This Wendy's has seen better days. We stopped in for lunch and after our experience will not be back. We went to the counter to order and it was empty. We needed a few minutes to view the menu and when we had decided, there was still no one around to help us. We noticed an office to the side and could see someone sitting on their phone. As we are talking, you'd think this person would come out and help us. Nope. We had to get their attention. It seemed to be a manager of some sort. They mumbled something under their breath at us and went into the back of the kitchen to get someone. The woman who did help us was very kind but having to do all that for service at a Wendy's is a bit much. The conditions of the dining room were incredibly outdated and could use an update. Everything from the carpet, to the chairs, and tables were run down. Cleanliness was also concerning. The self service drink area was filthy, with sticky soda stains all over. We saw some flies due to this. Barely any napkins or utensils were available. I don't think anyone working there really cares. Our food was fine. They dropped fresh fries and nuggets for us. Overall not worth your money, go elsewhere. read more

This Wendy's location is well passed its prime. With sticky floors and discolored, worn carpets, the interior is in bad need of a renovation. Unlike other comments, the service is fine. It's also a convenient location. read more

Beware - Avoid at all costs The Burger was cold the cheese was right out of refrigerator. The ttaff all huddled around talking in slang when it was returned, They made a new one and not sure what they did with the new one because it took a while to get it. I called for a manager and I handed it back and I stated I don't know what they did with it and didn't feel safe eating it. She took the sandwich and never apologized or returned my money. Stopped at this Wendy's the other day as I wasn't in the mood to cook. Typical fast food fare, I had a Combo - 2 Dave's single's with French fries. Price was ok as it was a combo, fries were ok, not as good as McDonald's but who's are! lol Service was ok, the drive through is tricky as it's one lane in and out and if there's a problem, you're stuck, so I go in. The dining room is nicer than other Wendy's as it's larger and lighter, but it also show's that it needs a good cleaning! lol again. Despite the negative reviews, I had a wonderful experience. It was my first time at this Wendy's and my order was taken really kindly with enthusiasm and support! Being employed in customer service i love seeing other locations and drive thrus reciprocating the energy i give out to customers i meet! The person taking and giving me my orders name was Sam and he was just so genuine and awesome! Love to see great people working hard through covid and being kind. read more

Hmmm... how do I rate this Wendy's? I guess in comparison to other Wendy's it would be a five star Wendy's BUT for burgers in general I'm sticking with my three star rating. Seriously, folks... when they redid their menu & introduced the "Dave's Big & Tasty" I wanted to give them a second chance... but they pale in comparison to Five Guys. Ok, I don't usually do this but BUYER BE WARNED!!! I went to this Wendy's location close to their closing time and ordered the "Fresh Fish Sandwich" none of those words can describe what I was served, please see picture attached to this comment. I guess at one time what I was served did swim in the ocean, maybe not. I guess you could call it aquatic, or maybe it walked on land. All that I can truly say about the sandwich is that it was now truly dead. In every since of the word, DEAD to flavor, form, freshness and edibility. When I called the 800 number on the receipt I was told that someone from the branch would get back to me. They did, I was told I had the option of getting another sandwich..... REALLY? In which reality did they ever think that I would ever eat there again. Ok so let me get this straight I complained to your corporate headquarters about you, they called you and demanded you make restitution, so you want to fix the whistle blower a sandwich..... yeah I'll pass on that. I don't go to Wendy's often, but when I do I go to this one. From an architectural standpoint their building is a lot better than most Wendy's I've been to. They have a really nice set up with lots of windows and an open space that leads to a relaxing experience. It's also relatively quiet, unlike another Wendy's I went to where I felt almost as if I was an audience member at a Jerry Springer show. I usually only get a grilled chicken Asiago sandwich and maybe a frosty if I'm in the mood, and I always go in during slow times so I've never had an issue with orders getting screwed up. Not a big fan of the burgers, but that's not this location's fault. read more

This place is ridiculous. It's the closest Wendy's to my job and countless times me or a friend or sister have gone here and not a single time did they put the order in correct or give us any of the food right and then gives us attitude when we correct the issue. We ordered a water they didn't give it to us so when we asked the worker slammed it down on the counter and then they forgot to add a meal to our order and when we asked if we could just add fries at the window when we noticed it wasn't put in correct they got annoyed and we're talking about it behind the counter and then gave us a bag with the fries thrown into the bag. Staff has been so rude and disrespectful countless times and then can't seem to get an order right on top of that. And may I add anytime I have been here we were the only car in line so I don't see why it has been so hard to get our order correct or even just some respect to their customer. read more

The service is so bad here it's ridiculous. I come here for my lunch break regularly and the amount of times I've ordered something and they've given me the wrong food is ridiculous. I understand mistakes happen, but then they try and manipulate me into thinking I ordered incorrectly which i didn't. Any time I have to ask them to correct my order (which is way too often) they get very annoyed and show a very clear attitude about it. Usually they have an attitude just for showing up there. I even once had 3 employees inside heckling me once over a messed up order (even though I had the receipt!) until a manager stepped in and told them it was the 3rd time in 15 mins they messed up an order. Today, when they forgot my fries and drink, I asked for them and they literally threw them into my bag and slammed my drink down in front of me like I did something wrong. I love Wendy's but the nasty attitudes and poor service isn't worth it. People who hate their jobs shouldn't be the face of your business. read more

This is the worst Wendy's location I've ever been to. I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but end up disappointed every time. Regardless of the time of day/day of the week. The fries always taste like they were sitting out then re-fried and given to me. They are always hard and taste like grease. The nuggets are always cold. Burgers are hit or miss. Horrible experience tonight. Five people behind the counter and still had to wait 20 minutes for two easy meals. Store was empty too. In the past week alone, I have had Wendy's twice. BOTH times, my order was made wrong. I need condiments for all of my meals. Simple things like BBQ sauce for my nuggets or sour cream for my potato have been missing both times. I guess its my fault for assuming that something I ordered would actually be in the bag. I will probably be extremely vocal the next time I go to this Wendy's. It should not be that hard to read a screen and place items in a bag. [EDIT - Second Post] OH MY GOD. IT HAPPENED AGAIN! This is the best Wendy's ever... seriously! The drive thru is lightning fast and they have NEVER screwed up an order. Dining in is always nice, too. The dining room is clean and spacious. They get my order wrong almost every time and seem to hire alot of people who might be "special ed".

Waited 45 minutes in the drive through. Six cars were in line. That's 7+ minutes per order. The drive through is a closed loop and we couldn't drive away once cars came in behind us. Never again. read more

This is by far the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. The drive thru line was so slow, it took the worker working the drive thru orders around 5 minutes to set up a meal worth $4.32 which is outrageous. They were very slow with our order aswell. I was not satisfied with their service at all and highly do not recommend this location. read more
