This is the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Wendy's is my favorite fast food chain but any time you go to this location it's going to take at least 20 minutes whether it be through the drive thru or inside. I decided to give wendys new breakfast a try. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with wedges. I personally thought it was outstanding. Nice buttery biscuit, hot wedges, I was honestly shocked. It doesn't even deserve a star. We walked in and walked out . The place was DISGUSTING! It smelt horrible and it was so dirty. The floor was so sticky like it had never been mopped!! Management needs to step up and take control of the store. We normally like Wendy's, but this location was dirty & the bathroom smelled like urine. There were no other customers in the restaurant and it was close to 8pm, so not rush hour either. They were out of Chili & out of Baked potatoes...2 main sellers for Wendy's. When I got the grilled chicken sandwich that I had ordered, it had 2 leaves of lettuce on it (and this was mixed greens lettuce) they did give me plenty more when I requested it though. I ordered a spicy chicken go wrap, a grilled chicken go wrap, and a jr bacon cheese burger. There were no special instructions about my order. The spicy chicken was cold, the chicken in grilled wrap was very dry, and the burger had no cheese AND no bacon! On top of all that, they didn't give me a receipt because I paid cash and gave the exact change. I tried to go back in and they accused me of taking the cheese and bacon off the burger, and refused to refund me or even make new food because I had taken more than one bite from the burger, and because I didn't have a receipt. I tried to explain that I never got one and they accused me of throwing it away. I will NEVER eat at this Wendy's location EVER again!!!! read more

This place is horrible. Very very slow. To be fair, I tried both walk in and drive thru and it's the same very slow results. It took between 30-35 mins just to get my orders on walk in with only on customer in front on me when I walked in. It was 10:30pm when I got to the line. Did not pull up to the window until 11:15.Experienced the worst service ever here tonight. Ordered the jalapeño burger combo and waited 25 mins. When it was one car behind the people in front of me decided to have a 5 min conversation with the cook in the back holding up the line even further. When I pulled up the window the cashier tried to charge me when the wrong order. I work night shifts in an Amazon facility and this is no excuse for a customer to be treated. Went to try the chicken sandwich that is advertised to end end all chicken sandwich wars. Its a gimmick, I know, but I like Wendy's chicken sandwiches but this thing was just nasty. It was the driest chicken I've ever had from a fast food restaurant. Add the gross aftertaste of freezer burn made me wish I carried epecac with me so I could just get rid of it. Came here on a whim, as I had to get some gas across the street at the Arco. Don't normally eat fast food but needed a quick snack to hold me over for my 1 1/2 hour drive home. The young man working the drive-through was more than helpful as I forgot my glasses and couldn't read the menu that far away, lol. He went over several options that I could choose from for something to hold me over. When I arrived to the window, he was very courteous, greeted me with a wonderful smile and a lovely young lady handed me my food immediately, she was also very kind. I was blown away at the kindness and customer service I experienced in the drive through as it seems that most fast food place employees seem to dread their jobs. I ended up with a five dollar snack bag, it was decent, just grateful to get something in my starving stomach. 5 stars for customer service and speedy delivery ... June 16 2021 face mask mandate lifted and my disabled husband and another elderly man and I walked in I first searched for a notice in window regarding face mask. We are fully vaccinated well After not locating a notice we walked in the bug guy who had a headset on this was about 4 to 4:30 pm. And he looks at me and pointed towards the door and said go get a mask I'm like excuse me he says go get a mask never looking at me just pointing and yelling I said it isn't posted did you not hear California opened unless it is posted we do not need one. He ignored me and wouldn't talk to us at all. I said fine I will not spend my money in a place with rude employees the elderly man was told the same so I said im not eating here and the elderly man said neither am I how rude.
