If I could give no stars I would. Good help is hard to find these days but you should just close your doors if you cannot provide any customer service ! I came to this Wendy's at 9:15pm last night. The lobby doors were not locked so we walked into an empty counter with no employees. After calling out "is anybody here" an employee walked to the counter from the drive thru window and said "we are open only for drive thru service" How was I supposed to know this? We decided that because there were supposedly only two employees we would go to Inn N Out instead which was very busy even at this time of night. I came back to Wendy's today to speak to the manager and there were four people waiting at the counter for their food and I never got waited on. I ordered from drive-through and while checking my food there was a piece of hair when I mentioned it to the guy at the drive-through he said "oh I know that "and so I handed it back and then I ordered two things, and they only gave me one and never made the second order so I had to wait even longer There was no line so there was shouldn't be any struggle getting food right without messing it up. Absolutely terrible , general manager T needs a different field of work. She is a ya I've to her staff, does not provide quality food and has a total lack or managerial skills. We went to the store today to get lunch, went through the drive through, order 2 meals they pulled me forward out of the line and asked me to wait. I had to wait 20 min for food . I tried to go inside to see where the food was but the maintenance man guarding the door said the inside was closed . When I finally went back to my car the sprinklers are not pointed correctly and sprayed me. Needless to say my pants were wet. The food that was given to me was cold and under cooked, the burger was pink, the fry's were cold and the frosty melted. Also the order for both burgers were wrong. I had to make another trip back to the location and was able to get inside this time. However T said we are closed. I explained my situation and she presented me with new food. However as I was waiting other customers came in and the other young lady working let the manager know. She said " I'm not running back and forth" as I continued to wait the lobby was filling up with people. Well now I know why there was no one in the drive thru line during 5 o clock rush hour at the intersection of two super busy roads. I placed a mobile order and it still took a full 15 minutes of sitting at the window. I was also told there was no cheese for the specialty sandwich I ordered. Sigh. Should've looked up the Yelp reviews before I came to this location. There were 4 people working and every single one seemed discombobulated like it was their first day. No one was rude at least and order was accurate and they did remember to give me my free Frosty for a year key tag which was my whole reason for coming so two stars instead of one. Based on 3 visits over the last several months, Wendy's has gone to hell in a handbasket and has moved onto my "Never go there" list. Meat patties that have obviously been sitting under heat lamps for a long time is the major problem, but a general lack of quality in things like lettuce and tomatoes is also evident. I cannot even speak on the quality of the food because of the 3 times I've been in the area and decided to give them a try they have never even taken my order. Twice I have tried around lunch time, the doors were locked and the drive thru had one car in it and they weren't responding at the speaker. Went yesterday, and the tables were NOT wiped off, nor was there anybody wiping them off. The ketchup dispenser was broke. I rarely leave reviews, and rarely get fast food, but when out running errands and starving, I decided to give this place a chance,. I got a spicy chicken sandwich and oh my gosh, I was actually shocked by how good it was. Lettuce and tomato were fresh, bun was fresh and buttery, and the chicken was juicy and spicy and flavorful! It took all of two minutes of waiting in the drive through, and the employees were very kind. Next time I'm in a rush and need a quick bite, we'll be paying this place a visit. Waited in the drive-thru for literally 30 minutes! We were stuck second in line for the longest part of it or we would have just left. We debated pulling away but decided to pull up to the window to see if we could get our 2 items that should have been ready already, we waited 3 minutes while the guy was looking at a computer but didn't seem to be doing anything. He never acknowledged us for those 3 minutes so we drove away. I have the timeline, my husband received a call as I was ordering, and we looked at the time when we left and compared. Exactly 30 minutes and we drove away without food. I just don't understand how a place could take so long, and I used to work at a busy Dairy Queen, so it's not like I don't know about a busy fast food place. Terrible. read more

So I just joined Yelp because of this specific Wendy's location. I am a burger lover. I absolutely love a nice big fat greasy burger with good fries to go with it. Also, I do not usually go out of my way to write reviews for stuff like this. However, this experience with the new pretzel bacon burger absolutely sucked. I was super excited to try this new type of bread to go with an awesome wendy burger, but no, it was terrible. I took 6 minutes to drive home and by the time I opened my box it was soggy. I look inside and there is a puddle of grease at the bottom, which made the whole lower half of my burger pretty muched ruined. there was a horrible look to it as if every ingredient was just thrown on top. I was disgusted and will not be enjoying this fad of pretzel bun because it was ruined. I heard chilis restaurant has them now. maybe they will steer me back to try out the new craze. However I am furious at how shitty my meal was this afternoon at wendys.
