Let's see how many of these I can review on west coast trips! Parts of Santa Rosa are spread out in commercial parks where you find all the local and national chains. This was a convenient drive from downtown with plenty of free parking. The dining room was a bit larger with lots of window bar seating. The staff, service, and food quality was typical for a favorite burger joint. As always, highly recommended.

The service was fast because there wasn't a lot of people, and the employees were nice.

Late night munchie after Target run on a Friday evening. There was one guest dining and a handful waiting for orders. One staff was cleaning the dining room. Was immediately greeted by the smiley and friendly Angelo. Came in for fries but ended up getting a cheeseburger with grilled onions plus ketchup. Went to wash my hands and found a clean bathroom which is always a plus. Sat at a booth waiting for my food. The crew were constantly communicating. They looked like a well oiled machine. Food came out in less than 10 minutes. Everything looked good and tasted like I remember. My only complaint is the burger patty seemed significantly smaller. I had 1/4 of a bun with lettuce and tomatoes left. Highlight of my experience, two very kind teenagers held the door for me when I arrived and departed. Nice to know there is a second location as the other seems to always be busy.

Can never go wrong with In n Out! Simple, fresh, delicious. I always get their fries well done and opt for grilled onions instead of raw onions. Service is always top notch. Tonight we dined in and brought our 10 month old. He's usually in his car seat and we just place the car seat on a chair. The person who took our order was so kind to bring us a high chair for us! Tonight I tried the viral pickle Dr Pepper. If you are a fan of pickles I would give it a try!

I was driving by after a target run and had completely forgotten this place had opened! I stopped by on a Sunday and was shocked at how low traffic this location was in comparison to our two others. The lines for both drive through and in the restaurant when we got there were minimal when we arrived although they did pick up as were leaving. Staff was very friendly, but I find this to be really consistent throughout all In-N-Out locations. The burgers and fries came out fresh. Very smooth ordering process. In my opinion In-N-Out is never a miss. Such a comfort meal, these burgers are perfection. 10/10.

In n out is an all time fav in our home. The consistency and the fact that they do not price gouge is everything I need to keep coming back. Add to that they pay a livable wage to their employees AND advocate against Domestic Violence it doesn't get much better than here. Food quality is awesome and we love the secret menu items!

In and out team are doing it right, everything is perfect. The onions are especially tasty tonight. My perfect is: Single with Onions Soft Fries Animal Style Large Lite Pink Lemonade And for about 40 minutes all was right in my world. Thanks again In-N-Out Santa Rosa Avenue Team

Napkins loaded BACKWARDS, no way to get them out, or just one at least! SO IDIOTIC!

When we lived downtown, we used to frequent the Gott's in the ferry building...this location is even better. While waiting for our food, the manager was walking around the tables, checking in if people needed anything, and saying hello. This level of service, and care, was really nice. On to the food - the crispy taco, ahi tuna tacos were delightful, with generous portions of ahi, avocado, and a wonderful amount of flavor, in a crispy shell. If you're looking for something other than a burger - highly recommend. We also stopped in here the following night - the milkshakes are outstanding - yum! Just so that you know, I consider myself to be a club sandwich connoisseur and wanted to confirm of Ozzie's could enter my golden circle of club sandwiches. First - the service. Super friendly people who have no problem with accommodating special requests. For example I asked if they could add a slice of cheese and was asked "Swiss, Cheddar, American"? . That's music to my ears! Second- the ingredients. I love that they feature locally sourced bread products. Mine was prepared with Franco-American sourdough. And it's always fantastic! Third- Unlike a lot of club sandwiches, you don't have to decide between turkey or ham, they include both! And if you aren't a fan of either, they do offer a chicken club option. The final verdict! Five star awesome! The sandwich was perfectly stacked with tons of meat products. And extra credit for the extra large slice of cheddar cheese which covered the entire sandwich. And a huge shoutout to the crinkle fries (included with your order). I'm a huge crinkle fries fan and these were awesome!

We weren't overly hungry but wanted to try it. The prices were pretty steep for a beer $12, and the cocktail was VERY expensive $19 after tax. Hubs decided not to order the beer but insisted I try a fancy drink so I decided on the unicorn after recommendation from our waitress. The drink was pleasantly good, not too sour or too sweet, however definitely not worth the price. Then we decided on a small bites, skillet prawns. The wait wasn't too long. We took a bite each and we were so confused at the odd flavor. It tasted like latex gloves and cleaner. Hubs tried a a second small bite of another one and spit it out. We probably shouldn't have stopped. Our waitress was really nice about it and offered to get us a new one or something else or a dessert, but we declined. She ended up taking it off the bill. Maybe skip the drinks and order a pizza.

From the outside, it's a pretty unassuming building. When we walked in, I got more of a diner vibe than an Italian restaurant. The décor is simple and straightforward without a lot of frills, but we were there for the food, not the décor. We were seated almost immediately, and our waitress was friendly and laid back. She also let us know that we had arrived just in time for happy hour, so naturally we had to order some drinks and appetizers. We tried both the red and white sangrias, which our waitress had made fresh that day. They were refreshing and hit the spot. To start, we ordered the calamari and shared a Caesar salad. We also enjoyed some of the house focaccia bread. For our entrées, I chose the Lamb Ragu while my wife went with the Pappardelle Bolognese. Everything arrived in a timely manner and came out hot and fresh. The calamari was crispy and well prepared. The focaccia was good, although I would have preferred it served warm. The Caesar salad was flavorful and the perfect size for sharing. The lamb in the Lamb Ragu was cooked perfectly, and the pasta had a great texture and chew. The Pappardelle Bolognese was hearty, meaty, and equally well executed. Portion sizes for both dishes were just right and satisfying without being overwhelming. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and had a pleasant dining experience. My only critique is that both pasta dishes could have used a little more seasoning, particularly salt, to make the flavors pop a bit more. Aside from that, Eddie's delivered a good Italian dinner with friendly service and good value.
