For over 20 years now, I've been a customer at this particular Burger King location near Walmart and Dairy Queen in Palmyra, PA. You could almost say I have a history with this place, and through all my times of ordering from here, I honestly don't recall one bad experience. I stopped here today for a Whopper and some onion rings, and I noticed that their drive-thru line was super busy this evening, so I went inside to use their kiosk. Service on the inside was also null, but you could tell that the staff was on their hustle in the back making all those juicy burger patties for us hungry patrons. I noticed that they have some newbies in charge, and I was quite surprised that one of the managers apologized to me for the delay in my wait time. That was a pleasant surprise to me, considering how much we value time in our daily lives. Kudos to these young ladies over at BK for showing customer appreciation! read more

Every single time , either whole different order , or missing items out of order. Every. Single. Time.

The staff is incredibly rude. My boyfriend and I placed an order through the mobile app. When we arrived at the drive-thru, we were instructed to pull around and wait near the front door because the food wasn't ready yet. We pulled around and waited over 30 minutes for our order to be ready. At first, the worker was apologetic. She apologized for the delay, and my boyfriend and I both told her it was no problem and we understood she was busy. She then handed us the food, and as she was walking away, she told us to "order at a decent time!" I understand that employees may be tired or frustrated, but it's not okay to treat customers like this, especially when they are understanding and empathetic of the staff. I was using the rewards app ,, said my code 3x at the drive thru , and said my order out loud 2x and clear and slow the second time , didnt get what i asked for , had to physically go in the restaurant to get my rewards, horrible customer service. read more

Got there at 12:39 yesterday. There were 7 of us. We ordered and everything was correct. But all the food was cold. We are it anyhow as we all wanted to just get home. Couldn't get any ice cream as we were ignored. Tried to get someones attention but couldn't. After 5 minutes we left. Unprofessional staff. The girl that gave us our original order has gone home.managwr in duty apparently didn't give a hoot what went on in his restaurant. Won't be back. read more

Service is terrible. Staff ignores customers, instead walking around with earbuds in listening to music. When they do get around to serving you, it's with an attitude. Food is sub par with the way they wrap sandwiches it smashed everything together and comes out a blob mess. Wil not be back. read more

Special Monday hours posted says closing at 8 pm. Waited for 20 minutes to get to the speaker to place order at drive thru and she says they are closed. It's 7:30. Says they're trying to clear out the line in front of me but can't serve me even though nobody was behind me. Had to wait for everyone to be served before I could leave drive through line since there's no way around the cars in front of me. Maybe they should offer more than $15/hr and someone would be willing to work there. What a joke. read more

This is one of the more sad ass fast food restaurants that I have been in and seen. It's located off of 422 in a shopping complex where there are as many if not more store fronts deserted than anything and it looks like time and everybody else just forgot about everything here. We had to stop here about an hour after our late Lunch at Fuddruckers to take care of some "unfinished business" and after that we opted to get some smoothies in an attempt to broker a peace deal with our enraged colons. We had to wait a few minutes for someone to come to the register as there was no one in the place and I guess they didn't hear us come in. Eventually one of the cooks attempts to take our order but of course he couldn't find where the smoothie button was so we had to wait for him to get his manager who of course found it in about two seconds. But, something in the smoothie mixture had to get thawed so that required the manager to run something through the microwave for a minute or two before she could continue making them. Eventually they were finished and the taste was worth the wait. I can't imagine we would ever come back and it wouldn't surprise me to find this place and the whole shopping center it's in closed within a year. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. The last time I ordered a Whopper, they asked with cheese? I said no! When I got home, I realized I paid 10 cents more on my receipt for something I cannot eat. Yay! Tonight my neighbor went to buy one with and one without cheese. Well we got one with and one with a terrible try to scrape off, yet charged extra. I am lactose intolerant and hypertensive. We recently stopped at this location and were extremely disapointed. It was around 9pm when we stopped in, and i assume do to the time they were making some food to order. The problem is they didnt tell us this when we ordered. After a few minutes of listening to the girl up front argue with a manager about her times (and it was the employee worried about how high they were not the manager), we finally asked what was taking so long. This is when the girl explained they were making the meat to order. They then tried to give our food to a customer that came through the drive thru after us. I know they are trying to keep drive thru times down, but they need to take care of the customers inside first. read more

