Cheesy hash brown casserole, ham, poached eggs.

We are from out of town and just passing thru. Found Mark's on yelp. While it is difficult to find, it is worth the stop. Tables are clean. Service is friendly and prompt. Waitstaff seem to work together very well. Prices are very good. Breakfast was outstanding. Eggs cooked perfectly. (We ordered both over medium and poached ) The potato pancakes tasty. A wonderful small town cafe find!!

Clean, good service, amazing food. My medium poached eggs were truly med poached. More food than I could eat. Servers kept my coffee full & hot. They checked on us many times.

Fantastic food and service at Marc C's. Attentive food and staff. Easy on the wallet!

Clean space with generous parking, great home cooking, friendly staff, fair prices. I love Marc C's.

My bacon almost burnt, others barely cooked. Not good food.

Rather odd restaurant - it's located at the end of an abandoned Kmart and actually has plastic "walls" separating the restaurant from the Kmart walls. No, I'm not kidding. It's very unprofessional and very weird. Anyway, we followed the "seat yourself" sign and walked over to a large table, since we were a part of 5. We were told we couldn't have that table. So, we asked if we could have two tables pushed together and we were told yes, and then the waitress walked away. So, we moved the tables ourselves. Rather unprofessional server, they were out of buckwheat (we were told it had gone bad...), server was lousy on drink refills, food was just under average at best, and the bill was $44. Husband's omelet was sad and skinny with very little filling and the bacon with most of our meals was limp (mine almost burnt) and barely cooked. Would never go back. Sad and tired decor, crappy service and overall so many better places to eat. If you are visiting Uniontown, or live there, skip this place. Tons of better options very close by.

This place used to be at K-Mart in Uniontown and now has moved over to a plaza in town. The food here is good but not as great as I remember. The omelette was a little bit too greasy and very thin. My big breakfast was really good though and I don't have too many complaints. My biggest complaint here is the service. I had requested some substitutes and the waitress wasn't very nice with how she replied. No one really seemed to be happy working there and the atmosphere is what makes a great cafe. Probably won't be coming back but it's a good spot to stop in

If you follow my reviews, you know I'm a fan of old-school diners, the classics, and honest home-cooked food. Summit hits all three marks, serving straightforward and delicious American standards since the 1960s. The three-egg omelet loaded with veggies and sausage was exactly the pre-ski power-up I needed. My son stuck with his go-to breakfast burrito, and my daughter went with the classic two eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Everything was spot on. The staff has just the right level of "WWA"--Waitresses With Attitude. They are perfectly polite, but they hold the line on proper behavior and will quickly put anyone in their place if they step out of line. It keeps the environment grounded and authentic. A few tips for your visit: * Seating: Expect to wait for a table in the lobby or outside during peak hours. * Payment: Bring your wallet--this is a cash-only establishment.

They staff is fast and friendly and the food doesn't disappoint. It's such a rare thing in this day and age to see an old diner so we love to go when we are visiting Somerset. We typically go for breakfast. The next time you're in the area it's definitely a must stop place to go. Give them a try and you may have to wait to be seated they also only accept cash as their only form of payment so come prepared, they do have a ATM in the waiting area.

Maybe it was good at some point or, maybe we had a really off day, but our experience was pretty subpar. Our server seemed like she had no idea what was going on and that she didn't want to be there that day. At one point, another server brought something over and my daughter asked "is our server new" and the other server said no, she had been there several years. So there was no excuse for not knowing answers to basic questions on menu items. None of our food was bad, but none of it was great, either. Everything was just OK. Not much flavor and pretty generic. Things like pancakes that you think couldn't get screwed up were boring and flavorless. Our last hope was the "famous" pies that our server told us about several times. When we asked about what flavors they had that day, she said she had to check (which seemed odd after telling us about them several times). Then she had to go back and check the flavors again because she forgot them. We did end up trying boston cream pie and dutch apple pie and they were both OK, but not anything that I couldn't find somewhere else. Overall, really disappointed in basically everything about our visit here.
