The Oak Park Heights location is atrocious. Every table in the place was dirty. No one wiped anything down in the dining room. It's most definitely Not a clean place to wait for food. They are getting really stingy and cheap with ingredients at this place as well. The two burritos I got were HALF the size they are normally. Practically no toppings on them. I got 3 tacos that barely had anything in them. I feel cheated as I got an 8 dollar burrito for 18! They completely forgot my birthday reward as well. No queso and stingy quantities compared to less than a year ago. read more

We made a mobile order for 6:20 and it said it was done at 6:15 we got there at 6:15 and left with our food at 6:45. We were asked multiple times what the name was and every time we told him he did not go and check. The food was cold and had to have been sitting for atleast 10 minutes. The worker in there who was taking peoples orders was openly vaping and his gf came in the middle of him working and he left the register to go hug her and kiss her while people were waiting to be checked out in line. Like others mentioned it's an embarrassment to the Chipotle brand. A complete crap show every single visit and can never get one complete experience correct. Ice machine bad. Soda missing. Chips Not available. No chicken. Credit machine down. Tiny portions. Consider it a failure and this is your guiding light. Disgusting management lets this exist as an ok experience just betting on people letting it go. Just go to Woodbury to see excellence at this brand. read more

With a whopping 10 people in front of me, I managed to wait 37 minutes to get a burrito. Not the generous portions you typically expect from chipotle, only to have been told I paid for someone else's order and took 5 mins to figure how to give me a refund. Get it together chipotle! We made an online order here for a single burrito with chipotle honey chicken. It said it would be ready at 9:30pm and there was no one else in the restaurant so we figured it would be out quickly. Eventually about 10 minutes elapsed with the FOUR staff in the front completely ignoring us and not even making anything besides for the people who came in to order at the counter. We asked them several times if they could start our order and they said that it will be ready soon. When the order finally came out at 9:45 it wasn't even make with the right chicken, which we paid extra for. We didn't think that there could be a worse Chipotle than the one in Highland in St. Paul but lo and behold stillwater takes the cake. Don't come here, go to Qdoba. read more

I've been a longtime chipotle fan ever since my sister attended the local college in Denver (DU) where the original Chipotle was born back in the 90's. I pretty much stick to the same bowl and rarely change my order. Anyways I've been struggling cause of my of chipotle but this chipotle can't even meet my low standards. Tonight I ordered some food through the app. They were out of fajita veggies, steak, chicken and the new steak option...that's crazy. Then one of the orders completely leaked in the bag and made a huge mess. We also ordered guacamole and chips. More like unmashed avocado with some cilantro. Unfortunately this isn't the first time we've had an order like this but will probably avoid this chipotle moving forward. read more

Ordered online, go there right at pick up time, had to wait longer than if we had just gotten in line to order, got our food, 2 bowls and an order of chips/guac. Both bowls were missing items and the guac was an entire hard, inedible chunk of avacado..to top things off, I left a tip online..lesson learned, I will never make that mistake again! read more

I wish I could give this a zero. this was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. I placed my order for a veggie burrito (white rice,black beans,cheese,sour cream, corn and guac) with a bag of chips for a pickup time of 11:50. when I got there there were about 10 other people waiting for their food. I sat and waited because I was in no rush for my food after about 40 minutes only 2 orders had come out. (So at this point it's about 12:30) A girl waiting for her food complained and they took everyone's name who was waiting because their system wasn't working. after another 20 minutes my sister got her food (who ordered AFTER me). I waiting another 20 minutes so now it's about 1:15 before asking about my order because the app had told me it was ready. They explained their system was creating false orders so they needed my name which I had given them 40 minutes prior. I provided them with my name and they apologized saying they would refund me and would give me my burrito for free. I did not get a refund because I paid with a gift card so they weren't able to refund me. They finally gave me my order and it was missing my chips and the gave me a large soda? That I didn't order? but I couldn't talk to the individual at the cashier as they were on the phone so I left. I complained to the online "pepper" and they gave me a free chips reward. I drove home and sat down ready to enjoy my burrito that took close to an hour and a half to create to discover it ONLY HAD WHITE RICE AND BEANS. it was disgusting and I will never return to this location. I don't know what else to say other than this was awful. I try to be understanding and working in fast food I get how it goes but no one was informing customers what was going on and orders were never coming out. It was awful. read more

Honestly, I knew better than to give this place one last shot at redemption, so this is partly my fault. Ive only had 2 experiences at this Chipotle, both extremely disappointing. During my last visit, I ordered a burrito with white rice, black beans, and brisket. The employee making my burrito did so with minimal effort and portions that looked like she was rationing ingredients for wartime. Except for the cheese and sour cream. This woman dumped half of a dairy farm worth of sour cream on my burrito and covered it with so much cheese I thought she was trying to insulate it. I took one bite and it felt like I was freebasing queso into my soul. Overall 1/10 experience. Tasted like guilt, cilantro, and lactose intolerance. read more

I mean I've been to chipotle enough to know that you can ask for more of pretty much everything that isn't a protein or an up-charge, so portions aren't really a concern if you keep that in mind. I've been coming to this chipotle for a long time, and it's always been staffed by high schoolers. Usually you get the service you expect from a high schooler, not much to write home about. The bulk of my concern is cleanliness of the establishment, I stopped by around dinner time and decided I wanted to sit down and eat. Looking around the entire restaurant it was noticeably messy. This was the first time I was unable to find a clean place to sit in my long history of fast casual dining. Without any degree of certainty if my future table had some form food born illness I decided to leisurely crumb my table and ignore the thought. Most would probably think during busy periods it's understandable for it to be a little messy. Although, it was completely dead besides myself and another patron. Now I had noticed six staff members just chatting amongst themselves without a concern in the world. In the time a spent eating and observing I figured it would probably take the same amount of time for one of the six to wipe, sweep, and even mop the whole restaurant. Ultimately I would highly recommend taking your food to go. To those of you who are looking for pillars of cleanliness, customer service, and a good fast casual dining experience I encourage you to look elsewhere. read more

I've been to a lot of chipotle locations and this is by far the worst. It's like they *want* you to come back after picking up your to-go order so they can make your food again. Small portions of the wrong ingredients every time. Don't even get me started on the cauliflower rice. If they don't have it they don't even bother to call you or let you know, but still charge you for it anyway.
