I've been to thousands of restaurants all across the country, and I genuinely don't think I've ever met someone more welcoming. She is one of those people who could brighten even the darkest day. Just an absolute ray of sunshine. I would legitimately pay $600 for a flight back here just to get this level of positivity in my life again. In-N-Out, whatever you're paying her, it's not enough. Fast, clean, tasty with good customer service. Everything you want in a fast food restaurant. I should mention the ingredients and toppings are top notch & super fresh. I like their french fries, they cut the whole potato on site, hence the freshness couldn't be any fresher. I'm always amazed to watch the staff work as a team each doing their job and always jumping in to help their coworkers. These young people seem to have pride in their job and enjoy being there. I'm not big on fast food but everyone in a while I like In N Out. I came here twice in the last month which is actually my first two times to this location. The first time was fine. Didn't take too long as it was late and my order was hot and correct. Then recently I came through the drive through again on Sunday night and this time it took a little bit as it was out to the road. The employees clearly weren't paying attention as I saw one go to wrap the receipt tags around her neck like a scarf before we pulled up to the window..... all good to have a good time at work but not when you can't get the orders right. This is the third time the order has been re- read from the one who places the order, the one who takes payment and the third that gives the food. I was thankful I checked the bag right before we drove away because the line was not one I would want to wait in again. I told my husband to tell her she forgot one and acted like they were already there so I told him get the receipt and handed the bag back as she didn't seem to believe it. As I was eating a few fry's my fingers were covered in salt. It made me regret even asking for the other fry that was ordered let alone even getting fry's after that. They were hard to eat... pretty disgusting and the lettuce in my burger didn't taste good either. Late night munchie after Target run on a Friday evening. There was one guest dining and a handful waiting for orders. One staff was cleaning the dining room. Was immediately greeted by the smiley and friendly Angelo. Came in for fries but ended up getting a cheeseburger with grilled onions plus ketchup. Went to wash my hands and found a clean bathroom which is always a plus. Sat at a booth waiting for my food. The crew were constantly communicating. They looked like a well oiled machine. Food came out in less than 10 minutes. Everything looked good and tasted like I remember. My only complaint is the burger patty seemed significantly smaller. I had 1/4 of a bun with lettuce and tomatoes left. Highlight of my experience, two very kind teenagers held the door for me when I arrived and departed. Can never go wrong with In n Out! Simple, fresh, delicious. I always get their fries well done and opt for grilled onions instead of raw onions. Service is always top notch. Tonight we dined in and brought our 10 month old. He's usually in his car seat and we just place the car seat on a chair. The person who took our order was so kind to bring us a high chair for us! I was driving by after a target run and had completely forgotten this place had opened! I stopped by on a Sunday and was shocked at how low traffic this location was in comparison to our two others. The lines for both drive through and in the restaurant when we got there were minimal when we arrived although they did pick up as were leaving. Staff was very friendly, but I find this to be really consistent throughout all In-N-Out locations. The burgers and fries came out fresh. Very smooth ordering process. In N Out strikes again. I was at a nearby eatery that was selling sandwiches for $30. Tough. All I was really craving was a burger, so my husband and I decided to pop over to this In-N-Out. My whole family loves In-n-Out. I love that this location is new to my neighborhood and I come here quite often. I will say when going through the drive thru you can expect it to take 20 plus mins at almost any time of the day. Lunch, dinner, late night, especially weekends. The food is always consistent. No complaints there. The service is friendly. The bathrooms are always clean too. I like this location better than the Rohnert park location simply because the ice they use for beverages. It's something like crushed ice like they have at Sonic's. Only thing I don't like is how long it takes to get your food inside or drive thru. The RP or other Santa Rosa location always seem to go faster than this one. Either way, that ain't going to stop me. read more

