I sit, for an extended period of time, after 12 minutes I'm told that they are out of large cups- asked if I wanted a medium. Ok, but I just paid for a large? Poor customer service when no offer for refund of upgrade fee or something else to make up for extended wait and lack or what was ordered. We order our fries well done because we like them extra crispy. The Mexican women who have taken my orders have always been friendly and helpful. I wish their soda machine was accessible to diners. Louis took my order at the window where I let him know his staff forgot a part of my order previously and he proceeded to say" that's not how you do it, you call or come back immediately" as if it's my job to ensure the paid employees at his store are giving me goods I paid for.
