We are eating at this location about once a week. We never had a problem there. The food is tasty, the service is friendly, the prices are still ok. I always eat the 6 piece shrimp dinner, my husband always has a burger and a chicken sandwich. Last week the Olmsted Falls Kiwanis Club volunteered as servers, they did a great job. Well.... When Culver's first opened it was theee place to get a great burger! I wrote a review on it commending their food and staff! For sure I thought they would put Burger King to shame! This past week I anxiously visited them again! Really looked forward to to what I experienced the first time! Got home, started to eat. I swear Ibwas eating a piece of charcoal. And condiments? This was my very first visit to any Culver's anywhere, so I wanted to try and explore as much of the menu as I could without causing myself any gastrointestinal distress. Perhaps this was a mistake. Again, I had very little idea what to expect to the point where I thought this might be a place with table service. Nope. It's counter service, but food is run out to your table, even if you are sitting at one of the lovely shaded tables outside. The staff were friendly and personable, with a fine sense of urgency and an unexpected ability to predict some of my needs. The place itself was clean and well lit. But what I really wanted to love is the food. My lack of love for the food is really on me. I went for the deluxe, and because I wanted to try more things opted for a single rather than a double. This was a mistake. A terrible terrible mistake. Order the double. Without exception. The patties are small, which is fine. But single patties get lost in the bun and the toppings. I loved the color and the crust the kitchen cooked onto those burgers. Bravo! Next time, I'll do better. And I may opt for building my own with a different set of toppings to really make those butter burgers shine. After reading reviews I skipped the fries in lieu of the fried cheese curds and much loved onion rings. It was fun to play cheese curd roulette to see if the next one would be yellow or white. The breading was nicely seasoned. I did wish they came with a sauce, and only upon leaving the place noticed the horseradish sauce packets by the soda machine. For a place that prizes itself on the freshness of things, I would hope they would make their own sauce for fried curds and onion rings. Maybe they do and I missed it? I'd also skip the onion rings next time. The fry on them was delightful, but there wasn't much onion inside. The onion was very nicely tender, so these rings did not suffer the indignity of having the interior onion slip out after one bite. Still, I prefer a more rustic style onion ring where the onion plays the staring role. I also really wanted to try the custard, so I got a scoop of chocolate and vanilla. They are both a tad sweet, which made the chocolate better than the vanilla, since the slight bit of bitterness helped to bring some balance. But the vanilla would make a fine base for a sundae or concrete. The marshmallow topping is a pass. Next time I'd love to try the chocolate malt with the burger. And there will be a next time, because in the realm of better fast food burger joints, Culver's deserves to be included. And now it may become a regular stop of our road trips through the midwest. read more

Went for late lunch with my friends in May 2026 - got a strawberry salad - walnuts were plain not sweetened or a seasoned kind - 1 tomato in my salad was not fresh. My friend shared a chicken tender and mashed potatoes with me which was hot and fresh - I think they got an 8 piece chicken tender and the price was good for that - I thought the 2 piece fish meal was a bit pricey. I didn't try it but it's fresh fish. The diet root beer was excellent and the best thing. I thought the bill for 3 people for $55 was a bit steep just for Culver's which I consider fast food but the fries from the fish meal my friend shared with me were very fresh and the oil on it I thought was clean and crisp. Overall the quality of the food was ok- it took about 15-20 minutes for our food to be ready and come to the table. Previously I only tried the chocolate custard thru drive thru once. I would try another salad with the house dressing next time. read more

ordered 2 chocolate shakes at 10:30pm. I pulled up and 10 minutes later this girl comes out and asks me if she can make my shakes a different way so they can save there supplies for other customers in the future. I said no I just paid almost 12 dollars for two shakes and please bring them in a carrier. 7 minutes later she brings them out without carrier and an attitude. She turns around with her attitude then the manager has to bring me the carrier. This is on culvers. If you hire entitled Gen Z with a crappy attitude expect more of these reviews. over 15 minutes for two chocolate shakes. I will not be going back. read more

The food is the best of its' kind around. The only suggestion I have is the drive thru is painfully slow. Cars backed up and the employees have to physically run orders outside to deliver (in any weather and it's a tough one). Bad way to go for all. The order takers and delivery kids (to your car) are the friendliest around. read more

I, myself had never heard of Culver's. My friend and I were out driving around and decided to grab some food while out. Since she has been to a Culver's before we opted to eat here. The drive thru wasn't too busy and we got through relatively quickly. Since I can't remember if I have had cheese curds before I got some. They were pretty good. The mushroom burger was really good and the fries are good while hot. Haven't tried the ice cream yet so I can't comment on that. I asked for iced tea but got sweet tea (gaaaag) I let the ice melt down a bit so I could drink it without choking from the sweetness. I would come back for the mushroom burger again. Next time I want to try some seafood and onion rings. Since I don't live close by it will be few and far between for visits. read more

Ordered 2 fish dinners tonight. They were so salty we could not eat much of it. One of the cod fish was rotten. I am still vomiting it up. I took a picture of the filet, it was orange inside and the rest was dark. I only took a few bites before I tore it apart to look. What a waste of money. I used to frequent Culver's in AZ, I'm happy to have found one in OH now. The food was delicious as always. I ordered cheese curds, deluxe burger, fries and the flavor of the day. Everything was served hot and fresh even though it was about 20 min before they closed. The cheese curds were crisp outside and soft inside and I love that it's like roulette if you will get a white or yellow cheese. My fries were hot and crispy and stayed hot till I got home which was nice. The burger was cooked perfectly and the custard was delicious and creamy. read more

Went to Culver's first time on a Sunday evening. The place was pretty clean and not too busy inside, while the line of cars waiting in drive-thru wrapped around the building. Never understood why people complain about price of gas but burn up it no problem . . . waiting for a sandwich? Anyway, everything was hot and fresh. The burgers were very good. No special flavor to them, but well made. The fries, could take em or leave em; just alright. My only complaint were the Onion rings. Very small onion inside and all breading. If it were my place, I wouldn't serve them, but hey, some folks might like them that way. We'll be back to try some other items on the menu. read more

The order at the drive through wasn't the fastest - It would have been grreat if they hadn't left out almost $10 worth of food. They didn't have anybody in the dining room and the drive through had two vehicles. These are children that take NO pride in their work & I won't be going back there ever again. McDonalds, Burger King & Taco Bell surround them. When I called and spoke to "AMBER" she asked if I could drive all the way back there TONIGHT? There was around 20 staff members inside and it still took over 15 min for my food. The employees behind the counter loudly talked about how they didn't want to take orders. And when I was waiting for my food I had to listen to them talk about abortion and make other crude jokes. Not what I was expecting from such a great restaurant chain.