Add to that they pay a livable wage to their employees AND advocate against Domestic Violence it doesn't get much better than here. While I LOVE the food at In-N-Out, and the FOOD is fine at this location, it is managed INCOMPETENTLY. Unlike just about every OTHER location, this one has IDIOTIC MANAGEMENT and STAFF WHO CANNOT EVEN CORRECTLY LOAD a NAPKIN DISPENSER! Poor training? laziness? incompetent managers is my best! I, like many, have worked fast food, and as we all know who have worked there, at ANY place you load napkins, there is ONE AND ONLY ONE WAY TO LOAD NAPKINS. Yep, you have to load them with the split in front, on the bottom, so when you pull out A NAPKIN, you get only ONE, you have something to GRAB (that split edge), and it sets up the next napkin to be pulled. At this location, not only are the tables gross, rarely cleaned, dropped food left to lie around for hours, GOOFING OFF staff (talking and goofing around, NOT cleaning/working), but they can't even LOAD NAPKINS. Lids to the sodas not even sealed all the way, which spilled on my husband as he received it. Best experience of my life at a fast food restaurant. Devin is the man and needs some kind of promotion or official commendation. I'm in line at the drive through late at night and see this big spider on the right side of my hood. By big, I mean, the body diameter is the size of a dime, with the walking radius of a silver dollar. The legs were over an inch. Anyways, I'm watching the spider walk rather fast from the right side of the front of the hood to the front left side of the hood. I grab a napkin from my glove box, and get out of my car to kill it. By this point, the spider is above the front left wheel making it's way toward me in an aggressive way. Alas, the car in front of me pulled up and I was next in line. Not wanting to hold up the line, I decide to let the spider live and get back in the car. I pull up to the window and am greeted by a super polite employee named Devin who seems to be in a great mood. I stick my arm out the window and point to the the car between the wheel and the side view mirror and jokingly ask Devin if he sees a rather larger spider in that area. He seems confused, and I repeat myself. He then says no, but he does see a rather large spider on top of my door where my head is. He said it is going for the gap and seems to be getting ready to surprise me. Then like an absolute baller, he askes me if I want him to take care of it. In half shock at how fast the spider had moved, the position it was taking, and Devin's willingness to solve the problem, I said yes. Like a freaking ninja Devon pounced and killed the spider. My parents wanted to try the new In n Out location so of course we went. And to no surprise at all, it was just alike another in n out location. Long line at the drive through. Luckily, we wanted to sit down inside and dine in. The line inside wasn't too bad. Perhaps because it was only 3. So definitely not during that dinner rush. My parents found a nice clean table while I went over to the counter and ordered our food. Employee at register was super upbeat. Smile never left her face. After ordering I went and got a bunch of ketchup cups and some chilis (can't eat my burger without those suckers!) , also got our beverages. Once our number was called I went and got our food. Oh my god! Just the look of the food made my mouth water as I carried it over to our table. I ordered the double double and some fries lightly fried and everything was perfectly executed by the kitchen staff. Maybe it's because I'm bigger now, but I remember that when I was a kid the double double used to fill me up so much that I couldn't ever finish it. After fnishing my meal ( or a bit was left), I felt satisfied. Not overly stuffed. Who knows. All I know is in n out continues to serve up great food, at a great price with some awesome customer service in an impeccably clean restaurant. read more

I just came from In N Out on Santa Rosa Ave, Santa Rosa....worst experience at any location yet. I ordered a simple cheeseburger with sauce on the side and animal fries with sauce on the side. Waited 20 minutes for the order to go. Got to the car....and discovered a double double in the bag, rather than a cheeseburger and no sauce at all in the bag. Sent my husband back in to correct the order. Waited another 25 minutes for him to get back to the car. The order was right but they DID NOT refund him the difference in price between the cheeseburger and the double double. They kept the receipt so we can't even go back and prove that they cheated us on the correction. This is totally unacceptable. We will NEVER go back there again. Sorely disappointed here. They have 76 indoor and 76 outdoor seats for guests to enjoy their burgers, fries, and beverages. They offer their standard menu of Double Doulbe Cheeseburgers, single burgers, and fries along with shakes. But what about their secret menu items (or not-so-secret)? Went there tonight for dinner around 7:30 pm, a ton of workers all over the place. It still looked like many were in training mode however everyone was very friendly and helpful. Food came out as ordered and was great. Just a heads up, there is an entrance from Yolanda Ave that takes you directly to the drive thru. No signs indicating In & Out driveway and it looks like an alley. No issues tonight entering from Santa Rosa Ave but who knows before the lines start getting long like every other In & Out location. read more
