I had not been to this location. We stopped for a quick bite and decided to eat in. The awful smell hit us immediately in the vestibule. I asked the counter staff what that smell was. He was very nice, said it was the sewer. What? the sewer!!! Please tell your owner/corporate that this needs to be taken care of immediately. No excuses. It is a health concern. The food started to taste like the smell and we had to leave. I can't imagine asking your staff to work in this and customers to eat in this awful smelly circumstance. Get it taken care of, TODAY!! My fiancé and I went through the drive-thru, so I can't speak for how the restaurant looked on the inside or how quick the service was for dine-in. We pulled up to the drive-thru and there wasn't anyone there, so we were able to quickly place our order. We waited for a little bit when we pulled up to the window, but it wasn't too long. We ordered a large pineapple mango lemonade and a large strawberry frosty. I was surprised when we were handed our items at how small the large frosty was, and how much larger the pineapple mango lemonade was. See picture for reference. I know Wendy's has probably change their portion sizes, but I was still surprised. Overall, the lemonade was fine (can't really mess that up), and the frosty tasted pretty good. Strawberry is my favorite flavor, so I was definitely not disappointed. We'll have to return here again another time for dine-in. read more

I stopped inside to have a quick meal around dinner time, and I immediately was hit with an awful sewage smell that filled the whole building. The floors were sticky, and there was dirt and grime inside the things you grab your utensils out of. I ordered a Dave Single with light ketchup and extra onions, a small vanilla Frostee, and a 4 piece nugget. First of all, the guy running the register clearly had no idea what he was doing, and he would repeat back to me things I clearly didn't order (ex. I asked for light ketchup and he apparently thought I wanted light mayo). He then, in the middle of my order, without warning, walked away and talked to another staff member sitting at a table. When he came back, he didn't even acknowledge what just happened, leaving me very confused. He also said that they "can't do light ketchup" and "you either have it or you don't." He took the rest of my order, and then I waited. The same guy then flung his elbow into my Frostee while he was trying to open a package of lids. When I got my food, I noticed my nuggets were missing, so I told him, and he got them. I didn't wanna eat inside, so I went out to the car to eat it. My burger was obviously premade, as it was completely wrong and was cold. My Frostee was fine, and my nuggets were also fine. Overall, the service was terrible, the food was not good, the facility was dirty, and the atmosphere was very unwelcoming. It'll take me a long time to eat at a Wendy's again. read more

It's been a few years since we have dined in at Wendy's so I was pleasantly surprised to see they have renovated their dining room. I love the 100# flavors soda pop machine- just like the movies theaters. It's all a nice update. I only have them a three for service since they don't give out receipts because it's broken. The person taking our order was not very pleasant and even forgot to give us our cups. Overall, it was still the good Wendy's food we are familiar with. read more

Paid 25$ to eat here. Fries were old and refried obviously multiple times instead of making them fresh. They were rock hard. Also ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwhich, which was also hard. They are serving old chicken. I asked for a fresh chicken breast in the salad. They told me they didn't have the equipment to do that. I asked if they had chicken breasts for their sandwiches and a knife. They agreed they did. But aren't allowed to use them. 100% really obvious lie. I called around the twin cities, all the rest can do it and there's no corporate mandate they can't use fresh chicken and it's against corporate policy to use old chicken. Went through the drive through on 10/26/18 at 10:26am. Wasn't to busy so everything should have been fine. Drove home to Princeton, only to bit into a pink undercooked double with cheese. Unacceptable for fast food burgers. read more

It seems as if every time I come here there is a problem. There is one specific employee who is super rude. Almost yelling at you in the drive thru and acting as if everything is a huge inconvenience to him. He got our whole order wrong so I had to go back in multiple times to get it fixed. I even mentioned to the manager how he was acting. I was never offered an apology- just a nod of the head. Items are constantly missing or not made the right way. Not to mention the last time I was here, the drive thru was backed up and no one was being helped. After waiting in the same spot for 10 minutes I went inside. I was awkwardly hit on multiple times by the cashier making the experience longer than it needed to be and making me very uncomfortable. I've never really been to a Wendy's with great service but this one... yikes. read more

They are horrible! Everytime I go, I stand there for atleast 15-20 minutes before anyone helps. They look at me and know I'm there but don't bother to help. Today my boyfriend and I decided to just walk out because they looked at us 3 times and didn't even bother to acknowledge us. All together I think it's horrible. Would not recommend. Highly disappointed! The workers are rude and inconsiderate and don't help one another they sit and yell and complain about customers as well! read more

The food was typical Wendys food; but everything else was a deterrent to ever return. The staff were unprofessional: i.e. I told them both ketchup pumps were out and I was told 'oh', and nothing was done about it even though they weren't busy- guy just stood at the till... The other workers were yelling at each other to do this or that: "get the window!" Etc.. The bathrooms were disgusting... I like Wendys food, and wouldn't normally review fast food, but this quick stop through town was a disappointment. read more

For one the bathrooms were very clean. The service was friendly and helpful and my salad was super fresh, not in the least bit wilted or brown l. Definitely a good stop when on a road trip or just needing a quick bite to eat. read more

I went to this Wendy's twice within the last week with less than stellar service and food. I haven't been to a Wendy's in a long time and especially his one. I had heard it was not the best one around but I tried anyway. The first time I was going to get my kids and nephew some frosty's after a fun night of swimming. We went to order Vanilla ones and they were all out of Vanilla Frosty's? I wasn't aware Wendy's could be out of Frosty's. I thought it was strange. The second time, I went for only one item, the chicken Caesar Parmesan salad. It was $8, which I thought was sort of expensive and it was a full size which upon receiving, looked less than full size. The real problem I had with the salad was the wilted, brown lettuce, smelly cheese and over cooked grilled chicken, not to mention the soggy tomatoes!! I was disappointed and should have taken it back but, who has time for that? I took one bite and knew it might make me ill if I ate it plus it smelled so bad I wanted to gag. Truly not what I expected at all! What happened to the better salads they used to have? The spicy chicken salad? Where did it go? So strange and dissatisfying.
