Food was decent but the wait in the drive thru wasn't. I Waited in line while the cashier had a 7 min personal conversation with the guy in the car in front of us. Every now and then she'd look our way but just kept on talking anyways. No money, receipt or anything exchanged hands before he finally drove off to collect his food. So yes we were late for our appointment and our food was cold and we didn't get our sauce for the nuggets. I know everyone needs a job but let's remember to respect those who we serve. They charged me extra to have only lettuce, tomato, and ketchup on my burger when I complained they admitted the price would've been lower if I didn't make any special request. I received two combos, the Dave's Double with tomato, and a single patty cheeseburger. I spent $27 for both of the menu items to be completely wrong. At least I got my fries (cold). This location has been awful for decades. I generally avoid it but every year or so I decide to give them another shot and see if things improve, only to be met with the same terrible service. I've tried drive thru...terrible, i've tried counter service...terrible. Today i decided to try mobile order...terrible. The app says my food should be ready and in the carryout area at 2:25. i show up a coulle minutes early and wait. There is only 1 woman running the register. After 10 minutes of waiting I decide to approach the counter but unfortunately a few people walk in right before this and now the one employee is busy taking orders. I notice my 2 burgers sitting behind the counter, and when the line dies down i explain that i am waiting on a mobile order. She spends a couple minutes putting together the rest of my order and iff i go. The main issue is my order was supposed to in the carryout area around 2:25. By the time I got the woman's attention and received my food it was now 2:40. They seem completely clueless, my burgers were just sitting there getting cold over 10 minutes after it should have been bagged up. And mind you, they were'nt even busy, just slow as all get out withou a clue. It's the same shitshow every time i decide to give them another chance. I would recommend never going here! read more

I should have known better than to order from Wendy's again, but they were giving away a Baconator sandwich. That sandwich only had 2 pieces of "see through" bacon. The worst part is that we ordered 2 bowls of chili to round out our meal. We did not get any chili. I believe this is the 3rd time this happened in recent months. Not sure if they're training to become a full service fine dining restaurant, because they've decided to take orders without writing anything down or just using the two computers RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM! I actually came inside this time, but two employees expected me to yell out my order at them as they moved around and neither could get it right (this is Wendy's) . Wendy's, in general, their burgers are pretty solid. But it's a risky move to order fries or chicken because, in my experience, they will serve it way past its prime. In one instance, I took my chicken nuggets back up because they were cold, and they just gave the same old replacement nuggets you could tell they were old as hell! The other problem with this location it's ridiculously slow. It doesn't matter if there are ten people or two you are waiting the same amount of time. I know the food isn't "healthy" or always going to be on their "A" game, or even mistakes happen, but my weak willed tubby ass will not stand for this anymore without throwing a pity party publicly to tell them their on the blacklist. After our six visit in the first year of living nearby, I will not take it any more. I have tried different days, times, and changed up the order. The experience of dealing with this disservice to Wendy's including the following: Chaotic parking lot set up. Extremely rude and aggressive service window. Does not know the menu. Have yet to get an order correct. Can't handle more than 2 cars in the line without setting out a cloud of confusion of whose is whose order. Capping off with the goods, you just can't begin to describe the dark cloud of dissatisfaction that sets in after eating. Watered down chili, dry beef, unsalted fries, have to search for the bacon remnants, spicy nuggets are over peppered, no ice in the drinks, and all the food is nuclearly warm or solidly room temperature. The Timmy ho's attached has sadly procured the same type of results. The regret these experiences have caused after stuffing my face is not worth the agony. Save yourself the depression. JUST A HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE! I went through the drive-thru and ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches on Saturday, February 22nd at 3:50 PM. It was $10.53 and I gave the cashier a twenty-dollar bill, but I received no receipt. This is the last time that I pay for food with cash-especially at a fast food restaurant. The cashier ran to the back and told her co-worker that it was going to be a wait for the spicy chicken sandwiches. There were no cars in line behind me, but her co-worker said, "Sir, can you please pull to the front and wait for your spicy chicken sandwiches?" I said sure and I pulled up about ten feet and parked my car. Ten minutes went by and I still didn't have my food and now there was a line of cars behind me. Then I heard the cashier yell out, "Sir can you please move your car and pull up to the front?" I said, "No, I can't! I need my food-you guys are making me late!" She said, "We'll bring it right out to you, just please pull to the front!" I pulled up to the front and parked and she brought me the food. I said thank you and I was finally on my way. I was having a panic attack from paying for food that I hadn't received yet and I wasn't given a receipt. It was just awful customer service. I hadn't had a spicy chicken sandwich from Wendy's in a while and these two were easily some of the juiciest and tastiest sandwiches I have ever had from Wendy's, but the cashier causing me to have a panic attack just can't be overlooked. I avoid fast food restaurants like the plague and I needed something quick, which is why I made an exception, but there was nothing quick or efficient about my visit. I will not be back. I was literally sitting in my car panicking over whether or not I was going to get my food after I paid, got no receipt and was told to move to the front of the restaurant. Terrible Wendy's. The people in there are awful, the most unmotivated work staff I've seen. Fry box was not even halfway full and we didn't get any dressing even though ranch was asked for. Person on other side was being argumentative. I asked for receipt and was told the don't give at this window. But you take my money at the window. Told me it will be at the next window. When I got to that window was told the don't give receipts at this window. They need to be retrained on paying attention to get the order right and to give receipt when a customer pays. And since we can't go in to this location when the order is wrong I had to go through the drive thru again on an Oder they messed up an food was not hot. The Wendy's at 12 Mile and Greenfield Rd in Southfield, MI has provided the consistently worst customer experience I've ever received at a fast food restaurant. This evening, for not the first time, I went to the drive through which was all lit up, and no one took my order. I finally pulled up to the window, which was also all lit up, and tried to get someone's attention. One of the employees looked directly at me, and even came over to get something immediately inside the drive through window, and did not acknowledge me. I noted that the sign on the window indicated that they would be open several more hours. There was a car behind me who did the same thing. So tonight at 9:38 I went through the drive-through and I ordered a number 10 the fries was cold so I asked for new fries he turned around and gave me a whole new order of fries with an attitude and my fries were still cold they were not fresh.
