My husband spoke with who I assume was the owner, and she explained that they don't typically sell all flats because it leaves them with too many drums--which is understandable. However, that should have been communicated upfront, as I likely would have ordered something else or chosen to go elsewhere. The dining area also took away from the experience. The tables were filthy, and we had to ask for ours to be cleaned before we could even sit down. To make matters worse, most of the fountain drinks were out. Another great surprise were the French fries; they were cooked to a crunchy perfection and although they may have been frozen they were real potato fries, large and fried to the exact perfection!
