I'm not sure what has happened with Wendy's but lately the food has not been good. The quality is bad. Meat is never fresh the fries are tasteless and even the sodas are flat. I stopped at this location the other night and ordered a baked potato and this is what I got when I got home. An old dark brown burned potato. Who would serve this to a customer?? read more

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!! After the first two times I went and had terrible service couple months back I told myself would never go back, but since it had been a while I decided to go to the drive through after running errands hoping things had gotten better BUT not to my surprise the same Non sense! Drive through line was backed up, I waited 10 mins in line and went absolutely no where such a waste of time! With all these bad reviews I most definitely will not be going back and I don't understand why this Wendy's is still in business at this location! Where do I start at my local Wendy's. I have given this one several opportunities to get it right but my last visit sealed the deal. The family decided to have lunch here and we all placed our order, had the order repeated then received the order. I ordered a double with catchup and lettuce and got mayo and ketchup, the wife ordered a grilled chicken and got a fried chicken, 3 of the 5 drinks were Dr Pepper when we all ordered Coke. The Men's bathroom soap dispenser was laying on the floor with no soap in it. How do the employees handling my food wash their hands? ( I saw this on the way out) Last visit in this place. read more

My son wanted to give this business a 2nd chance. Why, oh why, I say?! We spent way too much time in the drive thru once again. I was told by another customer that the speakers were down in the drive thru. I decided to pull up and place the order with the cashier. Because there already two cars ahead of us, I gave up, and decided to go inside. After waiting a few minutes inside, we were told that the registers were down, and that they could only take cash. I don't carry cash, so this was another let down! So much for 2nd chances! read more

Stopped in after running an errands for work around 1pm. They were still fairly busy with the lunch rush, but I did drive-through. It was pretty quick considering how many cars were in the line. Staff was very friendly, fries were piping hot and I think my Son of Baconator was the tastiest I've ever had at any Wendy's! Glad I stopped at this location. :) read more

The service was so darn slow at 4pm Thursday afternoon. The cashier was fixing the food and working the cashier at the same time. Everyone was complaining how slow the service was. I had to walk out and the only thing I wanted was a frosty. This place deserve no stars. read more

The customer service is decent but food is very poor. On occasion I have found hair in my food and once the plastic wrap was left on my cheese on my sandwich. I honestly don't know or understand how you could leave all the plastic on the cheese without noticing, that's crazy! My best advice is to find another Wendy's because this place is by far the last place you wan't to eat at unless you like choking on plastic and eating hair, too bad there's not a 0 star. read more

Bad place don't eat here. I waited for more than 15 mins and walked out because they were taking so long. They were on there own time and we're working slower than a normal Wendy's. Disgusting place. I used to work there. Employees have fake eyelashes and nails. Nobody wears hairnets. The managers are frequently taking smoke breaks. I rarely see people washing their hands. If you pay attention to the uniforms of the employees they'll probably be dirty and most of them probably aren't wearing their apron. I've watched my coworkers make sandwiches without gloves. The night shift doesn't clean anything so the morning shift always has to. The people that work there are triflen. Almost all the staff smokes weed and if you're a unpleasant customer you will be talked about very badly. I would steer clear of this Wendy's at all cost !! read more

No. Can't go back. Went inside to order take out because the 7 cars in line weren't moving. The cashier was very nice & polite. After o ordered I watched a younger man with dred locks, scratch his head, with his bare hand, then clock out on the register. Thankfully he was leaving. Ordered Dave's single cheese and one double and one large lemonade at 3pm on July 2, 2019. Got them home, began eating and discovered they were not thoroughly cooked. Still pinkish. Yuck. $14 down the drain. It's a shame Wendy's spent so much money renovating that restaurant. They sent a lot more than $14 down the drain. read more

Terrible restaurant! I walked in and saw several employees working, an older gentleman was waiting on his food to be bagged up. I was only one in line. 3 employees made eye contact with me but didn't acknowledge me or say they will be with me in a moment. I waited several minutes and not one person came up to take my order. I walked out and drove to McDonald's. At least I can ring up my own food there. I will not go back to this Wendy's again. read more

This location has to have the record for having the slowest drive thru in the world. Expect to spend at least 10 minutes in the line only if there is no one in front of you, add an additional 10 minutes per car in front of you. read more

Are you in a rush? Do you only have 20 minutes before your lunch break ends? Are you easily impressed by efficiency and speed? Then by all means stay away from this Wendy's location. It has the slowest drive-thru in the world of fast food. You could listen to a whole 30 minute radio broadcast while sitting in your car during lunch time. If you think going inside will cut off time you would be wrong. It is still just as slow inside too. And don't even think it is just limited to lunch hours. They are slow ALL the time. I bet when they open for the day, they have to arrive there at 7 am just to open by 10. Do yourself a solid and go to the Wendy's location on Austell or the one at Hiram Pavilion. If you don't have time to go Wendy's at those locations then go to McDonald's or Dairy Queen. Your blood pressure will thank you. read more

Every time I go the are out of toys. Not something a parent wants to tell there 7yr old. Not sure why the franchise dose not step in a fix it. I ordered the kids meal with a side of strawberries for my 3-yr-old from the drive-thru. The strawberries were molded over. Not just one strawberry slice but on 1/2 of the strawberries. I called the store twice to tell them (over an hour between calls) and no one answered the phone! Thank God I looked at the strawberries before my child started eating them. read more

This place gave me cold meat on my Baconator! The chicken nuggets gave my chrildren food poisoning. (All three of them) The service was very slow as in we were sitting there for an hour waiting on my burger! It took even longer for them to get my kids' their kids meals and I thought those were pre assembled! The food tasted disgusting! The only good part was the frosties, and after we ate everything, they refused us dessert, and we straight up asked them "can we please get a dessert menu?" And our waiter was doing something on their phone the entire time and they replied with "Hell no." We paid and left. We will NEVER go back there ever again. read more

This Wendy's franchise is a joke. 99% of the time (not an exaggeration) they get my order wrong. I don't know what part of "without cheese" is so hard to comprehend. Buyer beware. This is one of the worst Wendy's locations ever. Its more exoensive than the location in Suwanee near where I work and something is always f'ed up with the food. This was the first time I've been there in months and I went through the drive through. When I got home and looked at my burger, it was still bloody on the inside.
