The cajun chicken pasta was just yuck. I wanted to send it back but I was too tired to do so. I ordered dessert, how can you go wrong and ate that for dinner instead. We went there to get lunch. The only thing that I can say good was the salad I got was very good cleans cleanliness was bad. The restrooms were very disgusting and need to be clean. Open the door the shirts sleeve just disgusting. Everybody was on their phones playing games instead of paying attention to us. We did have a manager come by to see how we are , our waitress not at all the waitress on her phone more than she would take care of us. Hello. I am writing to say that I decided to go to Chili's on Saturday night, December 7th, and I was very impressed and pleased with the service and quality of food. I had Nashville hot mozzarella sticks and a bacon rancher burger and I enjoyed my meal thoroughly. Service was great and food was quite quick coming out and my friends and I were giving waters and refills in a timely manner. This is just the next in my series of visits to this location. It's still a Chili's and if you don't like Chili's nothing's going to fix that. But yesterday's execution was nearly flawless. All food came out hot and fresh and as ordered. Service was attentive without being overbearing. And, Chili's current loyalty program is pretty generous. I wholeheartedly recommend registering if you eat at Chili's with any regularity at all. I love Chili's, my boyfriend and I get the same things every time, at every location. However, the Chili's on Woodlands Pkwy has horrible service. The restaurant was close to empty, yet we had to wait for 10 minutes to get seated. We were then told to choose a table, however all of the tables were filthy--despite the restaurant being almost empty. Once we were finally seated, our waitress was incredibly hard to flag down, it was almost as if she was deliberately ignoring us. That being said, I am giving a 2-star review, as the food (when it finally came out), was delicious. However, it did not make up for the subpar service. We have visited this location quite a few times and have only had excellent service once. I hope management trains their waiters to provide better service. read more

We used to eat at Chili's quite often. But, as time went on it seemed as if they had forgotten how to cook food. Too many times food was cold. Last time we went there my order was 'refrigerator cold'. So we stopped going there all together. Recently, though, due to Covid-19 we decided to try their take out. First time was great. Second time I got ribs that were obviously left over from the day before, recooked, dried out and even crunchy in places. Third and last time I ordered Chicken and Shrimp Fajitas with a side of fries. For some reason they poured white gravy over the whole order. I did not request that. Ruined the meal. Will not be going to Chili's ever again. Too expensive for such lousy food. read more

My food came out before my son's and all he wanted was the mac n cheese and corn on the cob. When the child's food did arrive I had to beg the waiter 4 times for a spoon for the boy. The first bite burned my child to the point of him screaming, crying and then basically becoming afraid of his food. I was finished eating by the time the mac n cheese was cool enough for my child to eat and by then he was cranky and wanted to go home, so we boxed up his entire meal. Clue in people - if you have a kids menu realise they do not want *HOT* food! They want room temperature food. If you cannot do that than remove your kids menu. I understand there are health/saftey regulations but then make the kids' food first and have it cooling while the adults' meal{s} are prepared. Worst service ever. We came to dinner tonight and were there almost 2 hours. When we arrived there were a total of 2 other tables seated so we made number 3. It was at least 15 minutes before we could even get our drink order in and about 10 minutes to get our drinks (waters, a sprite, and 2 drinks from the kids menu). The fried pickle appetizer was extremely burned like they needed to change out the batter/oil. My chicken crispers were also burned like the same oil/batter was used. When we got our food (a long time later) it was not good. We all got molten cakes for dessert and the cake was frozen so we found a manager. He apologized and said our waitress didn't even heat up the cake like she was supposed to. They remade it for us and the cake was scorched. Honestly it was a nightmare. I won't be back at this Chili's. We walked in the door and had to wait ten minutes to be seated. No one was in line in front of us. Then we had to wait at least that long for a waiter. We got our drinks and my tea was almost clear and tasted like water. Sent it back for coke. The waitress took our order. Well..... we waited at least 30 minutes for our food. Why we waited is beyond me. People coming in we're not being waited on and left. We finally received our food and it was hot.( surprised me). My friend got mashed potatoes. They were disgusting. Guac is good, but needs more flavor and it was a little chunky. Queso was not real queso. Tasted like a bunch of mush. Salsa was great. Not chunky and had lots of flavor. Chips were thin and crispy, but needy more salt. Fried pickles were the bomb. Perfect amount of fried, perfect amount of pickle. Nachos had too much refried beans and just generally, wasn't good. My boyfriend and I went to Chilli's and ordered an appetizer and two dishes. I wish I could give 0 starts for today's experience and thinking about it still makes my stomach churn. There were multiple pieces of hair found in my Cajun chicken pasta. The Manager came to do some damage control and he said there was no one in the kitchen with that hair type. We popped in last week for lunch. We applaud the new menu and think some of the additions are a step in the right direction. The place was also clean except the bar seating area. The big and I mean BIG downside is; this has got to be one of those "slow learners" in The Woodlands. No decent, respectable restaurant still allows for smoking in the restaurant. Nothing against smokers....we just like a clean - air and facilities - place to dine. So, we think we'll pass on this place until they catch-on to what 99% of other restaurants in the area already know. We have dinner at this place several times a month. Reasonable priced with mostly God food for the money. This one time I ordered take-out fajitas. Picked up the order and took it home. The beef was refrigerator cold. Obviously it was previously cooked but hardly visited the grill on the re-heat. Next time I stopped at the restaurant I called for the manager. I told him what they did wrong; I got a blank stare and hardly any more! I am not tipping that crowd until I know that I got the service I expect. Tried this place out for the second time, as I like to give restaurants a second chance. I don't remember the exact names of the dishes my friend and I ordered, but I got a big plate of field greens and romaine lettuce, with grilled chicken and a spicy sauce, it was good I had a Tilapia with a mango sauce, which I enjoyed. Food took a little long, maybe like 15 minutes, more than I'm used to waiting for food at a fast food chain, and it wasn't even that busy. What was remarkable was the service, very attentive, drinks refilled, constant asking how things were, if we needed anything. We truly appreciated a great service, and courteous staff. We shared the molten chocolate cake, with caramel sauce, and a scoop of vanilla icecream that was encloced inside a chocolate shell. The cake was warm, and the difference in temperature of cold and hot was wonderful. I throughouly enjoyed this dessert. The music that was played was great as well, a very laid back type of music, at the perfect volume, not too loud not too soft. My only complaint this time, would again be about the smoking aspect of the restaurant. As soon as you walk in, you are overwhelmed by the smell of cigarette smoke from the bar area to your right. Very disgusting. But once you walk towards the main dining room, you can't smell it anymore. read more
