I am usually optimistic when it comes to going to my local Wendy's restaurant. The past few years were kind, in part, to the help at the drive-thru window, and I can't say one bad thing about those individuals when it comes to delivering fast food with a smile. However, this particular establishment has been on a downward spiral these past few weeks, and from what I've read on here about the staff, I know I'm not the only one. It's a shame that management is slacking in terms of their employees habits and responsibilities to the people that often stop in for a meal. The other night I drove through the pouring down rain for a treat, and you could see the kids out back smoking while trying to get around to the pick up window. Terrible! Gross, server wearing his ball cap backwards!! No uniforms worn by staff!!! Trash over flowing in dining room cans. All tables dirty carpets ridden with food. Our food was disgusting cold and I wouldn't give it to my dog!! If Dave Thomas walked into that establishment he would literally fire all of them and re do the store! This place needs a good cleaning! We went in today for a quick bite to take a break from fishing & I just kept repeating to my husband about how I'd love to just come in here & clean it all up. The employees were nice. They do tend to not check to see if someone is at the front register waiting. But they definitely need a good clean. Nuggets were good, fries were good until I got to the bottom and they tasted like nasty oil. read more

Wow, is this the worst Wendys Franchise ever? Yes, multiple times ive been left down and disappointed. Today i wanted to treat my daughter for something special going on and she loves the Baconater. Do my mobile app and order 3 sausage Croisants and the Baconater meal! Pull up to drive through...I'm sorry we have no sausage for sandwiches till tomorrow....i can put bacon on your sandwiches. Honestly, the worst Wendy's I've been in. The food was cold when it came out, the inside was kind of a mess, the workers had AirPods in and were all messing around. While eating, they all kept going outside and hanging out. While we were eating, who I assume was the manager due to their shirt, kept walking to the front counter and looking at us then walking back behind again. Then as we left there is just mouse traps sitting in the open behind the building. Won't be going to this dump again. read more

Just don't go here. The cashier at the front is always hacking, and then she goes and grabs the food for all the front register orders. Last time I was in the delivery line, I saw a dude leave the freezer, with 10 or so patty's, in his bare hands, pinned against his chest. Seriously? I also do food delivery orders, and I went in to pick up an order, and the drive thru line was maybe 10 cars deep, so I went inside, waited 10 minutes, and then was told I had to go through the drive through, because that's how they do it. Visited this place recently after a long time for burgers and fries,what a mistake!Got 2 different burgers both ice cold, texture was like it was grilled the day before,looked at closely and could break off pieces easily with my fingers thats how hard it was.The fries cold too,tasteless,tossed them all in the trash,what a waste!Sure doesn't seem like they care what they serve up. went for salads took at least15 minutes to get. no one was in line. taco salad didnt give nacho chips , sour cream or salsa with it didn't even ask. first time I ever got one there. guy came in for order from doordash could not find it but said on screen ready ,tables were all dirty. some of the guys did not have a hat or hairnet on . next time will try the Wendy's in Lebanon read more

Absolutely worst service I've ever experienced. Stood at the counter waiting to order for 10 minutes while the "GM" kept walking by and not even acknowledging the growing line. He made a comment under his breath, "If you don't want to wait McDonald's is down the street." This is the second time I've been to this Wendy's and had terrible service with this guy who said he's the general manager. I will not be back to this location. I only recommend going if you have two hours for lunch. read more

We just came back from my tournament and was starving so we popped in on the way home. We went through the drive through and waited 10 minutes trying to order and when we did they told us their computer was frozen so we went inside. When we got in their there was a long line from the drive through that people had previous issues with. There was only one person working at the register and was extremely slow. As soon as we were about to order the drive through started working again apparently and the women who was working at the register, went to help the drive through with a long line right around the corner. We then waited 10 more minutes to receive our food. She forgot two things that we ordered , very disgusting floors and very unprofessional. Two people walked out because they were frustrated with the slow service, will never come back. read more

Took 10 minutes to get through the drive through. Upon getting to the window, we noted the worker slamming our daughters kids meal onto the counter and opened up the window in a nasty manor. Stopped 12-14-21. (8:00 PM ish) Biggie Bag plus a sandwich. Get to the window. Not very friendly. I ask if I can have some BBQ sauce for the nuggets (Nobody asked) and some ketchup and salt n pepper. Person at the window grabs a handful of ketchup and a couple BBQ sauces, 3 or 4 packs each of salt n pepper and kind of just shoves it towards me. I said I don't need that many but thanks. No response. Get home only to discover that there is no cookie in the bag that was paid for. Dude, I know you are getting paid decent money... just do your f---ing job. Had stopped in since Sonic closed. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the dollar menu Frosty. Here in New England, a dollar Frosty is about 4 ounces. This one was easily 10 ounces. Food was hot. Served fast. Tables were clean. All silverware was individually wrapped- which was great since it is self serve. read more

We got to the window and the order system had gone haywire. We were patient but when we finally got our order there were onions on my burger even though the receipt said no onions and the fries were stone cold. Come on guys - get it together. This is possibly the worst Wendys in our area. We like late night runs,but the last 3 times that I have tried the drive thru,no one answers. Like Dave's Double burgers. Their Fish, (in Season Only), is really great. Wish they had them all year round.

they have the best steaks in town! Their mixed drinks are also exceptional. I love the the whiskey sours, the martinis aren't bad either. I also enjoy the side of beef burgers. read more

Our drive through experience was underwhelming. We ordered 2 Baconator meals, paid extra for medium... We drove off and then discovered the the fries wer cold and the medium containers where only partially filled. The burgers were fine, but REALLY, we paid .60 cents each for medium fries- AND the were cold and the the box wasn't full. We won't be back. read more

I've gone to this Wendy's probably 50+ times and it seems like 70% of the time the fries are lukewarm 25% of the time they are stone cold and 4% of the time they are really good and 1% of the time they are still frozen... like let me just pay $11.00 for a meal that I'm only able to eat half of... read more

This particular Wendy's has seemed to lose their touch. The staff is more than friendly, which I appreciate. The only issue here is the food. My husband and I ordered their baconator fries at our last visit. We were highly disappointed. They were fries thrown in a container with a few pieces of bacon bits and oh? They forgot the cheese.
