Don't bother ordering pick up ahead of time there's literally no point because the food isn't ready when you get there. They literally do not make it until you pull up to the drive-through, which makes no difference. You might as well just order while you're there because you're going to be waiting the exact same time in the same line. Other than being frustrated by the kiosk that I selected that wasn't working correctly. Then finally 10 minutes later ordering from a different kiosk. The food came out as ordered and tasted great. Completely ridiculous. I get it that many people are scared of taking cash these days, but just because you can't read or add is not a reason to argue with me about giving me the incorrect change. Yeah, I'm feeling kinda goofy writing a four star review for a McDonald's... but as far as McD's go, I gotta give credit where credit is due. I've been so busy trying to quickly close on and rehab a 105-year-old home, and so meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking has taken the back burner. Or no burner. So here I am, at McD's at 8pm. Now I haven't been inside one for years, so I was impressed by how updated this one was. It had all of those tall touchscreens where you place and pay for your order, take a seat, and the food comes to you. I had a lot of specifications for my order (light tartar sauce, extra pickles, added lettuce), and they got it all right. I also love this location's motion-sensored trash doors that open for you without having to get that gross garbage flap on the back of your hand. You know what I mean? Also, all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. I ate in and it seemed like they have a really healthy happy work environment. read more

I ordered a McGriddle with egg, cheese, and extra sausage, but when I got my sandwich, it only had sausage. I spoke to the manager about it, who claimed I ordered a sausage McGriddle, which isn't even remotely close to what I ordered Instead of fixing the mistake, I was rudely told by the manager " to get the f**CK out of his store", and he lunged at me like he was going to hit me. I won't ever return to this location. I'm not sure how a loser like that gets to be in management position but if I was the owner I'd be making some changes .This experience shows poor customer service and how not to manage a business. read more

Customer service from team lead/manager was awful. my friend waited 30 minutes for her fries to come out when I had already gotten mine about 30 minutes ago and we had to ask twice for the fries to be prepared (not to mention about 20 people who ordered AFTER us got fries while we were waiting so it's not like they were out) and when the manager finally put them out, she was extremely rude and aggressive and snappy and she yelled at us and she was like "here's the fries like right here don't make us make them again, stupid" Didn't catch her name, but she needs to be fired stat. read more

This location gets our orders wrong 95% of the time. I'm being serious. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches and a hash brown. Since it was just after breakfast, had to wait in one of their spots for our food. No biggie. The gal finally comes out and hands me a big bag and left. Thinking that it shouldn't be that big, we looked in and received someone else's order - 5 special order hamburgers with extra onions, chicken tenders, McNuggets, and fries. Being so frustrated that they get our orders wrong all the time and can't figure out two breakfast sandwiches, we settled for what we got and went on with our busy day. Beware here. Double check. I went through the drive up at this McDonald's and they asked me pull off to the side and they would bring my food out to me. The girl came out with what appears to be a couple orders. Handed the car next to me a bag and they opened it and went thru it and handed it back. Obviously not the right order. They took the other order and left. The employee comes over to my car and hands me the bag that the other car had rifled thru. I'm upset but decided to just keep my yap shut. Pull over to eat and no napkins#***#*#**.
