This Wendy's is really clean, even the bathrooms were spotless. The restrooms are locked, though, and you have to ask an employee to unlock them (they won't give out the code), which was a little inconvenient. The customer service wasn't great, and it seems like they're dealing with some challenges related to the area. While we were there, staff had to ask someone who wasn't a customer to leave, and there was some general ruckus going on inside. It made dining in a bit uncomfortable for people who just want to sit and eat. That said, the food is Wendy's, solid and pretty good. We came for our late night snack because all week long we kept seeing The Krabby Patty meal. So we were disappointed that they ran out. Service was sub-par and rude (deliberately). The cashier constantly interrupted the ordering (via drive-thru), claimed to have "run out" of menu items (choc. Frosty, baked potato), and got our order wrong by giving us a lower priced meal when we ordered a higher priced meal. She was also rude. And worse, she didn't include the receipt for what we ordered. I revisited this Wendy's recently after a long break since the last time I dined here. The dining room had noticeably been remodeled since my previous visit. It is a distinct improvement. A Large Chili with onions was excellent, as in the past. And a Dave's Single with Cheese Hamburger was good with crunchy lettuce and a slice of tomato, but the effect was somewhat ruined by a bun that was so cold it seemed like it just came out of a refrigerated package. A Medium Chocolate Frosty was quite tasty, and French Fries were okay. Diane liked her Classic Chicken Sandwich with Cheddar Cheese and Fries. Initially the order taker got the size of my orders a little mixed up. And now one has to ask for utensils and packets of condiments like ketchup. The formerly available push button dispensers were completely empty and no longer in use. But it is still worthwhile coming here for Wendy's superior Chili and a Chocolate Frosty alone. read more

Chili didn't have much in the way of seasoning. The same guest for the Nuggs. I tried the new Tangerine Lemonade. It was twice as sweet as the Strawberry Lemonade. I couldn't drink it. Not sure what everyone else's level of service is, but I am reviewing this location exactly. Once again I attempted the drive-tru with a prior food "not what I ordered" failure. Both times I have ordering something and go mostly the wrong food. This last time I asked for a Pretzel Baconator (new item) and got a double hamburger with no pretzel, no bacon, and all that messy ketchup/mayo they slather on top. So this was the last straw on "benefit of the doubt" with me. Different days (months apart), same type of menu item and both failed each time. The taste was good, although I am not sure why they don't serve hot fries or at least warm burgers. I could chalk this up to "busy" time. Apparently they increased the prices of breakfast meals. Ok no biggie but the white manager them tells me they no longer have small sides and I will be charged an additional 30 cent for a medium.
