Im not sure how fast this fast food restaurant is these days but regardless of how much time I spent in the drive thru waiting to place my order, I expect my order to be what I order in the end. I ordered two baked potatoes with chives. I got home with two plain baked potatoes NO CHIVES, NO BUTTER, and warm packets of sour cream. In addition to that, the potatoes were clearly from yesterday since they were Cold and hard. I had to microwave them for 3 mins when I got home...after I added my own butter. Unfortunately I didn't have any chives at home so it was a pretty disappointing meal. More times than not when I go, they tell me they're out of potatoes. 9/7/2020 - I don't understand why these fast food restaurants still put staff members who can't get orders right as order-takers. I know myself as well as six other cars were in line for almost 25-30 minutes. It took so long that I actually rolled down my window in 107 degree heat, to see what the problem was. I couldn't hear anything and looked behind me to see if the cars were still behind me, at that moment they were, by this time it is 35 minutes and we are still in the same spot. I looked out the window forward and backwards and the cars behind me are backing up, so I do the same. As I am pulling off something tells me to quickly glance back; well the car ahead of me had actually pulled forward, so I quickly turnaround and get back in line. Why, why did I do something like that!!! That person in the window could not take orders correctly, that was the problem!!! I ordered a #1-single hamburger, a sour cream & chive baked potato & an original lemonade. In my head I had already calculated how much my late lunch was going to cost me, but when I got to the window she said $12.00. Got home the snack wrap was made wrong. Please do your job right. If you don't like it there then go somewhere else. And just because you're about to closed it doesn't mean be shitty to everyone. Wendy's - in Park West Place on Trinity Parkway in Stockton, California. So I came here already a few times. Inside it's pretty clean and so is the outside. Customer service has been awesome both times. The second time around the customer service was excellent. Note: If you been following me, then you should already know. That food reviews have become mundane for me. But after today's experience, I knew that it was a must to write this review while I'm here. First off my hats off to Genny, for multitasking and dealing with all these customers. Then taking the initiative in making sure her customers were taking care of. I rarely see that in today's fast food industry. But when I see it, I make damn sure the world knows. Best of the best: I can't remember the last time, I was at a fast food joint. When the cashier came up to me and asked if I needed anything and refilled my cup. Major brownie points for that one. I do really love when people are happy at work and their smile reflects it. The food is was pretty good today, I had some nuggets, chicken sandwich, fries and a drink. Everything was served hot n fresh for yours truly. The bonus, I just found out that Wendy's has free WiFi. So that's what's up, so we don't have to use our data. There's plenty of parking and Wendy's does have a drive thru. Also there are restrooms for you. So keep on keeping on Genny. 5 stars for the Strawberry Fields Salad! What's for dinner tonight? The Strawberry Fields Salad, oh my....,my friend told me about it and said I should try it. From my previous posts, you should know one of my favorite salads has strawberries in it. Of course from Mimi 's, I always post my favorite salad from there. I also tried Applebee's too but didn't care for that one. They sliced up 1 single strawberry...I was not happy. Anyways, Wendy's salad was very good quality like from a nice restaurant. The chicken added much flavor and was so good. And, the apple basalmic dressing and honey roasted sunflower seeds, yummy! The only thing I can complain about is that it's only for a limited time.