I had probably the worst experience I've ever had in my life at any fast food place at this Burger King location. I was in line behind 2 cars and we DID NOT MOVE for at least 20 minutes. I called the restaurant 3 times after 15 minutes and someone finally answered. I told her I've been waiting in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes. She apologized and said "we only have 2 crew members on working this evening". That's kind of odd I thought. I just saw one of those 2 crew members out back yapping on her cell phone by the dumpster (right next to the drive thru) looking around inside her car for something then disappearing again behind the dumpster. By the time I called the office, there were about 8 cars behind me. The problem is the lane is only wide enough for one car until you turn the corner and then you can get out. The woman in front of me finally gave up and speed off and I followed right behind her. I've been to this BK before, it was about 2 months prior. The wait was fairly long that time also but I was the only person in line luckily that night. I would not recommend ANYONE going to this BK and if I could give it ZERO stars I would. I'll never return and I'll make sure to spread the word so this place either gets their act together or it shuts down. read more

We have gone inside once with a group of elementary aged girls. They had a very hard time getting simple orders correct. We had to ask to have tables wiped down as they were all dirty and or cluttered with items left by others. Most of the employees were too busy talking to do any work. When our ogres were finally done some of them were still incorrect. My burger was as cold as the fries. Overall I think they either need to restaff or close. The second time I made the mistake of trying the drive through. Again it took a long time and of course they screwed up our order. We will never go there again, neither should anyone else. read more

My favorite fast food are "Whoppers". 100% Beef here. The real "flame broiled" taste on these can not be outdone. They are Great. I always order mine without onions. I stop in 2 to 3 times a week for these tasty burgers. read more

This is the dirtiest BK I have ever been to! At 2:30pm, 80% of the tables were dirty. Flies & knats flying all over the place. We even had a tiny red spider crawl out from under the "placemat on the tray!!! What a way to ruin ones appetite!!! read more

My son and I stopped in at this location yesterday around 2:00pm. Not very busy, 2 tables of customers. Ordered a combo 3 meal, a double whopper, large onion ring, and a Coke Icee. I have no idea how the drink was eliminated from the combo 3 meal. The only drink we got was the Icee. Two people, two meals, one drink. Great. Had to pay for another soda. When I got to the table, I realized I had no dipping sauce for the onion rings. Went back to the counter, everyone was gone. Waited 5 minutes just for the dipping sauce. Food quality was good, the food was fresh and hot. However, seating was limited due to the amount of dirty tables. I would think since it was slow, someone would have been out cleaning tables and changing trash. Not there. Overall, the dining experience was not very good. This wasn't the first time I ate here but it will probably be the last. The service is terrible, my orders are usually incorrect and the place just seems dirty. I have definitely eaten at way better Burger King's than this one. read more

There is no reason why it takes 20min. for 3cars to get thru drive thru. And they all were small orders for 1 to 2 people. They made us late for our movie that we had reservations for. This place is disgusting, flies everywhere, filthy tables and floors, ordered food to eat in, but as soon as we sat down to eat the flies would not leave us alone. Asked for a bag, took food home to eat. Even with coupons, do not go to the Palmyra Burger King. Needs to be leveled and a better place built. I know it is summer, but most restaurants do not have flies everywhere. Had to cover our drinks with napkins. Totally putrid. Never again. read more

I would of gave them -5 but it wasn't there was there on Friday 2/24/2017 there was only 1 person waiting for there order and us waiting for someone to take our order and we only ordered 2 burger 2 fff and 3 drinks with a lg onion ring well got almost all are food no onion rings the worker told me we are making fresh ones will bring them out to us well guess what never got the onion rings asked for the acting manager and he couldn't even talk to me passed it on to someone else and the dining room area was so dirty like it wasn't cleaned for days I guess going out with the coworkers. For a smoke behind the building more important then the customer will be a very long time if ever I stop here again and I did get my refund on the onion ring and as of Monday still waiting to hear from someone about the issue read more
