This is a truly excellent Taco Bell. The woman working the drive-thru was, without a doubt, the best Taco Bell employee I've ever encountered. She was kind, helpful and accurate. When I ordered Nacho Fries, she let me know they're going off the menu in 5 days, and we chatted briefly about how incredible they are. Imagine my surprise when I opened my bag to an extra order. Daaaang, girl hooked it up! I got my usual, Crunchwrap Supreme and Cinnamon Twists. Everything was great! Drive through experience. Ordering was easy and they took their time and we're patient listening to my party ordering one person at a time. I liked and was surprised how good their quesadillas was. It has a kick to it and I did not need to add any salsa on it or spices. They have big screen where do you order and it shows exactly what you ordered. It was a while for me. I don't go to Taco Bell often. Service is terrible. Food not that great either. A few FF reviewers I follow on YT encouraged me to give them a try again. So I did. I got a Breakfast Crunch Wrap. It was good. Service was decent. The breakfast crunch wrap was good enough for me to try then out for a quick snack on my way to work. I get a Burrito Supreme and Chili Cheese Burrito. No beverage because I get a beverage each day at the convenience store down the road for my monthly subscription cost. At work I dig into the Chili Cheese Burrito, It was good. Very cheesy,, but not much meat. Hard to add extra sauce because they steam the tortilla before adding the guts. Burrito Supreme, same thing. Not enough meat. Could taste the refried beans and sour cream but not much burrito meat. I will try again for the Chili Cheese Burrito but that's it. Being an older dude I can't afford FF pricing these days. I normally LOVE Taco Bell in Oak Park Heights.... Today I went through drive, made my order, and asked for lots of Fire Sauce! Payed for my food. Girl at the window was nice. However, she didn't put the top on my drink all the way. Food is always just OK at Taco Bell. But waiting in a line for over a half hour is not. If you can't provide service that people expect. Just fucking CLOSE. If you're understaffed, CLOSE. Stop operating on the bare minimum. Idk maybe pay people a wage they need to live and want to be working at Taco Bell? Why should anyone ever have to wait over 30 minutes in a line for "fast" food. They close at 8!!!! Wtf. Every other fast food place closes at 10. Plus Taco Bell is supposed to be open until 2am! It really pisses people off when you sit in a drive through line in the 5th car position of 8 cars and get to the kiosk at 7:59pm to be told the drive through is closed! My experiences with this Taco Bell has made me write my 1st yelp review. Need I say more? For a fast food chain restaurant the service is fantastic and friendly. New ones may be little off but they are always serving with smile, and old timers who work there are simply Pros and hard to imagine anyone doing a better job then those guys. The food is mostly upto the mark. But the best thing is that they readily allow substitution to there regular ingredients. I dont eat beef, but regularly have it subed by rice and then burrito be grilled. They do it right all the time!!! You cant expect thst from any other hell holes such as McD!! :) A new fav is - take Cheesy Potato burrito, sub the meat with rice, sub sour cream with creamy jalapeno sauce and grille it. Tada!! Haven't visited TB in awhile, so I thought I'd bring my kids there for dinner last night. They were pretty excited. The Green Mile walk up to the doors should have been my first warning: smeared windows, grass and dirt on the floors, dirty tables and chairs. The flies were lined up inside the door begging to get out. Patrons looked they were waiting for their methadone. We ordered our food and the order was filled wrong from the cast of "Deliverance", but was angrily corrected while the cashier complained loudly. We kept our eyes low and found the least-filthy table. Food was not good, condiments were empty. Kids were still hungry after their cheese quesadilla but we all agreed that it would be best to go anywhere else to get a quesadilla, and went to the Cub Foods deli where after washing and sanitizing. we found one much better, cheaper, and presented by someone who looked like they had bathed recently. Don't get me wrong: I love cheap Mexican food but it should taste good, and I wouldn't eat it from a truck station toilet. Oy vey. read more

My mom has been cooking strictly vegan food lately and it's caused me to lose twenty pounds. In a bad way, I loved those twenty pounds. I took an escape to satisfy my cravings at the Taco Bell location in Stillwater Minnesota. Unbeknownst to me, I would not only satisfy my cravings for delicious, beefy, cheesy, caloric dense deliciousness, but I would also undergo the greatest customer service experience of my life. Chris. Chris made me forget how terrible my mom's vegan trash food is, and reminded me of why the sun rises every morning, why babies smile, and why the world is a good place. Why is it I have to tell the fucking people at every taco bell drive thru, a dozen times I want my Goddamned fire sauce? That is the best part and when I got home, I was so excited about my crunch wrap and that I was going to saturate it in fire sauce and what do you know? No fire sauce. I haven't been to taco bell for over a year and that was such a disappointment. We say "a bunch of fire sauce" we get no fire sauce. Thought I would try your order on-line for the first time. This will be the last time I ordered on-line from Taco Bell. I arrived at the correct time and they still had not started my order. It would have been much faster to use the drive up as there did not seem to be many cars in line. Not many cars in the parking lot either. When I finally got my order and went to eat it at the local park, NO NAPKINS, NO UTENSILS. I ordered a burrito supreme. As I ate it I noticed there were no tomatoes. I like tomatoes on my burrito. There was hardly any cheese or sour cream. Not good. My wife had a Mexican Pizza. Also not good! She ordered lite sauce. Half of the pizza had no sauce or meat. Just cheese on a chip! The other half had a little meat and maybe 3 dots of sauce. We have eaten the same things many times in the past and never had such poorly made food. I will never order in line and don't know if I will come back to the Oak Park Heights MN restaurant again. We live a few minutes away, but I would rather drive 20 minutes to the Hudson WI Taco Bell and have a decent meal that is made as you advertise. Not a happy customer. Good luck! read more

Wasn't very clean. At 2:00 p.m. on a Wednesday almost every table in the dining area was dirty and only two of the tables were occupied, there were napkins laying on the dirty floor, and the garbage can had filth coated in each engraved letter. The stupidest thing ever was that there was no straws or lids by the soda machine. You had to take your dripping soda to the front counter to put your lid on and to find a straw. It was very awkward. You could see that the counter was filthy from everyone taking their pop to the counter to put on their lids. All the condiments were on the front counter, which was really bizarre considering the customers who needed a straw, napkin, sauce, fork, etc. had to butt in front of someone waiting in line to order. I've never felt the need to write a review on any business or fast food joint but after my several times eating here I just couldn't keep it shut. This is the only Taco Bell in miles from where I live and also the only late night fast food that's open when I get off from work. I've eaten here more than 10 times and every single time I am disappointed. The staff is horrible! totally bad management I can't even believe this place is still open.
