When we came it was not busy at all, which to me isn't always a good sign but I was surprise by the taste of the burger and sandwich we had. Wait was no long at all, food came out fresh. They have a good variety of food to choose from burgers, tenders, wings and different side options. Portion size was not too crazy big. Not often do I see string fries but they were good. The chicken we got was dry and inedible. We ordered 10 pieces and out of all 10 only 2 we were actually able to eat. When we asked the worker if they have this issue or we just got a bad batch, she pretty much told us to get lost. Would not recommend. read more

Absolutely everything was store bought. The bun, hot sauce was franks red hot, the three jalapeños were straight out of a jar, and the one giant red onion piece, I'm clueless to how you even do that. The service was good, however, I won't likely be returning after my experience today. I'm not sure where they are getting their wings now, but they have to be from the world's smallest chickens. The best garlic parm fries I've ever had! Word of advice, if you order out, the fries may not reach you with their full potential. The chicken strips are big and juicy with the best breading; pair it with Cajun sauce if you like spicy with a good flavor. Polite and apologetic enough and got to work on the large order but things got weird when I asked for drinks while we waited the 20 minutes for the order. Cashier said she had to charge for the fountain drinks and I suggested that she call the manager to get permission. She Walked away so I helped myself to drinks and cashier came out and told me they would not serve me at all if I did not pay for the drinks. Told them what I thought and left. Never going back. Was greeted by the service whom was friendly and made some suggestions for my order. I ordered a combo meal which included three wings and chicken fingers with a side of fried (paid $1.50 extra for garlic fries). The meal looked better than it tasted. The chicken fingers had no flavor and the breading lack seasoning. It just tasted floury. The wings were decent but felt like it needed more seasoning. I regretted getting the garlic fries. It looked liked they dumped tons of oil on top. They were soaked in oil and not tasty at all :(. I also was not too impressed with the prices. Paid over $16 for the meal. We have been going to Chicken Shack since the first one opened in West Richland. I always eat the chicken strips and fries or baked beans, same for the rest of the family, so can't speak to anything else. We love!! them. Best fries ever.
