The service was fast and friendly, the food was made with that "southern love", the owner was a super nice guy (he's apparently the town mayor too). It's family owned places like that there aren't enough of anymore... Glad we stopped by and we'll definitely be back when in town again.

Staff are friendly, hard working & fast! The vibe here varies on the night & staff working but you can be sure that when the Manager is working, it's going to be crowded and there will be plenty of "whoop whoops" and laughter echoing throughout the restaurant. Stuart doesn't have many restaurants but at El Rancho you'll get dinner and be entertained. It's definitely worth the price and your time to stop by and dine in. My favorite is the Fajitas Texanos & hubs typically gets Nachos Supreme. We've never been disappointed with our food. They literally come up to your car, take your order, and bring your food back. I loved the old school feel. It took no time for my food to arrive-about 7 minutes. I got a burger, onion rings, and a hotdog all the way. The onion rings were fresh, hot, and had the perfect amount of salt. The burger was well seasoned, had that crisp, grilled taste.
