Then you have to awkwardly try to merge when the other lane is fighting to get in front of you, even though you were there first. Sounds like it would have been better to keep just one lane in the drive thru. Obviously, this is a corporate design and isn't the fault of this specific location, but I still don't like the two-lane thing. Though other experiences included getting the wrong order or getting something left out in our order, our last experience was the final straw. We spent 15 mins waiting in the drive through, hoping to have made breakfast only to find out we were two minutes too late. So we ordered lunch food instead. Paid the cashier, proceeded to the next window and were asked to pull forward and park and told our food would be brought out. Ten minutes later, food arrived, but the smoothie flavor was wrong. The girl was nice and remade it, but that took another 5 minutes or so. Otherwise. Food was ok. My problem is that we were trying to pick up a quick bite to eat on the way out of town. It ended up taking forever. The employees are nice, but need more training or encouragement from the boss. If you're in a hurry and want McD's, go to the one on Court Street, Canal, or on 395. I've never waited long at those locations.
