    Burger packed with bacon

I visited Little Ghost on a Wednesday afternoon right before 4 PM which was perfect timing! I was able to snag one of two parking spaces, walk right in and place my order. I ordered the single cheeseburger medium with bacon, fries, a bottle of Fiji water and pineapple doughnuts. Total was $23.00. I received my food probably less than 10 minutes later. My fries were hot and crispy and the fry sauce they came with complemented them perfectly. The burger...omg so juicy and well seasoned, this is not a little baby burger either, it's pretty big! I enjoyed the pineapple doughnuts but they were a little too sweet, probably wouldn't get them again.

Meh!!! This place is greatly over hyped. We got one burger, one fry and one order of chicken fingers (just the fingers) $35. Yes $35 American dollars. The fingers, while big were extremely bland. I mean not even basic salt and pepper on them. The burger was decent and a really good size. Fries were a complete miss! The packing of this carry out order also left something to be desired. We ended up with their sauce all over the bag. Lid not in appropriately I'm guessing. Which meant we had to clean up before we could eat. The fingers (3 in an order) come with an Alabama bbq sauce that not good at all. The staff is in their busting their ass and moving people out quickly though so shout out to them. I don't really need to revisit this place. Once was more than enough

This place is affiliated with Grey Ghost Detroit downtown, so if you know their burgers, you already know the food is going to be good. My friend and I tried a little bit of everything. The hot dog was an interesting concept but surprisingly really good. I had the single-patty burger and it was more than big enough--and amazing. The fries were also very good, especially with the fancy sauce on the side. The place is pretty small on the inside with limited seating, but they do have a convenient takeout window outside. The staff was also very nice and helpful, which made the experience even better. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the mood for a good burger and fries.

Ambiance: little location but you're aware of that going into it with the name. But it's clean and it's got a cozy diner type vibe. Service: I ordered carryout and it was done a few minutes before the eta, people were working hard and were happy to serve. Food: I'm not sure how people are hating on a spot based on dietary and allergies, just go eat somewhere else, my brother! Food was great, I got a single, pink with the ghost sauce. It was a satisfying burger. But the all beef hot dog outshined the burger in my opinion; wow, the whipped cream cheese and jalapeños and pepper jam, it's an amazing combination. The bun and cheddar create the perfect vessel for it. I loved it!

Great little spot, that deserves a huge spotlight. I stopped into Little Ghost in Ferndale and tried the all beef hot dog and it was incredible. The Nashville chicken sandwich (not pictured, I couldn't help myself) deserves its own spotlight too. Absolutely packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The vibe hits you the second you walk in. The place is alive with a busy kitchen, and the smell of everything cooking is unreal. You can tell they take pride in what they are making, and the energy makes the whole experience even better. The staff is always ready to help, takes your order quickly, and gets the food out as fast as they can. I have never had a negative experience here. Shout out to the whole team. 10 out of 10. I will definitely be back.

I'm hooked on Little Ghost, all of it - the burgers, fries, their chicken sandwich, loaded beef hotdog, and mini donuts w/ dip. Fifth time in less than a few months. This is a newer and better take on fast food burgers & fries but with great tastes, a simple yet delectable menu, and all fairly priced. The value you get is unbeatable for what I consider to be the freshest ingredient and flavorful burger you can find around town. The burger is fresh, all beef patty, that special sauce which perfectly complements the entire ensemble, fresh lettuce shreds, and I opted for no American cheese to really taste the burger, I ordered it "pink" which is like medium done. They also give you the option of ordering it well done "not pink". The fries are the best in my book especially with their fancy sauce. I usually opt for the burger and fries but also tried their loaded beef hotdog and chicken sandwich which were so good that it's now difficult to choose when ordering. The place is fairly small but clean, limited counter seating. It's reminiscent of the older burger joints back in the day (think Greene's, Hunter House) with simple menus and a few stools along the counter. Little Ghost is a modern take on that with excellent burgers and more. Don't let the long lines intimidate you, they move pretty fast.

