Sept.30 10:30pm. Service was very bad. Girl was in a bad mood. Order was totally screwed up.ordered2 #1 meals one burger with just mustard n pickle one with everything. Everything burger had only cheese.fries were cold and soggy.coke was flat. Baconator fries were cold,whole pcs. Without a doubt this is the #2 of the 2 in town. Can not count the amount of times items have been left out of the order & have had to go back, let alone smaller items like sauces, napkins, or items needed for say like sour cream, butter for baked potato. Once even asked for a cherry Dr Pepper with no ice, was given one with ice. Stated politely that it was meant to have no ice. Now easy, take a cup & pour drink, sans ice, top off, lid it, hand it off. Nope. This "manager" buffs, throws (actually threw it) whole drink into garbage, it bashed off of wall. Then takes a new cup, puts it into drink dispenser, dispenses wrong drink, filled cup half way up, put only 1/2 the lid on & shoves it through my window, sloshing drink out of side uncapped. It's hit or miss at this one. If you're dining inside you can monitor what you're getting, but the drive thru is a crap shoot. read more

In a time when we've all become complacent with fast food restaurants and accustomed to service with a frown, this Wendy's breaks all those molds. No matter the time of day, I've always been greeted with a smile, a thank you and an accurately ordered meal. The speed of their drive-thru is amazing. I find I order, wrestle with my wallet as they wait, pay, move to the next window and reach for the bag already stretched out the window. There seems to be a race to see how fast they can service the customer. It's amazing. There are a bunch of young folks serving but you quickly realize these are the future professionals of the world and not the clock-punching-paycheck-grabbing, do-very-little, kids of the typical fast food joints. My congratulations to the owners and management. You could teach a class on Fast Food Customer Service. read more

Just went through the drive through at noon. Even though there were a few cars in front of me, I was in and out with hot food. Great job!

I came through the other night and there was only one other car other than myself. I was told I would receive my receipt with my food at the second window. I pulled up and got my drinks with no straws they handed me one bag told me to have a nice night shut the window and went about talking. I pulled around and tell the woman that I did not receive most of my order. She then asked me for a receipt which I told her I never received like I was supposed to at the second window. She hands me my food that was obviously sitting there tells me it was made fresh when in reality it was cold, I was still missing a sandwich she had to give me that I had asked for straws and barbecue sauce four times. It wasn't significantly late either it was only about 8 o'clock in the evening. Please Wendy's step it up. I didn't even see a single manager. read more

Wendy's chili is very good, but I won't eat anything else from this place. The chili sizes keep shrinking, though.

My food was prepared atrociously. My food looked like it had been thrown into the bag quite literally. For whatever reason I had pickles literally everywhere but on my sandwich, and no condiments. Also I had fries dumped into my bag, yes duped into my bag. One of two things happened, either someone dropped the fries into the bag and the fries dumped out into the bag and instead of doing there job they just filled the fry container back up and left all of the fries that had dumped into my bag in the bag. Or they literally just dumped fries into my bag, because the amount of fries that were in there wouldn't even fit back into the fry container. My food was also very cold. Meaning it probably was sitting around and your staff is to busy laughing at the top of there lungs to pay any attention. I don't ever mind waiting for my food when it is given to me properly. I've worked in fast food so I know what is to be expected. And with how long I had to wait my food should have been done correctly. read more
