorry. Nothing. She made the error and felt stupid when she missed everything up. Look I make over 250k a year and have a half million dollar house being built in North Ridgeville. I currently in North Ridgeville for the last 5 years.