Located just off of Woodward, well south of the main strip. Limited street parking, very small parking lot. Inside is a very small and trendy, but also uncomfortable bench and long table style seating system. Limited drinks available by the bottle. Obviously, the star here is the burger. It was good, and the sauce in particular was a real star. However, it was not as good as the Betty burger available at one eye Betty's about a half mile away. So I won't be coming back. Staff was great, everything was clean.

Finally tried Little Ghost today! I was pleasantly surprised by the quinoa burger. I am usually not a fan of them because they are easy to make poorly- I find they're often dry and crumbly. This burger was very soft but still had a nice shape- not mushy. The burger overall with the bun and toppings had a sort of sweet flavor- not my favorite but it was still tasty. The fries were good! Just wish they had a different sauce other than the Fancy Sauce. The Fancy Sauce was good but also sort of sweet. The inside of the building is very fun- colorful and decorated nicely, and clean. The packaging is also very fun. Elevates the whole experience. Service was quick and friendly!

If you go you MUST try the "All Beef Hot Dog". The name doesn't do this wonderful creation justice. All Beef Hot Dog has whipped cream cheese. cheddar. pepper jelly. pickled jalapeño. The flavor combination creates one of the best hot dogs I have tried. Parking can be tricky but well worth figuring out for this wonderful creation.

Little Ghost was exactly what we needed. Located on Woodward in Ferndale. Delicious late night bites! We dined in the cozy little establishment with just enough seats. The menu is simple; burgers, dogs, and chicken. Everything is made to order, and everything was over the top amazing. Totally worth the wait! The burger was juicy & flavorful, the dog was exploding with flavor & fusions! Next time I'm trying those chicken fingers, they look "fall apart tender." We finished the meal with an order of doughnut bites served with a caramel dipping sauce. Perfection! Thank you Little Ghost for being open later than the rest! We will definitely be back asap.

I will keep this brief. I really wanted to like this place. My mom kept trying to understand the concept of the place, which is perplexing a bit. Positives: nice char on the burger, burger itself is not too bad. Negatives: nothing special to make me come back regularly, as others have mentioned: my burger was near medium which was a surprise, brioche bun did not stand out, bun got soggy quickly, lettuce wilted quickly as well. The ghost sauce was confusing and not a positive for the burger. I wish them good luck, but at the price rate and taste, I cannot recommend it.

Place is a little overhyped. Sort of like an upscale 5 guys restaurant with minimal onsite seating. The burger was all bun and no patty. The chicken sandwich was sort of gross and gray and fell apart. Trendy place to visit though with a large line that moves quick. Very limited soda collection. Feels like something that should be in Los Angeles. Good for a grab and go occasion.

I've visited the grey ghost and really enjoyed it, so I was excited to see they put the little ghost close to me. The building is beautiful decorated, my teenager loved it so much she said if they added outside sitting it would be a cool hangout. The service was quick though the menu is limited. We ordered the single with fries. Everything was delicious, my daughter loved it so much she danced. Though I wished they carried the aioli that the grey ghost has. I'll definitely be back!!

They are located next to a gas station which comes in handy if you also need gas. I order the number 1 and my son ordered the pizza burger. Both were very filling and delicious. The original burger was cooked perfectly and the bun was pretty good. The onions and pickles were so good and I don't usually like pickles. I didn't try the signature sauce as I'm not a fan of thousand island. But many people will enjoy it the way it's suppose to be made I'm sure. The pizza burger was pretty cool. It had 3 nice sized mozzarella sticks on them and pizza sauce. We wanted fries and they only come in one size. The one size is big enough to share. We were suggested the lemon pepper fries and that was such a great suggestion. They are fresh cut fries and you can tell. I was happy they had regular fries and not the battered crispy ones a lot of place do. So they definitely will get 5 stars for the fries alone. It has some seating inside, but most people seem to get carry out. The men at the counter were so nice in helping us. They really suggested things we would like and we did. I will be glad to give them my business again.

In fact, several of my friends traveled to the area specifically to visit Public House. Sadly, the menu has changed and there are no only three items on the menu for Vegans. This reduced menu of three items compared to the 24 + conventional items on the menu is extremely disappointing. Service wise the greeting at the front door was very slow when there was only one other patron in front of us.
