It's a Wendy's. The service was ok and pretty quick considering they were slammed outside of what I would consider normal lunch hours. Food was pretty good, fries could have been a little more fresh but they were still pretty good. Spicy chicken sando on point. I like that they have the Coke remix fountains, it's nice to see a flavored seltzer offered. Restaurant was clean and they were actively on top of bussing tables. Strong smell of bacon in the dining room. Bathrooms were pretty clean. I'd definitely come back when passing through Plymouth. Beware in the parking lot - people drive with reckless abandon. If you have small kids be sure to hold their hands. read more

I'm not a huge fast food eater but I stop at this Wendy's a few times a year when I'm driving between Columbus and Chicago. I make a point of stopping at this location because I've always thought everyone was so nice, the food tastes fresh and is hot and it's always fast. I guess all good things come to an end at some point. The lady working this morning would not let us use our mobile scan because she would have to take it to the first window to scan it...even though she had to take my credit card back there to pay anyways. When she came back I said "so we couldn't use our coupon because you would have to scan at the other window?" And she goes yeah. I told her we waited at that window for a few minutes and no one showed up and she goes yeah because it's just us two working. Okay? You took my card back there to pay. There was no one else at the restaurant so we could have met her back there or given her my phone to take and scan. It's so silly but honestly I'll never go back now. Customer service is important these days. I live in Chicago and make a point of stopping here every road trip. Not anymore. read more

Legitimately the best Wendy's I've had in over a decade.... maybe even ever. The lobby was clean, the food was ACTUALLY amazing, and the service was top tier. You usually have to go to Chick-Fil-A to get an experience like this, but I found it passing through a Wendy's in Plymouth, IN. My receipt says Mary was our host. At fast food restaurant I understand you can't go in with high expectations. Walked in the door and the guy cleaning the walls, literally dirty hands from the dirty walls where people stand goes from the walls to taking my order and getting my food without washing his hands is just gross. So I usually am not fond of their customer service but today about 10:05 am they had the most amazing staff I have came across in a long time the lady in drive through showed amazing customer service as did the man possible manager who handed us our food and drinks! He knew my boyfriend as a regular and was all around super polite has us both saying thank you. I want this staff every time I come. Thank you it really made a small impact on our day and put us in a great mood as well as the food well prepared for us too! read more

Had a spicy chicken combo here the other day. It blows away the one I had at Panera two days earlier!! The fries were hot and just crispy enough. And the drive thru employee asked for my ID when he looked that my card said "get ID". I appreciated that! read more

Yet again, a member of my family has been refused service at this location, because what we wanted to order was "inconvenient," for them to make. My mother and I have dairy allergies, but we love Wendy's burgers, potatoes, and salads. All we ask it that they make our stuff without cheese. That's it! At other locations, it is never a problem. They make it exactly how we like it and it's great....... At this location I was ordering a salad and asked simply for no cheese and no tomatoes. That's it! And they seriously told me that they didn't have a single person on staff that could make my salad lol. At 12:30 p.m., on a Wednesday. The restaurant wasn't even full and it, MIGHT, have taken someone an extra, I don't know, 2 MINUTES to make. We will not be coming back. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! They left a meal and a kids meal out of my order so I called them once I got home for a refund. First of all the guy told me I was a liar that the lady told me to wait (she said have a nice night) then he told me they left out the kids meal but I was lying about the other meal missing. At that point I told him keep his refund I wanted to speak to his manager so he then hung up on me!!!! I go to eat the food I did get and my order wasn't even right!! Messed up the orders completely including the drinks. And when trying to confront them about it, they stared through the drive thru window but wouldn't open it so we could get it fixed. My sick daughter went here to eat because it's the only thing she has been able to eat without feeling bad. They REFUSED to make her salad. Not only that, when I called Wendy's from work to ask why, the MANAGER told me that he had no one on staff to make a salad.....?!?! BTW she only asked for no cheese and tomato. No other location has ever treated us so poorly. The Manager also told me he had to worry about all the other customers first. Even though, I'm willing to pay 7 bucks for a salad and sometimes get extra chicken, my money isn't worth his time. We will not eat at this location again. Customers should not be treated as a problem to your job. Customers are the reason you have a job. read more

My wife and I visit Wendy's regular with our kids. My wife has food allergies and cannot have cheese. She orders the same thing each time. She orders a side salad no tomato no cheese. The employees usually say ok and they make her salad in 1 minute.... today mgr said they were to busy to make it and she would have to wait like 15 minutes.....they were too busy to make it..... too busy to make a customers food. I love my local Wendy's. I do agree the prices are a bit high for fast food burgers but they are the best tasting sandwiches and fries in town. If I am eating a burger in town I always come here. read more
