As far as fast food places go, I prefer Wendy's to the other usual suspects. However, I have been to this particular location several times, and it is so inconsistent. Sometimes it's the service that is bad. Other times, it's food issues. The rating I gave today is based on my overall experience with this location...not just today's. On today's visit, we had the following issues: - Waited in line to order for 20 minutes...there were only 3 people in front of us. - Ordered a double burger; got a single & an attitude instead. - Not one table was wiped down - There was a hair in my sandwich The food was good though....today. I ordered at 3:15 in the morning messed up my order then when I start getting one of your customer service representative started at me and I asked for her to apologize. I wasn't initially intending on reviewing this place, but after the amazing customer service I experienced, I wanted to give credit where credit is due. Chevelle was so kind to us, and the other customers. She was patient as we scanned through the menu and got our food to us quick. I ordered the honey buddy chicken biscuit sandwich which was $1 (I think this price is limited time only) and my friend got the sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin meal. The chicken sandwich was heavy on the stomach. I think it was because the biscuit was dense and buttery, and the chicken was equally thick. I really liked the biscuit but the chicken was a bit bland (a hint of sweetness) and the breading wasn't crunchy as I was imagining. The potatoes were good, they had flavor and were crispy outside but soft inside. I found that the customers here this day were all very kind and grateful to be alive. If I could give this Wendys 0 stars I would. Every time I come they are out of stock of multiple different things. They are opened til 4 am so on weekends after the bars shut down people come here to grab some food. One night I was here & waited 40 minutes in the drive through and when I got to the window- said they were no longer taking orders.. at 3:30 after waiting in line & they close at 4. The people that work here, every time I come here, have a really bad attitude problem and consistently act like you are bothering them. Almost every time I go I ask for cheese fries and they give me regular fries, then I go back around and explain the problem and they say they don't have any cheese and won't be selling the cheese fries anymore. So why am I being charged for it? Another night I paid for my order online on the app & picked it up at 3:52 am & when I got to the window the girl was arguing with me saying they were closed and could not refund me. She ended the conversation by just shutting the window and looking at me then giving me the finger and my friend has video of the encounter. If you don't like a vanilla frosty at any given weeeee early of the morning, than I'm not sure I'll ever understand you.... This place is always and I mean always running out of items. The other day it was grilled chicken then baked potatoes then frostys.
