This Wendy's is really clean, even the bathrooms were spotless. The restrooms are locked, though, and you have to ask an employee to unlock them (they won't give out the code), which was a little inconvenient. The customer service wasn't great, and it seems like they're dealing with some challenges related to the area. While we were there, staff had to ask someone who wasn't a customer to leave, and there was some general ruckus going on inside. It made dining in a bit uncomfortable for people who just want to sit and eat. That said, the food is Wendy's, solid and pretty good. Lately tront desk people are generally very very friendly and polite. They offer you an upgrade if you want it and they get your drink cup for you right away. The drive-thru is fast too! We came for our late night snack because all week long we kept seeing The Krabby Patty meal. So we were disappointed that they ran out. Thank goodness we had the back up plan of getting the 10 piece saucy nuggets. We got the garlic parm with ranch dressing. Tastes pretty good for a late night snack. I revisited this Wendy's recently after a long break since the last time I dined here. The dining room had noticeably been remodeled since my previous visit. It is a distinct improvement. A Large Chili with onions was excellent, as in the past. And a Dave's Single with Cheese Hamburger was good with crunchy lettuce and a slice of tomato, but the effect was somewhat ruined by a bun that was so cold it seemed like it just came out of a refrigerated package. A Medium Chocolate Frosty was quite tasty, and French Fries were okay. Diane liked her Classic Chicken Sandwich with Cheddar Cheese and Fries. Initially the order taker got the size of my orders a little mixed up. And now one has to ask for utensils and packets of condiments like ketchup. The formerly available push button dispensers were completely empty and no longer in use. But it is still worthwhile coming here for Wendy's superior Chili and a Chocolate Frosty alone. read more

Service was sub-par and rude (deliberately). The cashier constantly interrupted the ordering (via drive-thru), claimed to have "run out" of menu items (choc. Frosty, baked potato), and got our order wrong by giving us a lower priced meal when we ordered a higher priced meal. She was also rude. And worse, she didn't include the receipt for what we ordered. I went the drive through and I asked for extra dressing and pecans. Simple easy. If I had to pay extra i would have it's no big deal. I needed it for my boss and he was paying. Not sure what everyone else's level of service is, but I am reviewing this location exactly. Once again I attempted the drive-tru with a prior food "not what I ordered" failure. Both times I have ordering something and go mostly the wrong food. This last time I asked for a Pretzel Baconator (new item) and got a double hamburger with no pretzel, no bacon, and all that messy ketchup/mayo they slather on top. So this was the last straw on "benefit of the doubt" with me. Different days (months apart), same type of menu item and both failed each time. The taste was good, although I am not sure why they don't serve hot fries or at least warm burgers. I could chalk this up to "busy" time. But, that was not the case as I went during pre-lunch time with little to no cars in front of me. Sadly I like Wendy's, but will not be going to this location again. Apparently they increased the prices of breakfast meals. Ok no biggie but the white manager them tells me they no longer have small sides and I will be charged an additional 30 cent for a medium. So you already increased the price then tell me I have to pay another 30 cent for a medium because you no longer carry small sides. SOMEONE make that makes since please. The increased price should cover the medium sides since I'm already more. So basically this Wendy's is charging you 30cents extra for sides that's included in your meal.
