The guy was very hard to understand, as a restaurant they should have fries and they didn't and he ripped us off the order, he didn't give us our replacement for the fries which was chicken nuggets and instead he gives us a two hamburgers when I order the krabby patty meal and the baconator meal. Fuck this Wendys. Legitimately fuck it. They cancel their online orders more often than any other place I've ever ordered from, they always and I mean ALWAYS forget items, they lately have been overcharging as well and when asking for a refund they just tell me know exactly the same situation that other people are saying in their reviews. The staff are always IMMENSELY rude af. And have this I don't care attitude about ANYTHING wrong whatsoever. No offense to them but 95% of their staff only seem to speak spanish, how can you have employees that don't speak the language required to live in this country. Unbelievable. I would rather just go to Mcdonalds, Culvers or fuckin Burger King at this point because they've never really had any attitude or disrespect for any reason. Came here the other day w my boyfriend and ordered 2 separate orders. Got to the window & said here's for the first order with my card, she used my card to pay for both orders and they were both wrong. Like first, what was the point of doing 2 SEPARATE ORDERS? A different guy came to help, repeated my order 5 different times AT LEAST which consisted of 3 ITEMS! and I was over charged for food I didnt order. After finally getting all of the food, I asked for the money to be returned and he said NO that he couldn't give me my money back for the food I didn't even get. On Thursday August 6, I put in a online order with 4 different big orders from work. As soon as we arrived the order was already almost done and handed us our drinks. Waited maybe a few minutes and we got the full order. They handed us cup holders and a bigger bag with out even asking. They were all very friendly and nothing was wrong and we got everything we order. It was delicious. Thank you very much. I stopped by here for a quick snack breakfast. I would have normally gone to White Castle for this type of meal. But they were not open yet. As the world is now, I could only go through the drive thru. Even if taking it to go, I would prefer to pick it up at the counter. Not gonna happen for the unforeseen future. One car in front, so fast service.. I look over the breakfast menu and decided on the Sausage, egg, cheese biscuit. I place my order and ask for coffee instead of soft drink. They could accommodate that. I was given my total of $6.20. I asked for senior discount and was told they do not have it. Bummer. I got my coffee while sandwich was being prepared. The coffee was not hot. Not bad, but should have been a bit hotter. Got my goodies and headed off to work, Five minute drive. Get to work and started on the sandwich. Again, not as hot as I would expect if fresh cooked at order time. Tried the potato wedges. They were good, but not hot enough for an enjoyable experience. The sandwich was tasty, biscuit nice and flaky, egg cooked properly, right amount of softness, instead of rubbery like fried eggs can become. Cheese was good, but not melted enough. The wedges were plentiful, seasoned well, but just not hot enough. Sandwich, I thought was on the small side for a $6.00 combo meal. The order taker was friendly enough. They do not have senior discount, which is discouraging. Food was bagged up and brought to my car quickly enough. This combo could be a 5 star rating, but will never be. For a 5 star they need to serve the meal, including coffee, hotter, but not steaming hot. The sandwich needs to be a bit larger or cost less. The temperature part is easily correctable, but the size of the sandwich is a corporate decision and will not have changes made anytime soon. I will award a 3 star rating on this in the hopes that maybe it was an off day for the on the warm side meal. I will probably try it again. On a side note, as I write this, I recall my last visit here for a burger meal was also on the warm side, instead of hot. It was as though the burger was cooked waiting for an order, instead of freshly cooked. I thought Wendy's was freshly cooked as you order. Maybe i am mistaken on that. read more

If you can't hire enough people to provide at least reasonably quick service then you should just shut down. The service is pathetically slow here. Yes, the people are very nice and are always apologetic and I know its not their fault. It's inexcusable that the owners put those workers in that position. I've come here a couple times and they are extremely slow and mess up my order every time. They'll usually forget to take off tomato on my sandwich or today I got a large drink and they gave me the wrong drink. And they constantly give me undercooked cookies. This wendys is located right by my work, so it is an easy stop for lunch and we (my co-workers and I) always go in to order. It is always slow, sometimes more than a 15 minute wait for food. Today however was the worst experience we have had there. I am ordering my food and I notice something flying around my head, its a fruit fly, I dont think much of it, untill I am done ordering my food, then I see the swarm. There were fruit flies swarming in the air, on the walls, all over the soda machine, even entirely covering the ketchup pump. I told the girl there, "uhh you guys seem like you have a fruit fly problem", to which she basically shrugged off. I am disgusted and appalled. read more
