The interior was a classic 80s style pizza hut which I liked however they had three drink options and it looked on the verge of closing the staff were neutral overall nothing stands out here. it's fine if your want pizza and your in the area but there are other options close like Burger King and Dairy Queen even Arby's. My girls and I decided to swing by our local Pizza Hut locale, which sits in front of Walmart in the Palmyra/Annville area, for a pan pizza with dessert, and what started as an easy 1-2-3 task became a mission impossible! For whatever reason, the staff was super slacking tonight. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window to pick up my order, the guy said that they accidentally left the pizza in the oven too long and it got burned. "Jinx!" I said. So we had to sit and wait an additional ten minutes or so until they prepared another fresh pizza from the oven. Shaking my head, one of the friendliest workers there had offered me a complimentary 2-Liter bottle of Pepsi, which was sweet. We stopped at the Pizza Hut in the Palmyra/Annville area because my boyfriend's son wanted it for his birthday dinner before we went bowling. When we arrived, there were no employees at the counter and only one other customer waiting. It felt very understaffed, and we were the only ones dining in. There's no table service anymore you order at the counter, and the food is brought out in to go boxes, though they did provide plates, utensils, and napkins so we could eat there. We ordered the heart shaped pizza, a large pepperoni pizza, and the bacon cheddar cheese sticks, plus six drinks. The employee helping us was incredibly kind and helpful she mentioned it was the first heart shaped pizza she had made and made sure we had plenty of plasticware and extra plates since we brought a birthday cake. Her customer service really stood out and made the experience better. The food itself was fresh and really good. Everything was hot, not overly greasy, and enjoyable. For around $50 total to feed six people, we felt the price was reasonable. That said, the restaurant had a very "ghost town" feel, and there was a noticeable smell of old fryer oil when we walked in. It's been years since I'd been to this location, and it definitely feels more like a takeout spot now than a traditional dine in Pizza Hut. Overall, while the atmosphere and lack of staff were a bit off putting, the friendly employee, fresh food, and reasonable pricing made it a decent experience. I had one of the most unacceptable customer service experiences I've ever encountered at this location. Upon walking in, the manager--a middle-aged white male--offered no greeting or acknowledgment and displayed a cold, hostile demeanor. I ordered a large cheese pizza, a large pepperoni pizza, and a 2-liter soda. He charged me $48.21, without mentioning any of the clearly advertised deals ($9.99 for one large pizza, $19.99 for two). When I returned and calmly questioned the price, he told me, "You didn't ask for the deal, so I didn't give it to you," and refused to issue a refund. He would not provide his name and claimed corporate complaints wouldn't affect him because it's a franchise. He even threatened to call the police--despite me remaining composed--an intimidation tactic that felt racially charged. He also never gave me the soda I paid for. This is more than poor service--it's deceptive pricing, refusal to honor promotions, and behavior that borders on discrimination. This individual is misrepresenting the Pizza Hut brand and mistreating customers. I strongly urge corporate to investigate and take swift action. read more

There is a super annoying delivery car that has a super loud exhaust & POS car. Can't stand seeing it anymore and will no longer dine in at the restaurant because of the bad image the car gives this place. If the car wasnt so loud it would be okay. read more

Came for the buffet which is only 5.99 and comes with a salad but be warned, there is not much of a variety for those who are not meat eaters or pork eaters. My friends described the pizza as average nothing to write home about. We were disappointed that the salad wasn't part of the buffet, that would have been a great addition. I went to this pizza hut in Palmyra ,and there wasn't any hostess to be found. We waited around for over 15 minutes, and still no service. I shouted towards the kitchen and I received no response whatsoever. It was Halloween night so perhaps they were out trick or treating. If I can give this restaurant a 0 star rating I would. I ordered 2 pizza's last night spent $38 dollars plus delivery tip. The delivery person was very polite and showed up in a fast amount of time. But the person who made my pizza obviously did not try to make presentable food. There were gaping holes in the center of the pizza. I would save my hard earned money and go elsewhere! The store manager clearly didn't care when I called to complain. Not going to recommend this store to anyone! I just wish I could post a picture of the pitiful pizza that I received.
