I go to Wendy's once in a while and I always have the asiago club spicy chicken sandwich it is always the best very consistent the people are very nice the sandwich is delicious and I would highly recommend that particular sandwich and I'm sure the other food is great too good job Wendy's read more

I rarely ever give reviews to Fast Food restaurants but last night I drove in at exactly 1:00 AM and I got GREAAAATTT service. (Imagine tony the tiger saying GREAT). I ordered a Large chili and when I got my order I realized I forgot to mention I didn't want any onions. (Don't judge me the non onion chili was for my bf not me, I LOVE onion) anyway, I told him I forgot to mention to exclude the onion and he took my order back and said "NO PROBLEM" (in a happy sorta way). I've been going to this location for years, but the past two visits have been disappointing. Mustard only on a burger means I don't want catsup or mayo. Twice in a row, got home to find no mustard on burger but catsup and mayo instead. And last time, they also got the drink order wrong. read more

Went to the drive thru the other day, had the window slammed on me when I was going to ask for ketchup for my friend's fries. I'm ALWAYS polite to the workers with my please and thank yous being I work in retail. The reason why the window was slammed on me is beyond me. If I could give zero stars I would! I went through the drive thru tonight and the kid working the window wasn't listening and asked me twice if that was it! Obviously wasn't listening at all. Then I get to the window and he tells me that it's gonna be a few minutes and to park and they would bring it right out...10 minutes later I got fed up and went inside and the kid working the window had to tell the girl there was someone waiting after I was standing there for a couple of minutes listening to them chit chat! Then the manager came up with the girl who was just as dense as the boy working the window! The manager asked if I was told to park which I said I was and she was like "oh they didn't tell me you were parked and waiting I'm sorry" they gave me more food than I needed and to top it off the fries and chicken nuggets weren't even hot!! Not the best Wendy's I've ever been to. The burger was sloppy, and the fries were burnt, and there was a glacier in my soda. Other than that it was great. read more

The Wendy's in Petaluma is always a disappointment!!! The burgers are never hot, and the cheese is never melted. They are sloppily made and the tomatoes are never ripe! I eat there maybe once a year and, sadly, I'm usually unhappy. read more

I just love this place. We have been coming here since at least forever. The food has not changed even the slightest. The restaurant looks exactly the same inside and out. Hopefully you did not go through the drive-thru here around 2002-2006 because for whatever reason the dude/chick who took the orders could not understand English whatsoever. It was almost comical to see how mad the customers would get and this dude/chick just keep on taking orders anyway. For years! A friend of mine who is white as snow and as Irish as the come, fresh out of Spanish class in high school went here and ordered in Spanish (we didn't even know Nate knew Spanish) and the ordering process was perfect. So, if you go through the drive-thru order in Spanish if you can. If not, they are better now then they were. read more

Great fast food and service. The restaurant is pretty well maintained.

I don't eat at fast food places much, but I was in a hurry this morning and needed to gobble down an early lunch before heading home from Petaluma, so I stopped by Wendy's on Washington Street. The restaurant itself is spotlessly clean, and the service is fast and efficient. Unfortunately, the food there is horrid, even for a Wendy's. Wendy's was pushing their "juicy, homestyle" chicken sandwiches, so I ordered one of those, along with a soda and fries. The fries were soggy in some places, so they' probably pulled them out of the frier too early. The sandwich was almost as bad - the breaded chicken was dry, topped by overcooked bacon and unmelted cheese. So much for the "juicy" designation....Blech! I've eaten at other Wendy's over the years, and there are better ones around. This one, I'd skip. It gets 1/5 stars from me. read more

I came in expecting a normal Wendy's experience (good food, bad service) but was pleasantly surprised by Emily. She was engaging, funny, social, and polite. The food was good the lobby was sparkling (although, as always, in need of an update), and they have those cool touch screen soda fountains. Went thru Wendys drive thru. The lady on the headset was rude and even more rude at the window. I told her what sauces i wanted with my chicken. Paid for the food and was pulling away when i realized half my order was missing. Went inside and the chinesse guy with glasses was just as rude. And they had no sauces only ranch. read more

I was very disappointed with the customer service a received. I accidentally locked my keys along with mine and my daughters cell phones in the vehicle. When I went in and asked if they had a phone to use they declined. I had to go across the street and ask another business and they gladly let me use their phone. We went back to Wendy's to wait for a locksmith and we ordered food. The time took longer then what was stated for the locksmith. So I went back up to the counter and asked if they at least had a cell I could use. The guy rolled his eyes and went back to grab the phone. They let me use it but I had to hang up on the locksmith because they interrupted me and said they needed their phone back. read more

Worst service ever. Last night went in. Gave cashier 8 dollars for a7.95 bill. She just stood there. I asked what she needed and she told me the price again and indicated she needed more cash. I told her to count what she had. Then she figured out it was enough. This girl has made mistakes with me before and many errors with others. I told her she made lots of mistakes. She giggled and said yes. I said you seem proud of that fact. She giggled again. Notoriously they have the worst service for fast food. Management does not appear to care. Just want to say that you guys are awesome! It's not often that people give good reviews to fast food chains. But this has been one of my go to spots For my lunch break for over five years. The food used to be so good and fresh here and now i dont even know what happened. The chicken nuggets are bitter most times. I assumed it was because when i press the nuggets against the paper napkins, the oil is dark brown. And the salad, the lettuce is all brown and pink. It tastes bitter too.
